I came in to the store close to closing time on 4/20/2021 and I was very impressed with a specific worker there his name was Jeffrey. He was amazing! Everyone at the store was so nice and helpful. I know sometime when you go to a store close to closing the workers seem a little grumpy but everyone, especially Jeffrey really made me feel welcome and happy to be in that establishment! Jeffrey was very young obviously, his mother and father did a great job raising him! 👏
The customer service was terrible at the Burbank location. Veronica needs training in customer service. I was standing in line waiting for one of the three cashiers to acknowledge me waiting. They all looked at me waiting and just started walking to the counter. Veronica asked me if I was ready, well that’s why I was standing waiting. Then she snickered to one of the other cashiers and had a little conversation which was very rude. Then she didn’t thank me. That was my first and probably last time shopping there.
The manager has a bad attitude. Did someone steal his lunch? Can I speak to someone thats not the manager next time?Came in to inquire about a $200 order I made for delivery. Wondering if I can pickup from them to save them a trip and make it easier for everyone. The front door lady was nice. But the manager came in with an attitude and yelled at us from across the lobby.Then proceeded to raise his voice to lecture us about not having the product. Eventually me and my buddy had to stop him and de-escalate the situation. So the guy can calm down because we are not complaining. We simply want to see if its easier for them if we can pick-up the product instead of having them delivering it for free.Then he walked away and ignored us after we thanked him for his time. Like we didnt even exist? Why did it feel like I was the manager and he was the nasty client? Why am I doing his job?I just wanted to speak to someone thats NOT the manager please.
Wack... I’ve been shipping from this location for over 2 years and never had an issue. Now they have the worst attitudes and will make up excuses so they don’t have to don’t what your asking for. It’s either their cracked out way of thinking or nothing. This spot goes through so many workers too, maybe if they were nice to their workers they could actually keep some? Bad vibes, and terrible manager. Has no empathy or want or need to guide this location to success. Just a grumpy old man who literally has the vocab of a 5 year old
Tried calling in to ask about stock, they responded and before I could finish my next question they hung up the phone
I dropped off 2 books to get spiral bound of which I have seen many people get bound there and they turned out fine. I picked mine up and and they cut so far from the edge of the binding that the words are all cut off inside. Completely ruined the book so much I have to buy another book and start over again. Waste of time and money when they knew how to do it correct but took the fast way and did poor job.

We had a photograph printed poster size...a fine art b &w toned portrait for a firefighter friends memorial. A young lady Cheyenne(spelling?) assisted us. Not only a gorgeously printed poster but Cheyenne gave us the best in service and attitude. Took some of the stress & heartache off our shoulders. Thankyou Cheyenne!

I purchased a $300 office chair. All of the screws and bolts were missing when I got home and unboxed it. I returned to the store and the team quickly opened another box and promptly gave me the missing hardware. Great customer service.
I have been here hundreds of times and have spent thousands of dollars here. The staff is generally the same. They have been here for years. They are very helpful.

