It was a good experience we had some issues with the first truck I picked which was not their fault. But they stayed on top of it worked hard and found me some other ones to choose from all worked out in the end. Very good bunch of folks up there big shout out to Preston (thanks you the man) Would highly recommend buying there and to them thanks again very pleased with my truck

The service advisors were very nice and professional. However there were not enough service techs to handle the demand. I had to take my car to a different service provided for repairs. I was paying for a rental car while my car was being serviced therefore I wasnt able to wait longer than the 4 days to get my car fixed.
I didn’t catch the name of the finance guy that was as equally awesome, but Scott was the best car salesman I’ve interacted with. He was very personable and had myself and my mom laughing and just made the entire experience well worth it. I got a good deal on my trade-in, and was lucky to have the car I wanted come in the same morning I arrived at the dealership. It was honestly the best experience I’ve had at a dealership, thanks to Scott. Highly highly recommend him to buy your next car!!

Had a good experience when we purchased our truck from Trevor. Previous rating was 5 stars, and I’d purchase another vehicle from AutoNation Ford Burleson.The service department on the other hand lacks attention to detail. I recently went in for an oil change, tire rotation, balance, and alignment. After I picked up the truck, I noticed grease on the door handle, driver seat, center console, glove box, and steering wheel. Then I noticed they used a clip weight to balance my front driver side wheel. I have Fuel forged wheels, painted and clear coated. Using clip weights doesn’t only look bad, but it can chip the protective clear coat which will result in paint chipping off of the wheel. I didn’t even know clip weights are still in use. I went back to have that resolved, which they did. Before I left the second time, I had to hunt down the tech to get my wheel lug nut key and socket back, the key was still on his impact wrench.Today I just noticed that the wheel caps are not sitting properly on the wheels (all of them), the are crooked and off center. I can only assume this is due to the tech not seating them properly after balancing. I fixed that issue in my driveway.I will not be returning for service here. If you do, double check everything before you leave.
I bought my Honda from Autonation Ford-Burleson and I come here for my routine oil changes and every time I never leave unhappy. The techs and advisor are always polite, knowledgeable, and fast! I’ve never had one bad experience here!
Don’t get your vehicle here.They sold us a lemon and then kept if for 3 months stating they “were working on it”. After picking it up it stopped working only one exit down the road, leaving my very sick daughter and I stranded, again. (She ended up staying a full week in the icu right after this.) Turns out they didn’t even test drive it to attempt to get the same errors. They didn’t even look at it, for 3 months. They had it longer than we did and then have the audacity to keep hounding us to leave them reviews. Waste of our time and money. Lesson learned. Never do anything with this place.
I keep coming back to Autonation in Burleson because that’s where I bought my truck. Unfortunately every trip back for something as minor as an oil change has been a disaster. My last appointment was a four hour oil change then I had to ask about my truck as I watched it sit ready in the parking lot another 30 after being done. Been there several times and nothing has changed. Last time I went for the oil change I received my truck back and the work was never done. I give one star only because I’m not allowed any less.

Sales side is fine, service adviser I had was alright, how long it took to change oil rotate and balance the tires was unacceptable. I was 1 of two people in the service drive, I had an appointment and it still took 3 1/2 hrs to do that, I could understand if I was a walk in angers was more than 2 people there. Not to mention the truck was low 3 quarts when I checked it………

