The people working were exceptionally efficient and kind. This is my go to Starbucks in the area. The girl with short blonde hair and one with long brown hair are always so sweet & double check my order. Very awesome place

This starbucks is full of wonderful people who are so welcoming to everyone and who get to know their regular coffee drinkers like they are family. My coconut milk cappuccino is always absolutely delicious! My dogs love the attention they receive along with the occasional yummy puppaccino treat! Thank you for always making it an enjoyable experience no matter what time of the day I have coffee. I am proud to call your store My Starbucks.

Well after receiving such bad service from a lazy employee, I will no longer be spending my money at this Starbucks.

I got extremely ill after drinking a cold brew nitro with 2% milk yesterday. Vomiting and nausea within an hour. I called the manager to report this and he asked if I wanted another beverage, instead? Beware, if this location. Im still sick after 24 hours

They had the brown sugar oat milk coffee which some places are out of!!

This is my local Starbucks store. I frequent this location almost daily. The staff are amazing! They know me and many other customers by name. Its a chain run coffee shop, that feels like its a mom and pop. Youre always greeted with a smile. The store is clean and orderly. Its spacious, with ample seating. The baristas and staff are patient and helpful. The drinks are quality, above others in my opinion. I prefer this Starbucks to others. I highly recommend this location!

These people are always the sweetest. Their hiring manager knows how to pick really great people because every time I’ve gone in, no matter the day or the hour, every single employee is so cheery. Drinks have always been on point for me (I typically order dirty chai or a seasonal frappuccino)Ive also done some work here too. The WiFi works great and there is moderate seating if you need collaboration space.

Its 50/50 that they will even get your drink right. The only reason I gave it three stars instead of 2 is that more often than not the employees are very cheery and sweet. I honestly would not come back here if it wasnt for the fact its right next to my bank and I do a lot of banking

My girlfriend got her coffee here this morning and Jessica, not only made her coffee perfectly, paid her a compliment that made her day. 10/10 would buy coffee from Jessica again. Give her a promotion!

In my opinion, the Burke Commons Starbucks he best Starbucks in the southern part of Fairfax County. This Starbucks not only provides you with 5-star service but there is also a nice area in the back where one can study or read peacefully away from the hustle & bustle of most Starbucks. I drive 15 minutes (going past other Starbucks locations) just to come to this one!

Employees are nice and make good drinks. Will easily remake it if its not to to par. I feel like mobile ordering is faster than going in and ordering.

Its always nice to find a starbucks where you can order a regular cup of coffee and it tastes like it hasnt been sitting on the burner for an hour. Seems like a really well run store--I wish it were closer.

My favorite Starbucks location Ive ever been to - definitely the best service in the NoVa & DC area. Always friendly and willing to make sure your drink is exactly the way you want it. Theyre the one location I dont have to worry that my $6 latte is going to taste terrible.

Good place though parking is very limited out front (parking anywhere else will require you to cross traffic flow in the parking lot). Small place, too. 4 stars for service, 3 for location.

Its your average neighborhood Starbucks nestled in a plaza. Its location is almost hidden. Parking is ample and shared with other plaza retailers.

This is hands down the best starbucks in the area. Infact there is one closer to my house but I drive out of my way to come to this one. The drinks are consistently good and the customer service is amazing. Every morning before work I stop at this location and am greeted by one employee in particular: Chang. He greets me by name and tells me to have a good day and it honestly makes my mornings so much better! He consistently makes fantastic yummy drinks and always smiles and is just so pleasant...he really makes this starbucks exceptional! There are also two twin ladies who work here (I am not sure of their names yet) and they are wonderful as well and also greet me by name and chat with me briefly. This Starbucks is cozy, friendly and really stands out from others in the NOVA area! Thank you!

I love Burke Starbucks Best!!! Skye is still there as Barrister and it was wonderful to be see her and others I know!!! Ive been going there a long time. She always seem to know what drink I want and she is right. It feels home there for me and I ordered a breakfast sandwich hot. I find Starbucks in general (the two places I go to) a safe haven. To think plan and relax to have a snack and sometimes meet nice people to talk with!!! I love Frappicinos but would prefer a lighter touch in calories in those drinks as a suggestion perhaps to use a natural plant based sweetner upon request such as Stevia. The sweet breads your cherry bar, chocolate croissants, almond croissant needs more filling in almond paste and not be so plain. I think it is a good idea to have fresh sandwiches egg salad and lettuce, tomato and cheese. Turkey, cheese and lettuce all freshly made right in the store ready for all. Increase prices of course, but not too high do not push customers away with too high prices. I spent over ten dollar there as I bought water as well. It would be very helpful to have all stores work the same hours it is more consistent for your customers in terms of your customers working and free time as well. Please leave the oven available as late as possible! I do not care for smoky drinks or smoky flavors, I prefer freshly made drinks hot and cold. Also your freshly made juice ice drinks would be really good. In general dont know about other stores as I go to only two Starbucks, a few changes to you menu, increase size of portions of sweet breads and pastries, again not too much be to keep your customer base and attract more. I wish I could work as a Barrister but how does one remember all the combinations of drinks??? I am afraid I couldnt do that well and be confused !!! I give all the Barristers great credit for handling long lines quickly. Great place!!!! High scores!!
