I went to this particular T-Mobile store on Sunday 10 Oct 21 and the one rep there was on what appeared to be a personal phone call. We tried to ask some question, but the message was clear that he had other priorities. Very disappointing. We chose to go to the Verizon store and give them our business. Very troubling customer interface.

Manager lied to sell a phone. Assured us he would credit rebate over several billing cycles. Never did. Kept saying he would, then “forgot” multiple times. Husband went in multiple times to try to resolve, he was either busy, not there, or gave another excuse. T-Mobile customer service helped out a bit to get some of our money back.

Able and Luis (I am so sorry if I messed up both of your names) were so helpful in getting me set up with a new line. I was there to transfer a number over from another company and they assured me they could do it, and they did. It was a very nice experience and I will be sending anyone who needs a new phone or help with their current one to this store. They were willing to stay after hours (even though we didnt end up needing it) to help me solve my problem. Highly recommend. They were funny, good guys. Thank you guys!

I feel bad leaving 1 star but it is warranted. The staff here seemingly has no training and my 3 visits in a 2 week period were a waste of time. I just wanted to upgrade my phone, both staff members couldn’t figure it out. They then claimed the computer was not working properly and to come back.4 days later, same thing, same excuse, went back a 3rd time, was told I would owe to upgrade although I was a “Jump on demand” customer. They couldn’t tell me why I owed, my phone was paid in full already. Told me again the computer wasn’t working. I left, went to the store in Springfield, in and out in 20 mins with my new phone.They were nice, but they had very little idea of how to do their job and they were calling other T-Mobile stores asking all of my questions. Pretty sad, no their fault. Corporate needs to train their employees.

Came in to store a week ago for an upgrade and got some of the best mobile help ive had in years.manager derrick was amazing and i believe the girls name was hailey that helped me she was very knowledgable and answer all my questions with ease. 10/10 will be my permanent store i go for all my phones for now on.

Careful when replacing phone at the Burke store. They will add protection plan ($18 a month) and other add-ons (screen protector ) etc without telling you or seeking your permission. Dishonest.

*PSA FOR SPRINT ACCOUNT HOLDERS GETTING A NEW PHONE! Please see if you are eligible to change to a T-Mobile plan, due to the recent merge!I also feel bad for leaving a bad review, but I think there is miscommunication or lack of training at this store potentially? Also, this is just my experience that I want to share to hopefully help others in the same situation.I ordered a mint condition / open box iPhone SE 2020 on BackMarket that was unlocked and eligible for all phone providers and carriers. I went to this T-Mobile to explain that I need help activating the new phone. The salespeople helped me through the steps.But then comes time for the SIM card and they wouldnt give me a T-Mobile SIM card because Im a Sprint customer, so I put my Sprint SIM card in and the SIM card is locked, shows an error message, and doesnt work. Another customer comes in a few minutes and has the same exact scenario, where he is a Sprint customer, recently bought a brand new phone online, and is having difficulty with getting the Sprint SIM card to work. The salespeople basically shooed us and told us to go and lookup another store in the area to try and find a store that can help specifically with Sprint customers. They also told me to call Sprint customer service and the customer service person helping me via phone legit said: Im confused, if youre in a T-Mobile now, they just need to give you a new SIM card. But the salespeople insisted that they didnt have any Sprint SIM cards and didnt help me.I then go to a different T-Mobile in Leesburg and the salespeople there said they would just check if Im eligible for a T-Mobile plan and coverage. Sure enough, it took them a few minutes to activate a new T-Mobile SIM card for me. Now I just have T-Mobile LTE shown on my phone instead of Sprint.Overall, it was quite a bit of confusion and inconvenience today and I wish this Burke store had just tried the T-Mobile SIM card in the first place.

Absolutely the worst i have ever been treated .

Really great, friendly customer service, even if they cant solve your problem. I felt bad for the single staff member working, but she performed admirably with a store full of customers. She even called Samsung for me and allowed me to talk to them on one of the store phones. Im always like, ugh, when I have to go to cell phone stores, but it will be a smaller ugh now.

They are not ready to get your business!We walked in with one easy question but yes it was 7:45pm and they close at 8pm. We just needed to know the difference between our plan and another one. The guy working there was already annoyed because he had to look up at our account on his computer... well this is part of your job! I was walking in the store while my husband was trying to get the answer to our simple question. I was looking at the phones and my husband asked me if there was a phone I liked. Just between me and him. The guy from t-mobile told us to come back another time when they are not about to close.Not business like at all!!I was extremely disappointed and I will not go back to this store ever again!Living in Burke, I like going for errands in Burke but I will not go to t-mobile in burke.

They took my phones I had with previous carrier, deleted all my vacation photos before transferring them to my new phone, and then didnt submit my reimbursment to pay off my previous carrier. I called TMobile and they refuse to honor it. I wasted $650 by switiching to TMobile.

Store is only good to make a payment. Went in to upgrade phone but since it was almost closing time he wouldnt telling us to come back the next day knowing weather was gonna be bad. When I suggested going to another store he said good idea and gave wrong time the store closed. He helped a lady for 15 mins that came in as we were leaving but couldnt sell us the phone in that 15 min period. Any other store I have been to has stayed open past closing to get a sale. Who ever was closing 1/11/19 definitely needs to learn about sales in customer service.

Came with my sister and nephew to switch over from from AT&T recently, and their rep Mahir went above and beyond to service all of our needs and remove the sour taste in our mouths from our past experiences with cell phone retailers. His ability to remain patient and helpful while multitasking was amazing. He even created a netflix account (which t-mobile gives you for free!!!) for us himself and taught us how to use it. Terrific store and even better employees!

Went in on 1/11 a little after 5 to try to get new phones and switch to t mobile from Verizon. It was a bit of a project to get a time both my spouse and I were free and the baby was calm but we got it worked out and got over there well before closing. Only 1 guy working that night and he was helping another couple. Fine- we can wait a bit. A couple minutes after we walked in to the store guy says he’ll talk to us shortly. Okay. Over an hour and a half later- we were still waiting and he hadn’t even asked us what we were there for. Baby finally had a meltdown, tried pushing the stroller around the store for a bit but eventually we had to leave. He had been helping the other couple (who were chatting with us off and on) the entire time. Guy didn’t even try to talk to us when we were clearly packing our crying baby up to leave. Beyond terrible customer service.

The store says they open at 10AM. I stayed at the store for 30 min after waiting to see if someone would open the doors. No one is here as far as I can tell. Door is locked. This location is completely unprofessional. If your going to say your open at a specific time, then be here at a specific time. I thought about switching to T-Mobile but this is horrible and I haven’t talked to anyone yet. Don’t go to this store. Apparently none of them take their job seriously.

Absolute ZERO for customer service. Im on the verge of switching carriers because I never want to step foot into a T-Mobile store again. I walked in there to pay off and remove the insurance plan from my device... I walked out will all of my money in my wallet because rather than help me, the manager wanted to talk about the sale on the newest phone and try to convince me that taking the insurance plan off my phone would be the worst decision of my life.