First time dealing with them not a great experience. They talk about wanting to earn your business you pretty much have to stay on top of them an email them to get the info needed because if you dont you wont get anything back looks more like they want free handouts without doing the work. Worked with Melvin Jones on ordering the new Ford maverick this dealer has no idea on what to do. Went in person to make sure everything would get done correctly the first time so I wouldnt have to go back and they dont even know how or what is needed to order an submit correctly an you guessed it I would have to go back an do more work so it could get submitted. Everything is at their convenience I would personally look elsewhere an not even bother with them big thumbs down.
Went an hour out of my way for the truck I bought. Im happy with my truck. The dealership not so much at all.Ive taken my truck back 3 xs for something easy to fix that should have been fixed the first time.After a week Id call to check up on the status and it was always difficult to find my truck in the system so Id have to wait on a call back.We were promised while signing papers, the truck would be cleaned inside and out. Never happened, even after bringing the truck back 3 xs for repairs.The last time we brought our truck back the dealership did say they would drive the it back when it was ready as a courtesy which we appreciated.That was back around the first of the year. Last month I received a bill from Texas Toll for almost 50 dollars. This bill was from the dealerships driver taking the toll free lane all the way back to our home on the 35.To add insult to injury the bill was in collections. We never received a bill until the collections dept contacted us. I contacted a manager who sounded sympathetic and wanted to see my toll bill.I sent picture attachments with all information needed to pay it. That man ghosted me for 2weeks. I tried to get his name which was a Indian name and I was struggling to spell it with him and his accent.He lied and said hed send me an email with his name on it. Ghosted me after I hung up.All I can say is good luck. Maybe youll be a lucky customer who has no issues. Hope so. 👍

My wife and I including my son including the salesman for the dealership test drive a Jeep compass overall it was pretty damn good what the exception of the transmission kept pulling it seemed as if the transmission has some issues and what I really respected a lot about the salesman he did not try to just play it off downplay the situation he said guys Im truly sorry I did not know this vehicle was like this Im going to report it and have it fixed hes hooking us up with another vehicle we test are open and its really really great run smooth low miles and hes been working with us since we got here and it is now 8:20 p.m. and we drove 6 and 1/2 hours from Midland Texas
If I could give you a lower score I would!!!I scheduled my appointment a month in advance for a recall. When I got to the dealership I was informed that the parts were not in & had to be special ordered.I had ask when I made the appointment of the parts were in & I was told yes. The gentleman I spoke with when I showed up on time for my appointment said they dont even look to see what is needed till the day before your appointment. They cant get them overnight so how us a person suppose to get this taken care of??? That was the end of July I still have not received a call saying the parts are in!!!

I was very disappointed because my buying experience was as exciting as I thought. I am a customer and all of us should be given equal treatment. I want them to show me everything and that did not happen.
The service department at this dealership is abysmal. I brought my car in and have been waiting almost a month for a windshield wiper and speaker. I have called multiple times and left multiple messages with the service department, with zero response or call back. I will not go to this dealership for anything, if their service department is this bad then I wont give them any of my business.

The woman at the service center checkout counter was very sweet and accommodating! I was told my previously purchased maintenance plan oil change would only take an hour so an hour & a half went by and I needed to leave soon to get my kids. I asked the woman if she could check on how much longer it would be & explained why. She looked in the computer & said notes were already made on it so it was finished, she would just need to go find the keys & locate where it was parked & Id be ready to go! 5 min later I was out the door!! My transaction to buy my truck was fairly good. They did overcharge me for the price of the truck and when I brought it to their attention they said they would refund the money after my check cleared . Since it was a cashiers check it cleared as soon as they deposited it . Ive not received my money after three weeks and I cant get anyone to return my calls. So I guess I would say . Im not very impressed. Typical dealership, if theres nothing in it for them. The customer is not important .After this post I received an email requesting that I call the general manager. I spoke to him and he said he would contact accounting and have a check sent out immediately. He apologized and did send my check via FED EX the next day.

I had original purchased an infinity very cute. Did the prequalified online and the day was able to get the car. Unfortunately my child’s car seat would not fit in the car. I spoke with the representative that had originally helped me and was able to change and upgrade my car with the same payments. As any car sales place it’s going to take time for the paperwork but it was very straight to the point and an easy process.
The customer service was excellent. My sales associate Issac Marquez went well beyond my expectations to find me the exact Ford F150 I wanted. His quick responses made buying a new truck easy and stress free.
No communication with the sales guy. I was lied to as well. I was told one price and then told a completely different price during time of sale. The finally got the price back down but not all the way. I bought the car but I’m not happy about it. I got another sales guy at the end that was awesome. That’s the only reason I give 2 stars.
Don’t like service departmentthat leaves grease on my car handle.Don’t care for their procedures when you come to pick up your car after service. What’s the podium for outside all the offices? Stood there for a good ten minutes before I went inside to the counter where you would pay your bill. While outside several people came out and went back in but didn’t bother to ask me or the man standing outside what we needed. Several people sitting in the offices and not one bothered to see what we needed.The guy at the check out counter found who I needed to see. Once I was with Kipp everything was great.
I drove up to the Burleson Auto Nation with the intention to just look at a few different models and when Kimberly walked out she made me instantly feel at ease. She helped me find a bigger size model than the Fusion that I was in that fit my budget. She never once pressured me. She made the whole process an amazing experience. I absolutely love my Ford Edge!
Matt Masters and Linda Belota were very helpful, I called them with an issue with my car and within a day they had it resolved. They went out of their way to help me. I love this dealership. Every time I have gone there they always make me feel so welcomed. They always try to do right by their customers. I have been there 3 times before and will continue to buy my fords through them.

