Highly recommend Guns LA. The shop is very clean and well stocked including accessories. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. It doesnt matter if youre an expert or novice, they answer your questions accurately, honestly, thoughtfully and are easy to understand.In this time of supply and demand this store is well stocked to meet the demand of the current climate. Late mornings and early afternoons there is a line, we arrived late afternoon and were buzzed right in. We interacted with several staff, they showed us everything we asked to see and the entire time they were professional and polite. I highly recommend Guns LA, the store is clean and well stocked and the inventory will not disappoint.

Theyre not called guns LA for no reason, they got the best variety in LA, especially for being Cali😏 and theyre always flying out the door. Best is to follow them on Instagram to keep up with everything. Dont just believe me and the other great reviews stop by and check it out🤷

I was recently in the shop doing a transfer, And I have to say, these are the friendliest group of guys, not to mention extremely knowledgeable and professional, That I have experienced in any gun shop. I am looking forward to returning in 10 days to pick up, and maybe buy something new.

Great service-great store. Service waits is no different than any other gun store. Worth the wait at this store.

A well stocked store with lots of variety but the service is pretty bad. For us there is just no reason to go back and patronize here when there are other great gun stores in LA. We spent thousands of dollars here just to get ignored outside while the staff chatted with each other and there is just a general air of unwelcome and disdain for customers. We unfortunately had to spend hours here and we never witnessed a single smile.

The customer service here is out of this world. Legitimately the most knowledgeable and professional staff and ownership Ive ever met. They make the process very easy for a first timer and provided all relevant information in regard to firearm safety and ownership. That and their show room is like the Apple Store of personal home defense. I will be a customer for life!

I rarely write reviews but this places deserves the highest reviews. At a time when all other gun stores are not even letting people in, this place let me in and Vic spent an hour answering all of my questions. I usually shop based on price BUT the service of this place is so good that the price doesn’t matter.

Im still in shock at the quality of customer service at this place? You would hardly think that this was a gun store! They were courteous, professional and fast... Not fast food fast, but, efficient fast! I had the pleasure of dealing with Art and dude was very knowledgeable, professional and quick to get a PPT done for me and a couple of friends. The store layout is spacious and there is quite a bit of selection when it comes to accessories, gear, and ammo. Second to the customer service, their AC system is awesome! Ill definitely be back. So retail for a springfield xd 9mm is $550, I paid $980 here price gouging! and they give you a box of free ammo if you leave a good review on yelp and show it to them.

I went in on Monday, 08/17/20, to buy a Glock 17 and these guys are charging me $850 for the gun. A Glock 17 gen 3 has a MSRP of around $500. Theses guys think it’s okay to charge you an extra 50% of the guns value. If I would have bought it Monday, it would have cost $1,055 overall, for a $500 Glock 17. Don’t go there, don’t support that type of business practices. They are ripping off people who don’t know a lot about firearms. I attached pictures of an invoice from and a comment about it. DON’T SHOP HERE!

Definitely coming here again! Really good variety of guns, accessories and optics! The guys who work here are awesome, knowledgeable, and quick to serve you. I came to purchase a Sig Sauer, will soon sell my Glock! These guys are huge supporters of law enforcement, they wont disappoint.I dont understand the poor reviews about wait times and lines...hello! Did you forget we are in a PANDEMIC? These guys are still serving you and of course, they have to limit the number of people inside the store just like any other business for everyones safety and well being! They take the time neccessary for each customer and I believe that is valuable customer service. If you want to sit there and ask many questions they will take the time to explain and educate you, no problem. Trust me, it will be worth your time and you will come back for more products. Its a gun store. Not fast food, people..

By far the best experience ive gotten from any gun shop, ive been to turners and other burbank local gun shops and these guys speak to you with no pressure at all. Max and his crew are very experienced and explained to me what ammo would best cycle for my pistol. Check them out they are the best!!!
