Super nice and helpful …. Till they get your signature forget any help or any communication… purchased new s1000rr with m package sticker price zero discounts also purchased tire and wheel protection….. needed new tire as I got a flat on freeway took bike to another bmw dealer who informed me there was nothing on system about me having coverage they also mentioned that maybe they forgot to turn in paperwork therefore was not on system after contacting Burbank they informed they were submitting everything to bmw right then and there… offices were now closed and had to pay out of pocket to have my tire replaced becase they forgot to turn in paperwork…. When trying to have all this sorted I was promised a call back more than once that never happened…. Yesterday I contacted them trying to give ‘em an opportunity to redeem them selfs asking for the break in service on bike i mentioned I’d like some time of discount on the price they said sure make your appointment and I’ll have someone contact you on price and deal due to the mishap….. never received any call they have very poor communication skills and ignore issues and problems horrible customer service like I said nice till you sign paperwork then is like they don’t care any….. Brian was my salesman and the guy who kept brushing me off to the side I did not want to take time off my day to write this thinking might of been an over reaction but there is no doubt on my mind they could care less how they look once they’ve sold you something

Bought my first bike in 2012 and Horen was instrumental in welcoming me in the world of BMW bikes. Many of the employees that used to work in the long closed Hollywood location work now in Burbank BMW motorcycles and the service is on the same high level and up personal. Only the place in Burbank looks and feels like worthy of the ride on a beemer! I recently purchased a 2018 Triumph Speedmaster form Brian at Burbank Triumph. What a great experience we had!! I was not the only interested party in this sweet bike, Brian had another viewing appointment at 1 pm on a Friday he promised to give me a play by play as to the availability, he texted me at 2 pm and said it was still available. They took a small deposit by credit card and slapped a sold sign on it for me. We drove 7 hours one way to pick up the perfect bike for me. Brian has checked on me a couple times since purchase. I would HIGHLY recommend Burbank Triumph for all your Triumph needs!!

If i can give them 0 star, i would.Do not go this place to repair your bike.My bike has battery issues and they said they will try to find the problem and also can find the problem with their diagnostic machine.They charge me $165 for diagnostic and it takes 3 days also they never can find what is the problem.When I get back my bike, I realized they were not even checked my bike.Under my bike seat, there has one secure sticker, if they open my seat that sticker must be a tear. But its not tear!!@@@Of course, my bike battery is UNDER MY BIKE SEAT@@@Waste my money and time

Very poor sales persons there. They couldn’t even explain any packages of the motorcycle. I went there for the buying my first motorcycle but disgusting person was so rude and I didn’t buy it. Stay away! Find another place.I was thinking that motorcycle which you can see on the pic but they couldn’t even help me to try.

Purchased my 2021 GS 1250 Adventure from here. Its during Covid times so at the time they couldnt sell any GS 1250s. This didnt stop Horen in sales from spending over an hour explaining every detail to me about a bike that for all he knew I was only interested in at the time. I had actually placed a deposit on the same bike at another dealer who didnt know too much about the new 1250.I enjoyed my experience so much that I decided to cancel my deposit and make my purchase from Burbank BMW.Im coming off a 2012 GS so the new bike was totally different.When I picked up my bike Horen spent 20 minutes with me and the bike making sure I knew how to use many of the functions, he even linked my phone and Sena to the TFT. Manny the parts manager is knowledgeable as well, very patient explaining what you need to know when buying accessories or parts. Couldnt be happier ! Thanks !

Walked into the BMW of Burbank showroom on a whim to look at motorcycles. It just so happened that a Ducati had been traded in and was sitting on the showroom floor. BEWARE of their dishonest ebay store online!I changed my mind on one of the ebay items I bought from their online store and started a return. They accused me of using one of the items I returned back to them BRAND NEW UNUSED. Deducted from my ebay return accusing me of installing them which I returned back to them brand new.On top of that all, I bought 4 separate items from their ebay store. PAID FOR FOUR SEPARATE SHIPPING ITEMS. I asked if I could get a partial refund since all the boxes can be shipped into one.They ignored my request, pocketed the rest of the extra paid shipping costs and shipped all in one box.Unethical and dishonest business practice. BEWARE!

If youre shopping around for bikes you wont find a better staff than these guys. Helpful, knowledgeable, and they really do care about you. Theyre definitely more interested in making a genuine connection and keeping your business over the long haul than making a quick profit. They all grew up in the area as well so you can feel good about supporting the community. The entrance is a little hard to find, but its worth the effort for a superior experience than the competition.

On Saturday 7/11/2020 I drove to Burbank Ca. to their local BMW motorcycle store from Ventura County to check out their inventory. At first, I was hesitant since although the drive was only an hour and change, I had a closer store to me. Arriving to the Burbank store, I was pleased with the decision I made to make the drive. After being at the store for roughly 1.5 hours I left with a brand-new Racing Red 2020 F850gs on the back on my Tacoma. My experience from the get-go was very exciting because of the massive inventory selection in their show room. We are obviously living in a pandemic and BMW Motorcycles of Burbank took it the extra step by providing hand sanitizer and gloves before stepping into their showroom and get on their inventory. The safety experience was excellent. Now as far as the sells part goes, Brian Fierro hands down did an exceptional job. Brian did not only take care of my application inquiry but answered all of my questions while at the shop, yes there was a other tasks he was doing but honestly after my experience there I couldn’t be mad because you can tell why people go to this store. Brian was on it, my application was approved within 5 minutes and Brian did not push for a down payment, I was very impressed since a down payment always seems to be a technique in my previous experience at any car or motorcycle dealership. Brian was my guy who answered all my questions and definitely didn’t feel any selling pressure from him. After researching the F850GS for almost a year on my end and considering the price Brian made it very clear that I made the perfect decision. To top it off Brian checked in with me today 7/15/2020 a few days after my purchase to see how the bike was treating me, after joking with him that I had dropped it I cleared it and told him I was joking and put it out there that I was looking into riding off road but first I was looking into crash bars and Brian is going to hook me up with Mike in their parts department to see what deals I can get, so Brian if you read this ask Mike to hook it up LoL.If you live in the area of Burbank Ca. and you are looking to join the #BMWMotorrad 2-wheel family I strongly urge you to head to their location and ask specifically for Brian Fierro or if your like me and are okay with the drive go for it. Not sure how they could be better! Brought my 09 1200RT in foe the 36k service, and everything was thoughtfully and thoroughly explained and performed. Their waiting area is well equipped, comfortable and clean. All of their staff are friendly and professional. Its a drive from the AV, but definitely worth it.

Stay away from these guys. They sold me a bike that had been in a low side crash and did not tell me. The damage was under the bike out of sight. Very deceptive people. Would not recommend to buy from them. They keep saying the damage is nothing to worry about but will not even take the bike back in a trade.