You can never get anyone to answer the phone or even call you back when you’ve left a message like no customer service at all with this location. Funny thing is, they have like tons of people just hanging out in there when you do stop by. I just want an UPDATE on my truck!
My most recent visit was frustrating. I booked online in advance and selected the package I wanted, which was Oil Change Message Services and was priced at $451. When I dropped off my vehicle, the guy who took my vehicle wanted to know what I needed. I explained that I booked in advance but he still wanted me to tell him the specifics. I tried to look it up through my confirmation email, but the website only confirmed the title of the service I selected and the price, which was frustrating. He rattled off some of the things that he thought were probably on the service, which were definitely things I remembered and he said hed look up in the system to verify the rest. My fiance picked up my vehicle for me and the price was only half what I was expecting. I went through all the steps to schedule a service so I could see what I originally picked and yup, several things didnt happen. So yes, I got the main things I needed like the oil change and tire rotation but what is the point of booking online if it means nothing?
The people are great up there but the service department doesn’t offer rentals and so far the used car I purchased has had issues and being an only car, it’s impossible to get it in and be without a car.

They provide efficient and excellent service on our work truck at every appt. They have been very accommodating.
The lounge area was quiet and clean. Staff was friendly, especially Anna who helped me early when the service manager I was assigned was not yet there. Only real complaint was the WiFi was slow.
My husband and I had such a great experience buying our car here. Trevor Taylor helped us get the best car for our needs, and he was such a wonderful salesman. Most salesmen that you talk to anywhere else care more about the sale than the customers needs, but he was upfront and honest with us. We will definitely be coming back when its time for a new car upgrade and all of our servicing needs!
Absolutely ridiculous. They kept my truck for three months because the couldn’t find a part. No one could ever give me a straight answer. Told me they would compensate with fee oil changers. Nope that didn’t happen. I would be better off canceling my extended warranty and going somewhere else.
Got a new Ranger. Juan Mendez was a perfect gentleman and did all he could to make us happy. Thats not easy with a picky customer like me. Mr. Artisb, the general manager of the dealership, checked it with us to be sure we were happy. Great guy!
My last experience with the service department was challenging. I told the Service Manager I would try again, to give them a second chance. I have zero complaints about doing this. I did stay clear of the previous Service Advisor and had Matt Masters step up to take care of me. He insured that all items were repaired and addressed on 1 visit and all on the same day. There were 3 different items, that I’m sure had 3 different areas in the shop required to address. Matt ensured it came together(even on a Friday). The overall experience was okay. The deal was pretty much a “give me” deal for sales man. Substantial down payment and I called and he happened to be the one to take the call.Customer follow up needs serious consideration and adjustments. I received an email a few days after receipt of vehicle asking if he could help me with anything else. I responded with a request for assistance fixing the vehicles remote. That email went unanswered. That is poor customer service.I’d received multiple emails to share my experience through a review, but was reluctant to do that as my previous email for help went unanswered, so would they respond to a review? In my mind, doubtful.In the end I’ll be contacting a different dealership for help with the inoperable remote.Would definitely not recommend this dealership unless one cares little about customer service.
Simple oil change and tire rotation... Had appointment, was told 60 to 90 minutes... It took three hours, and may have taken longer if I hadnt pushed them. Disappointing!

