I took the same package to another branch with the same condition and returned it for free! I read all the reviews you just keep giving wrong excuses for your poor bad services.Dishonest and lying employee works there. He just wants to charge me more money for free amazon return! Twice I went there for the same package saying it needed to be sealed. I sealed it and then returned back telling me there is an extra charge for a specific code which is a total lie because I left and went to another branch and returned my package for free! UPS should not hire lying employees who want to steal clients.
On 7/16/21 I tried to mail my birth certificate to government for a passport and because of that I paid extra to get a tracking number. It was supposed to arrive by 7/22/21. I called and was told my birth certificate was lost and the manager would put in a claim and I would be updated. Every time I call I am told by the manager that he has customers and will give me a call back. It is now 9/15/21.Update: Went in to speak with someone and spoke with the owner. He first told me because I wrote my review above that he would no longer be helping me. He stated that it was “Nasty” when I only stated facts. I asked him did he read it and did I lie about anything and he said he only read part of it.He proceeded to tell me that he owns multiple locations and that location is privately owned so his store and him really has nothing to do with the situation at this point so he washes his hands clean of helping me. He then said that if I took the review down he would change his mind. Because the owner is very arrogant and nonchalant and his demeanor in the store matched his demeanor over the phone I will not take it down.I already posted it. I understand due to Covid things are backed up. The purpose for me calling the last few times was to ask for the claim number to see online myself because when I put the tracking number in no information comes up.I’ve called UPS multiple times and they told me that you have to put in a claim yourself and because the store put it in I would need to consult with the specific store for the claim information. He just told me that the tracking number is the claim number. Nothing comes up when I put the tracking number in like I said. I don’t think that he understands that his arrogant and nonchalant behavior is the reason I put the review in. -9/21/21

The absolute best service I’ve had in a long time. Mr. Maxwell is very pleasant every time I go into the store.
Today, Saturday, June 12 at 11:30 am, I dropped off packages at this location. Woman in front of me needed a small piece of tape, less than a few inches. Person behind counter refused to give her tape. She repeatedly stated not store policy. U need tape buy a roll. Such a small act for better cust service yet she refused. I bought tape and gave some to woman in need. I know they want to upscope customers but a small kind gesture could have gone a long way. I’ll never give business to this location again.

The worst worst service i got from them didnt even help me solve my problem manager called me back arguing and yelling at me. Said it was my problem not theres and that next time i should pay more attention.They have really bad attitude dont even welcome a person

I just had 1 of the best experiences ever, I had to ship a large, heavy package & I walked in & requested a dolly. The young lady went above & beyond to assist me, she even held the door open for me. It is incredibly hard to find good customer service these days & this lady definitely did not disappoint!
Great place. Been here on several occasions to ship metal farming parts. This are hard to ship, so every time i go the owner or one of the girls there help me box these.
Horrible Just Horrible Customer Service from the store owner,, very rude nonchalant attituded definably a bad repetition of UPS . I cant understand he has poor customer service in person as well as on the phone had me on hold for over 20 mins just to not come back to the phone called back and he said he couldnt help me, Thats incorrect I was never offered a call back option,, and not only the call you were very unprofessional when I came in the store as well !!!

Went there with a already paid for UPS return label representative said didnt want to be responsible for taping the box and tried to up sale me a roll of $2.29 packing tape POOR TACKY service trying to capitalize deserving of a ZERO star rating.👎👎
I Came in to drop off the tires with prepaid labelCarlos E told me that it needs to be in the Box and first I kept listening to him, I told him no I don’t need box then he said oh then you need to shrink wrap these tires. Carlos Trying to tell me these are expensive tires what if the label come out I won’t be responsible. Then I told him look Carlos I have send it many time this is not my first time so please let me send it the way I wanna sand it and he still made me buy the tape from there store. Which at the end it made point that he wanna it to make a sale with dishonesty never ever going back to his store he was the owner
Worst ups store. They have a computer you can use to print but it charges you $2.50. the computer doesnt work. Do not swipe your card. It will charge you .40 cents per min. Computer is a scam.

A complete freaking nightmare. I got a package shipped to this location as I knew I would be out of town at that time. The package was shipped and sent to the store. I came in and mysteriously they cant find the package.The guy at the counter didnt seem too concerned about not finding the package and gave me a number to call the next day. I kind of fight he was shooing me away at that point. I called and they still gave me the run around. I am now as we speak disputing where the package went. I will never come back to the store again nor ship to the store altogether. The place need to be shut down and moved elsewhere or hire associates that have some type of attention to detail.The customer service is non-existent in this store. Customers please dont waste your time. This is why I always love Fed-Ex because I never had a problem.
I dropped off some Amazon returns and they were ok not mean but definitely professional. I always seem to get some sort of attitude from this store while my lighter skinned counter part gets a much nicer interaction. Just a heads up but if you go in to quickly drop off a package and limit interactions you might not even notice.

I understand hours change due to COVID, but it would be immensely helpful to customers if you updated your hours on the UPS website as well so they dont waste time driving to your location only to discover you closed two hours early.
The only reason why I puts two stars is because the manager was great trying to solve a problem two of his employees made. The problem was not solved unfortunately and I had to pay over $300 for an international package.After signing the invoice, the value of the package was 10 times more than I told them and the package was sent as a business matter rather than a gift for a family member.My family member had to pay $200 To get the package.I think that the manager did his best solving the problem but unfortunately it was not.

Stopped in to take care of returning equipment and sending a package. Carlos took the time to explain everything to me in detail. His customer service was phenomenal. My daughter had lots of questions while he was processing my packages. He answered them all with a smile, all while still processing everything quick and efficient. I live closer to another UPS store, but will go out of my way for great service.

Store owner does not return calls! I went in on September 7th to send vitamins to my husband who had just flown to Germany for a business trip. He needed these ASAP. I was assured by Adrian that my husband would get these on the 10tg and that as long as the package says vitamins on it customs will accept it. Well after paying over $100 to ship these and getting the run around from UPS Germany for 3 weeks, I called UPS. I was told that Adrian should of never accepted this shipment as Germany will not accept vitamins because they are considered medication. Medication is not allowed to be shipped into Germany. According to UPS he should of called to ask before accepting to ship these. So now Iam out $100 because he did his job wrong. I’d expect for an employee at a UPS store to know what is Ok to ship to different countries. I was finally able to get ahold of the store owner Carlos 3 weeks ago and he was supposed to get back to me. Guess what today is November 6th and still no call back. Do yourself a favor and go to a different UPS store as this store doesn’t care about there customers.
Have an appointment for a notary a 1pm. Arrive at 12:50. There is a note on the door saying I will be back in 5-10 minutes. At 1 the employee comes back. I go inside say I am here for my notary appointment. Employee informs me the notary is in a meeting and won’t be here until 2pm because he did not look at his appointments. Really professional...

I happen to be searching for the UPS Store hours and saw some poor reviews for this store. I decided to post my review as I completely disagree with the reviews. I only come to this location for my Amazon returns. Service is efficient and professional. The poor reviews I just read are not valid and seems to be a misunderstanding from the reviewers understanding of the Amazon return policies. This is not a reflection of the store but rather the customers misunderstanding of Amazon returns.