I ordered business cards online on a Wednesday, using the same day option. The estimate was for 7pm the next day. I was supposed to get an email once they were done. Thursday night the tracking still said held for production. I visited the store at around 8pm to ask them what had happened. The guy at the print center apologized and told me theyd take care of my order first thing in the morning. But again, no email and the tracking status was still the same for another two days. Saturday I called them and some lady who I could barely hear said that my order was ready and that I should have received an email. I told her I didnt, thats why I called. She said well, its waiting for you on the counter!.I understand its only 9 dollar business cards...The problem is that I needed them for an expo that I was attending that weekend.I guess you get what you pay for. I will avoid Office Depot from now on.
Bad customer service!!! Good luck getting your census fingerprint here. They will make you wait for a long time. My wife had an appointment at 9am, i ask one of the staff if any one will help us out she said be patient her name is “Reina” some one will be with us. And its already 9:24pm. So much for telling us to be patient lol😂 The person started assisting 9:42. Lol goodluck!
I want to personally thank this store for the wonderful way they are giving back to their community. You see the sore is right in front of Burbank High and they allow parents to drop off and pick up our kids from their parking lot without any problems. I can easily understand that it may get a little busy during 3 oclock pick up time and they would have all the right not allowing anyone to enter during that rush time but instead they are simply being patient and working around the rush. That alone wins my business for them.So THANK You all at this location and you have all my present and future business
Been shopping this location for 10+ years. Staff, management overall knowledgeable, helpful, friendly * some have been there that long or longer! Deals are good when offering what we want. Rewards program, computer repair consistent, dependable. Purchased my first laptop there 2 years ago & had trouble w/crashing. Think product is source, not installation, set up done by Office Depot. Worked to help me resolve issue both times!
Stopped in to make some quick copies of court documents I needed to mail before catching a flight out of Burbank airport.BOTH self-serve copies were down. ReaLLy?I approached the man behind the counter (print and copy area specifically), and I asked him if he could please assist me. He told me he could, but that I would need to download the app first. WHAT?I explained I was in a hurry to get the the airport, my battery was low, & that I honestly am not the most tech savvy person ... He interrupted me to tell me all the instructions I would need were in the poster.What poster? I had not seen a poster. Right in front.I was in a hurry, and I decided I would rather take the time to find another place to make copies or just not get it done than to mess around with this level of lack of service that was cause frustration by this point.What if it had been my mother needing copies? She doesnt even HAVE a smart phone to download your app, and Im sorry but the idea that one absolutely has no choice but to put an Office Depot app on his/her phone just to make a freakn copy is absurd.
I have frequently printed items at other Office Depots in the past with no problems, and great customer service. I left this location after 30mins of accomplishing nothing. In addition, upon leaving I asked a gentleman at the register if he was the manager which replied mhmm. His name tag also said Print Service Supervisor. I went on to tell him I have never had as much trouble getting something printed as an Office Depot before. He responded by saying its not the first time hes heard that. I then said, sounds like something you guys need to work on here then. He replied, thats something you need to tell the big guys upstairs. I was shocked by his reply and told him I was telling him because hes the manager, and that he could then pass it on to the big guys upstairs. He responded, oh, Im not the manager. I reminded him that his name tag said supervisor on it, and that I had asked him at the start of the conversation if he was the manager which he confirmed. His reply was didnt catch that. There may have been a sorry or in there somewhere, I dont recall. However, I would have expected after the few minutes of conversation he would have offered to get the ACTAUL manager. I just had to walk out at that point. The employees were pleasant but not accommodating at all. They just didnt seem to care. Spiritual victims of the corporate soul drainer? Perhaps. Also, theyre new print service systems are more complicated than what I want to deal with for a simple 4 page card stack print job. Ill try a different Office Depot
Quick, pleasant and efficient. I went in for toner for a laser printer. I called in for an item, they assured me it was in stock and there was no problem in picking it up at the desk. There were only two cashiers when I arrived but both were working quickly. The toner is in the front behind the desk so I was in and out in less than 7 minutes.Tl; dr the employees were friendly, the store is laid out conveniently, and the service was quick.
Staff was very helpful when I was trying to find something I didnt know the name of (nor did they, but we eventually found it). Docking a star because the roof was leaking badly during a medium-strength rainstorm (buckets were deployed).
Clean store. Im able to find things very easily. Very little employees work here, but theyre always walking around offering their help. Restrooms could be a little cleaner.
Good to have in the neighborhood, but like many other businesses, itll go down in history soon thanks to the likes of Amazon.... This store is a little outdated, but I can understand why they wouldnt spend money when theyll be closing in the near future!

My son stepped into the store before I did. (He is 15) the manager asked him if he was buying anything. Since he said no, he had to wait for me outside. It was a hot day. When I walked in, she glared at him so he responded by saying, “my mom is here”. She said “ok, good” When I approached her she pretended to be on the phone so I walked away and sent this review. They sell school supplies and backpacks. Why would you ban a customer. He doesn’t have money but his mom does. Shame on Office Depot and their manager!

Very friendly staff that can be helpful if you need any help. They have a nice selection of what they offer as a company and nothing more. They can carry much more products that are used in offices/homes alike, but they only have the bare minum of products that you may need. Also, they can utilize a better marketing strategy by having more useful sale prices, or discounts on items that they do carry. Many of tier products that are useful seem to never go on sale or offer a competitive price compared to thier competition. Overall a decent place if your looking to get the most basic of your office needs at almost fill retail prices most of the time.

Stand in line for 10 min with one register person to be told they dont have gift cards. Register person didnt even know where they were located. No floor help at all and looked like only 2 people working at 11am on a Friday.Idea: add self checkout and move register staff to floor to help customers. This way you only need one register person to assist self check out and you have people talking to and helping customers on the sales floor. Thats where the business is.Heck even go with floor check out from customer service and sales using tablets with POS and card swipe.Time to come out of the old school, its 2017 not 2007.

OH NO...its 200 copies its not like its 1 sheet of paper...and its not like your their only customer...do what the rest of us do place an order and come back if you need so many or just wait quietly and stop complain to the world wide web..then you got mr prices complain....the prices are universal friend...they are the same at every office depot so why taint this store? Now then reviewing this location...Ill give you the pros and cons....Pro...they have everythingPro...If they dont have something they can order it for you.Pro...If its furniture and they cant order it they can have it custom madePro...They have an onsite tech whos very knowledgeable.Con...Yes you might have to wait for help so if your that impatient either figure out where things are with the clearly posted signs in every isle or go to a place where people will point at something and thats the end of your help...but if you want real info its worth the wait.Con...some stuff is disorganized and hard to find, specifically a planner was difficult to find because they were majorly in the wrong sectionCon the parking lot gets really full even tho its very big.
