Outstanding. I have used hearing aids for over 20 years and its really difficult. My hearing is very poor...especially in the right ear. I now have a Starky Muse aids...nothing fancy...except the programing is fantastic. I can hear what people say without background noise, I can talk to others in the carand the radio too.Will be going back in three weeks to see how I am doing and for any adjustments.Marissa Torres is the person the setup my hearing aids and highly recommend her.

When you are going to any medical/dental office, youre not going there to hang out or chill. Theres a certain degree of tension and maybe even dread,especially when its your first visit. The uncertainty...of what and who is on the other side of the door as you approach. You just want to get it over with right? Well me too! That was until I walked in the door of Sonus Hearing professionals in Burbank! I can not even begin to tell you how I immediately felt a warmth and caring from both the young man David at the reception...and Alexis, the actual practitioner who is so in love with what she does. I became so at ease and felt so reassured, that I completely forgot about the ride there. I left that office with such a great feeling and filled with confidence . I couldnt wait until my next appointment. Well after a couple visits,my hearing aids were ordered,customized, delivered and set up just for me. Done with such professional and caring touch. These two definitely bring their hearts to the office! No doubt. I`ll be honest. I actually felt kinda sad when I was done. It was difficult to walk out the door. I hesitated, BECAUSE not ONLY did I get the gift of being able to hear LIFE again....I ALSO discovered a couple of the Loveliest people. Thanks for EVERYTHING THAT YOU GAVE ME.