I had a 10AM appointment to have state inspection done. After 11 oclock the service rep noticed I was still sitting in waiting room. she said she would check on my car. Twenty minutes later she came back said she was sorry my car had not been done and asked where my car insurance was. I told her and she said she would see that my car was taken care of right away. Nearly 2 hours later my inspection was done and I was able to leave. To say the least I was not happy. I was offered a free oil change to give a good review. Sorry I believe in being honest.

I was greeted by a nice young gentleman named Luis and he took great care of me while I waited for my F-150 to have an oil change. 2nd time I have bought a vehicle and this dealership was by far the best one I have ever been too. I was in and out with my new truck in under 2 hrs and I didn’t have to try and haggle for anything the deal and warranty combo they gave me for the price was way better than I expected. Michael Barrow was fantastic to deal with and completely straightforward with everything. Klepper was fantastic on the financing and saved me a lot of money on my warranty. Definitely will be shopping here again should I need another vehicle!
I had an appointmet at 2:45. I sat in the waiting room until 5:00 when I finally got up to see if my car was ready. I saw my car parked across the service area. The tech said hed get the paper work ready and could wait in the waiting room again. I bought the extra Maintenance package. When I gave them my key, he said they would put the oil change sticker on my window. They did not. I just think 2 hours and 20 minutes is a very long time for an oil change.
We made an appointment with Autonation Burleson to have a recall on our vehicle fixed. When we arrived to drop it off, we were told they didnt have the parts to do the fix because we called the call center and not them directly so we would have to come back in 2 weeks!First off, I called the Burleson number and was redirected to the call center because they didnt answer their phone in time. Secondly, regardless if the appointment was made through the call center, why is it our fault they didnt communicate. Why isnt the call center communicating information for appointments to the dealerships? Isnt that their business!? Either Autonations system needs some serious work or someone at the Burleson service center screwed up.After my husband spoke with a supervisor, they magically were able to find the parts needed to fix the recall and it got done. That is the only reason we give them 3 stars. Im floored that a huge business like Autonation doesnt have a better system!
I called and spoke to a sales rep on a used vehicle, he said it still had to pass their inspection they do and he would get back to me. We went through with some info on myself and had things in line. Never heard from him after that. I called and spoke to a different sales rep. He said it was still in the shop because they were behind a little. Took my info again, and never heard from him. Two days later the truck was in the website with “ready to go” in the description and gone the next day. Worst customer service I’ve seen.
Did not fix the problem after trying for a year.
Took care of my Ford Red Ranger service with all questions I had and gave me a lot of good information. I will do it again when needed.

I had been actively searching for a good, used, reasonably priced SUV for about 24 months. I did go to other dealers, went through personal sellers, and never felt comfortable with the price/quality. I looked online, located this beautiful 2010 SRX Cadillac, offered by AutoNation Ford Burleson. Since it was on a Sunday, I sent an email request, inquiring if it was still available. I received an invitation, first thing Monday morning, to take it for a test drive. Upon arriving, I was immediately taken to Preston Harper, Internet Sales Associate, who was so informative, polite, professional, courteous, and just a delightful person to deal with. He had the vehicle detailed, gave me instructions on how to operate all the fantastic extra features it has. The loan application was smooth and so easy. I even got a thank you from Robert Edwards, which make me feel like someone special. It was the best vehicle purchasing experience Ive had!

I have always used AutoNation Ford since I got my new to me 2017 Explorer for all my service and repairs to me they are the best and very customer friendly. My last visit I waited while the service was done and Cody was my rep. He was outstanding I wanted to set outside and he informed me the table was gone but he carried me a lobby chair out beside the building so I could wait outside for my car. AutoNation will always be my go to for anything to do with my car.

Clint was very helpful in the purchase of the new truck. The air condition compressor had to be replaced on the vehicle but was done timley. Never give bad reviews but....Do not use the service department! If so prepare to be there awhile, every single time apparently. The customer service is definitely lacking from the moment you pull up! Suppose to get a free oil change and mysterious no one knows about it.
Made appointment for state inspection, oil change and new wipers. On the way I noticed that I still have about 2300 miles left on current oil change. Kip Moore was quick to change what I needed done and they were able to get me in and out in about 20 minutes. Still love this dealership, this is the 11th car I have purchased from them, their service department is really trying to step up and you can tell.

