I have rented space here for 5 years. The facilities are very well kept and clean, and never had any problems accessing storage. Easy to drive to. The elevator always worked. The staff have always been very helpful and courteous. Only issue is the price increase each year seemed high, but this may be the same as other storage facilities. Would definitely recommend.

We needed a second storage unit. Raul made the process of getting another unit painless and quick. And to top it off, he was able to get us the second unit close to the original, which is a great convenience.

Clean facility, convenient location, easy reservation process. My only hang up is not being able to move my long large piece of furniture into the unit because I can’t get it around the corner. The hall isn’t wide enough. A floor plan with measurements would have been helpful.

Very safe and secure. The unit was a little buggy but that cant be helped - the unit I rented was not climate controlled. My biggest disappointment was the cost. I thought that the cost was very high and every year it kept going up by a significant amount. Other than that, the experience was a good one.

I was well assisted to sign my lease online and to advise me on access to my space by Raul.He was friendly and professional and I couldn’t have asked for more than what he did.A few weeks after getting my space, I forgot to lock my unit leaving it fully open with the keys on a box there. I was completely oblivious and I learnt about it when Raul called me to let me know.As the keys were near the entrance, he had locked the unit, handing me the key when I went back.Nothing had been touched or removed and I am so grateful to Raul for his presence of spirit and care.

This facility is very clean and well maintained! Raul was very helpful showing me a couple lockers so I could get an idea of size and answering all my new renter questions. Because of Covid 19 the contract was done online and went smoothly. Being able to move in after dark in this almost 100 degree heat made it much more bearable. The location of the facility could not be better. The facility is immaculate and the staff exception. Rented at this facility since July 2019 with only 1 modest increase in fees over that time. Perfect for those who are downsizing, getting ready to sell your home or simply while renovations are being done to you home.

There are storage spaces on every corner it seems, but I chose Extra Space at Freds Oak because the reviews. My contracting experience was seamless, the office and area are spotless and Raul is professional and really wonderful to work with. When I increased my space, he went to great lengths to be sure I got the best price and made everything contact-less in a time when that is really important to me. CHOOSE this one, there may be countless options, but they are not all the same.

Our belongings have always been in great condition when weve come to get something from the unit. Weve had a ground floor climate controlled unit for 3 plus years and never once a problem or concern. Exceptional and extraordinary service and cleanliness. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and took their time to understand ones needs. The facility is secure, well lit (inside and out), and is so clean (yes, inside and out) you could almost eat off the floors. Ive rented storage facilities before locally and in other states, and I can attest this is absolutely the best of the best. Raoul provided excellent service starting with calling me first thing Saturday morning after I made my reservation late Friday night. He helped me choose the best rate for me given how many months I needed the space. The facility is very well-kept, well-lit, with secure access and clean.I feel very comfortable using this space to store some belongings for a few months. As the facility is continually being maintained, I am confident my property will be in good condition when I get it out.The entire agreement signup process was quick and painless and I would recommend Extra Storage Space to anyone who needs additional storage. Good place, clean storage areas, helpful staff. Had storage area here without incident for 12 years. Only complaint would be the price I increases, started at $185/month for a 10x10, after years the rate was $405/month, by year twelve...$490/month, OUCH!! If it hadnt become SO expensive Id still have the unit
