Extremely pleased as a first time customer. I started the week doing a little research of Bay Area shops to find the best deal on a Marlin Model 336. Most of the shops I called didnt have any in stock and customer service was lacking. I finally found Peninsula Gun & Tactical on Yelp. Not only were they helpful on the phone they had what I was looking for on sale!

Anytime I have a question relating to their specialties I call the shop or just drop by. They always have an answer and solution. Often times they will send me down the street to the hardware store or Big 5 because it will save me money! What business does that these days?!? G*n W***d down the street certainly doesnt. Very satisfactory service. Came in with a glock 19 having ejection and battery issues, both gentleman were polite and helpful with me. After assessment of the firearm, the issue was nailed down to the brand new condition of the firearm, they gave me a free oiling and sent me on my way happy and informed of basic glock 19 maintenance 👍🏾 Recommended highly

Did a PPT there. SUPER easy. Very nice guys, really easy to deal with. Sort of a limited selection if you are buying from them, but they look like they have some very interesting C&R models and what not. Small friendly neighborhood shop!

I have been going here off and on for years. The staff are friendly and professional. I was going to pay for many hours of work on my AK and they advised me how to do it myself for free!! They could have easily charged me a hundred bucks!! It proves they are not crooks. If your going to buy guns or and ammo in burbank or the san fernando valley, GO TO AEGIS!!!! Not to mention they are cool as hell, they will sit around and talk your ear off and share a laugh and a hand shake. Gun world makes you feel like you need to leave ASAP and the guys are rude as hell. Take your money and your business to a company that earns it and deserves it. Kind staff willing to answer beginners questions.

The guys here have been nothing if not great to deal with.I went in first as a looky lew and got none of the attitude that I got as a looky lew from the shop west of them down the same street.I asked all of the really stupid newby questions, and got nothing but great service with a smile.So when I finally did all of my research I came back to them and had to order the rifle that I specifically wanted, because it wasnt one that they had in stock, but these guys definatly had earned my business and i wasnt in any great hurry to have this gun tomorrow or anything.I ordered my scope from the internet, no hassle from them about that, and I brought it in and they gladly helped me select the correct mounting hardware and they bore sighted it with me and made me feel very comfortable with everything. Aristotal I think was the sales mans name, and he was nothing if not professional warm and friendly. All of the guys in the shop now know who I am (after only being there a total of maybe 5 times) and are always just as friendly as can be and asking me when I am going to go out hunting with them.I not only bought a gun, but have made a couple of friends to boot.I am a complete novice and a couple of friends that know what they are doing are good to have.
