Got the Covid shot in June for my 14 yr old. Worst vaccine administration. Half the vaccine came out the first time and much bleeding the second time dripping down my kid’s clothes - same person did it. The lady fumbled in the basket to find bandaid or cotton as they weren’t handy. She was rough and also rude. Never going there again.

Great experience getting my shots here. Extremely helpful staff in the pharmacy. Thank you so much!

Worst Customer Service. I had trouble controlling my anger after dealing with the rudest manager on shift who didnt know how to solve coupon issues and also didnt know proper behavior. I would never visit this store ever again.

I would give Gloria a 0 star but I cant. She is not skilled to be working in customer service. She is rude and just ruined my day today by throwing my stuff just because I let her know the sale was not ringing up. Manager was right next to her but not sure if he heard our back and forth because, of course we were both wearing masks. I am never going back to this CVS.

This CVS is hot garbage. They do not answer their phone, ever. They are grossly understaffed and they move at a glacial pace. Do not go here. Go elsewhere to fill your prescriptions.

They don’t seem to be able to keep a constant quality of service? I’ve lived nearby for over 5 years and I’ve found a huge range of service quality over the years.If I have a coupon I’ll go but I never plan to go there anymore. Pharmacy is just okay. That service quality has also ranged A LOT.

Obviously nobody at this CVS reads the pharmacy reviews. If they did they would realize that the customer service at the pharmacy is pathetic, at best. The pharmacy doesnt answer the phone, and nobody calls you to tell you that a prescription is ready. Ive dealt with several different people who work in the pharmacy and find that they are all rude and unfriendly. Nobody who works there smiles----ever. This is a service business, but they literally dont provide any service. Apparently the pharmacy is understaffed, resulting in the employees being overworked and unable to do what they are paid to do. CVS, either hire more competent people or close the pharmacy to spare us the agony of dealing with the incompetence.

This CVS is horrible, no customer service whatsoever, even from the manager. I ordered a photo calendar for Christmas gift. After picking up the envelope went home and found out that there was no photo calendar, jus sheets of pictures. Drove all the way to the store, and showed the manager the issues, he said there was nothing he could do to make into a calendar. He said he would trash our family pictures and give us a refund. Those exact words. Cruel and evil thing to say/do. Why on earth anybody would want their family pictures to be trashed. How about I’ll trash his family pictures. How would he feels???!! Why CVS advertises that they sell photo calendars but apparently they don’t have it!!!??? Wrong advertising, bait and switch advertising, should be taken down!

Used to LOVE this CVS, when Sally was the pharmacist. But the new pharmacist seems frantic every time I go in--and so, so rude. Time to transfer to a different pharmacy.

Pharmacy staffs are the most wonderful staffs. They always smile and are helpful whenever Im there to buy drugs or merchandise. I definitely will come back for service.

The pharmacy provides excellent service. Competent advise and guidance. Responsive and timely regardless of the time of day or day of the week. Friendly staff that treats you like a valued customer.

I call the pharmacy and select Option 4 to speak with a Pharmacy rep and my call immediately gets dumped. I call again and select to speak to non-pharmacy in-store assistance. I speak to a woman she transfers me to the pharmacy, a boy answers and then hangs up on me. I called again, spoke to the same in-store woman.. as soon as I say transfer me to the pharmacy. She dumps my call. i call back and ask for the Manager, the in-store associate transfers me to the store manager.. As soon as I say I would like to file a complaint about the pharmacy, the Manager hangs up on me.. You know what WE ARE GOING TO PUT YOUR CVS OUT OF BUSINESS!!! YOU CANT TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS.... I AM TRANSFERRING MY PRESCRIPTION FROM YOUR CVS BURKE LOCATION!! AND I AM NO LONGER COMING IN THERE FOR ANYTHING ELSE EITHER!! I BAN YOU!!!!!!! DONT SHOP HERE!!!
