Came here for the sneakers I have been wanting they had them in stock, the staff was so helpful the store is so cool ! I didn’t know it existed such a cool experience, I will be getting all my sneakers from her for now on.

I am very disappointed in the service I received here. Ordered a hat from here and took 5 months to be delivered to my house. I understand that the factory making the hat had strict covid rules, but at the end of the day, you’re running a business and that’s not my issue. I was told that I would receive the hat in 8-10 weeks not 5 months. The owner of the store Miki responded very poorly to people on social media as well. Being rude and disrespectful to your customers is not a good image. Overall, I am very disappointed by the way the store responded to this situation, and how they treated their customers.

Bad customer service they brimmed my hat n also left a air bubble after waiting 7 months for it to come n they also tried to blame ups on top of that cracked my brimm

I finally got my hat I ordered :) it was a bit of a wait but that was expected and well worth the wait I’m in love with the colors and the design, I seen a negative review of someone getting mad at the magnolia park for things that are out of their control, some people u can just never please, I’m so happy mag thank you ! 🙏🏼

Best clothing spot on the planet

This is the best and coolest store I ever walked in. This is my first time here and I am amazed by their shoes display. They are all nice. Prices was reasonable. Staff were great as well.

Worse policy and do not recommend!

I consigned a supreme beanie. Over six months ago . It’s been sold and haven’t received received a check or cash for my consignment. Yet they keep saying they’re switching banks but it’s been over six months and every time I go they keep saying they’ll give me a text or a call in a week to pick up a check. I haven’t got a text. I will never consign here or do any type of business with them at all they are unprofessional and reliable and thieves

Definitely will not be shopping here anymore. My first visit in store was great. Picked up a couple pairs of shoes and the guy who helped us out was very helpful and friendly. So I decided to order from there online store since Im not in the CA area. I placed an order on 7/20/16 for 2 pairs of shoes and items came in a timely manner. But when I opened the box, I noticed that on one pair of shoes the sizing was completely wrong. The left shoe was a 9.5 and the right shoe was a 10.5. So I emailed them right away letting them know what happened. Got a reply back from Michael Guerra saying that he was going to get that corrected but never heard anything back from him. Finally after speaking to Jeremy for a month I got my money back 8/21/16 and they didnt even refund me my shipping. Ended up paying $25 for shipping on 1 pair of shoes. What a joke. Obviously this place dont care much about there customer. What a waste of my time having to deal with these guys.

Always get my Yeezys from here. These guys get the best shoes out there and always have it going on I’m so happy to be their client and shop from here all the time. I don’t mind standing in line too sometimes to go and rest my luck for the special releases haha.

Miki is super friendly to us. Amazing store with huge inventory. They buy/sell sneakers and rare clothing. Make sure to clean your item before selling or ask for a clean pair before buying their secondhand product. Fair and competitive price, amazing staff and very welcoming. Friendly and straightforward staff are very knowledgeable about the products. Selection varies daily, but there is always a steady supply of the latest and greatest in streetwear trends. Store layout is very open and roomy, unlike other smaller consignment store locations.

This shop is great. The people working are helpful yet laidback. Presentation is key here. Its an example of a concept done right. Theres a small basketball court in he store. Such a cool place.

Came into the Topanga Canyon location & the store was very bright and inviting. I talked to Janelle who said she was one of the manager and the employees there answered all the questions that I had and were very helpful.And WOW, that have so many shoes !!!

Came here and everyone was so chill and cool. Met Qias and he was very cool. The only part I HATED was the box. It was ripped and destroyed, it was a disaster. But other than that it was cool. Some suggestion is hire people that REALLY know shoes. I needed to show a pic of the shoe to make the guy agree the shoe was in the store.

I just love the small town feel of this area of Burbank. The small mom & pop style shops, restaurants and coffee shops are eclectic and fun. From Rocket Fizz candy to the LA Connection Comedy Theatre.The only down-side is the sidewalks roll up around 7 or 8 (ie everything closes early) Theres not much for night life (LA Connection and Portos Cuban Cafe are exceptions).One shining star: the last friday of each month is Girls Night Out. Basically a food truck festival from 6 - 9. Most shops stay open later on these evenings, and the trucks provide a wide array of yummy eats.

Ordered Travis Scott cereal, was really excited when the package came and the cereal box was in terrible condition, Not happy at all with what I received

I tried ordering a hat online because I do not live in CA. I got a hat but it was not the one I had purchased, so I went to email the store and they told me to ship it back and they would correct my order. I have sent multiple emails in the past 3 days after that and I have yet to receive a response. Extremely poor customer service, which is sad because Ive heard very good things about this store.

I bought a pair of off white vapor max for 625. The ones they gave me and let me try on were perfect. I go to the register and they tell me theyre just switching out the shoes they’re but theyre the same. I didn’t think much but now I wore them for the first time and the wrighting on mine are terrible. They are smudged it looks awful. I am very 😡angry. They are authentic but it makes me disappointed

Friendly people and great service but there one thing messup that they banned a person from playing the key master because he win many of times but it their lost.

By far one of the worst experiences I have ever had trying to buy shoes. They first tell me that there was an error with shipping. I was more than willing to send them another 25 dollars but they cancel the order. After this, my order gets marked as high chance of fraud.WELL OBVIOUSLY IF YOU REFUND MY ORDER AGAIN AND AGAIN MY ORDER IS GOING TO GET MARKED AS FRAUDULENT. Save your money and literally go anywhere else. These people do not care...

This is place is overpriced and they dont tell you before they sell items that they are final even know they have the sign in the back. They should let the people know that first because other people dont know about it. I dont recommend this place. Try to go URBAN NECESSITIES if you want cheaper price.

Mag Park has always had a great selection of shoes and apparel and balances resell and retail well. Most of the resell isn’t at crazy high prices so I would recommend

I got yeezy v2 belugas and they said they were new but had yellow stains on boost of the shoes and I heard that they were one of the most trusted shoe sites.
