Great service at store. Very helpful employees. Knew exactly how to solve my issue. Also had very good phone accessories, very knowledgeable about those such I bought there instead of online.

Maggie, the manager, gave us stellar service.Unfortunately she was the only one working and we had to wait about an hour. However, I can truly say that her service was worth the wait. I have gone to several AT&T locations in the past but I will be returning to this one.

Excellent service! i worked with an individual named gus and he took his time to explain everything and worked with me to customize a plan that would suit my family best. this store took the hassle of phone plans and made it easy and fast! highly recommend!

I wanted to take the time to publicly thank DOMINIC at the BURKE at&t for SAVING MY SANITY!!! Ive had really poor experiences with at&t customer service over the past few months. Today was my final attempt to not switch service to another carrier. And. Literally. DOMINIC solved every one of my issues whilst juggling a store full of patrons by HIMSELF! It was masterful. His patience never waned. And his smile never dropped... well done DOMINIC! And he stayed over an hour after closing time to ensure that every customer in the store was sufficiently connected. Friendly staff. The team was knowledgeable about the various phones. They also worked well as a team as I visited the store three times in search of the phone I wanted and they communicate to each other about my visit.

The closest AT&T is about a 3 minute drive from my home, but I drove 30 minutes in hopes of getting more personalized service from a smaller retailer. Also, the very few reviews led me to believe this would be a the best place to give my business. I was mistaken.The other day, my friend, his brother, and I visited in hopes of learning more about the Samsung Galaxy S9, the phone I decided on. We found there were no real phones to examine, only plastic ones. Unexpected, but no issue.The issue was when we asked if there were any phones we could see to really get a feel for the phone. Again, this is a phone I have no clue about. I would never buy something without testing the real thing. The available representative blatantly said, “they’re in the back” and went back to his business leaving us clueless as to if we were actually going to get to test the phone. We shortly realized we weren’t going to be able to.We then witnessed other customers getting the service we wished we had received. Phones were being brought from the back to allow other customers to test them out...Needless to say, this made us feel uneasy and profiled... I would never recommend this location and will definitely be going to corporate with this.I’ll gladly be getting the S9 at another retailer.

Very bad experience dealing with Josh who is the manager. Went to purchase and switch to at&t and everything he said we were getting for switching didnt happen. Went back to him to see why and he couldnt say why and was supposed to be looking into the issue and call me. Didnt hear from him and called back in the store and he wouldnt come speak with me and told the person to tell me no update. I asked the store person to ask him to call me when he can. From that day no one will answer the phone in the store when I call and I dont live near the store to stop in. Poor customer service will get you in at&t and then forget about you, will be switching back to another carrier