I made the appointment 2 weeks ago, youre telling me you had no way to plan to make sure the filter was here? The absolute worst service department I have dealt with. Took my wifes car to get it looked at. They said 3 days too look at it for diagnostics. I understand being busy and shorthanded. No issue there. Left the car and on the third day I called about 6 times to check on it with no answer and no call back. Tried calling a few times for a few days still no answer. On the 7TH day finally got ahold of someone and it had not been looked at but was promised it would be looked at that day. After waiting all day, wife decided to just go pick it up. They told her cost of repair would be $4400.00. what they dont know is that this is a $600 fix that Ive already had Quoted but wanted a second opinion. I regret ever taking her car to this service department. With all that being said, if they cant handle the work, at the VERY least answer the phone.
They are awesome here! Melvin is the one who helped us and has continued to help us anytime we have a question! We had a couple extras installed on our truck and the service department was fast and very friendly and helpful ! Answered all our questions! Thanks Guys!
Bought a new Expedition from them a week ago. It was late and had. It been detailed so we made arrangements to take it back to have it detailed. I had noticed that the door guards were also peeling so they were going to replace them as well. I had an appointment for 9:00 am. I arrived a little early and was told that it would take 3-4 hours. I had brought my laptop so I was prepared to wait. After about 3.5 hours the service tech came and told me that they were bringing my vehicle around but the person that installed the door guards was out sick and I would have to bring it back. I live 45 mins to an hour away so this is a little irritating that I will have to drive back over to do this. Seems like they should have more than one person trained to do a job. When I got to the vehicle it was. It clean at all. Basically they ran it through the car wash and said it was done. 3.5 hours to run a vehicle through a car wash. I complained and they immediately took the vehicle back. When they returned it the second time they sort of cleaned one area of mud from the back. They took it back again and this time vacuumed the carpets. They took back again and wiped down the other areas of the vehicle that needed attention. When they brought it back this time I said I was done and just took the vehicle. 5.5 hours to have a vehicle sorta cleaned. I told them I would take the vehicle to the local car wash and pay $50 to actually have it detailed.This was my first experience with the service department. Service people were friendly, but actual service sucks.

By far the worst experience. I had an appt at 12:30, it took 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation (I waited 2 hours, left and came back when it was ready) The woman ahead of me was there for 3 hours also. There was no communication. I went to talk to the woman at the service desk for an update, she was clueless and rude. I finally left and told them to call me when it was ready. When I came back, once again no one was to be found. There was absolutely communication from the time that I walked through the door to the time I picked up my car. I had never been there before, I had no clue where to go to wait or anything. Worst experience I had ever had.
You have a gentleman working for your company named Melvin Jones.MELVIN treated us with such respect and kindness. He had to deal with 2 seniors but he was patient and so much kindness. As a great grandmother, a grandmother and a mom I can tell you that this young man was raised right and with love.
Our one year old fixed ten months ago Escape fell victim to the same TSB as the first break down, defective parts, and follow up, from another dealer.My worst fears confirmed by Matts mechanics, left me angry and disappointed that it was not handled correctly the first time, while still under a TSB(and factory warranty exactly 10 months ago.Matts service department was stretched thin, with no lack of things to do, but that did not affect his fantastic attitude and personable service to me. He let me know the problem, and the solution. He constantly stayed in touch, updating me on my vehicles and repair status. The repairs were major, and had it been another dealer, or service writer, could have taken weeks. Not only did it happen at break neck speed but the service report reflected the extensive undertaking in detail.We have had the Escape back now for three days, taken on a small trip, and commute, it is running better than it ever has.If youre like me, and dread the typical Service interaction at a dealership, fear no more, there is a service professional, and a dealership that will go above and beyond expectations, Matt Masters, and Autonation Ford Burleson are the ones to see.Thank youRobin Putman
Absolutely amazing! Preston made mine and my husbands first time buying a car experience a BREEZE! Everyone is sooo welcoming at this location! They are very informative about EVERY step of you don’t know about it! They didn’t pressure us into things we didn’t like nor want! Would definitely recommend!
