The testing and the basic service was fine. Later when I asked for a copy of my record I was told a story that they dont give it out. This would be in direct violation HIPAA (a Federal law.). At my insistence quoting HIPAA, I was offered to get it for $75.00. True, the FREE test is a valuable service. The reason that I asked for the information is that in my search I determined that AccuQuest is rather expensive by factors.I have no issue with paying for a service, I do not like however, to be told false stories.Do your own search.
