Very nice people especially in the service dept. I wish I could remember the womens name that helped us with finishing up our service apt. We had trouble with the Dignfi card and she was so amazing about it. You are the best at customer service. We did have one issue with the repairs all the repairs done were excellent as always but they should be for the labor cost we paid just disappointing that I asked if all our concerns were addressed and the mechanic told me yes and the lining on my husbands window is still messed up. The wind comes right into his car, just a big gap were the lining seal is gone. We asked that be fixed and he told my husband no problem but its not fixed. Now I have to get that fixed so not happy on that part. But this is the first let down and weve been going there for a while.

We recently inquired about a vehicle and given the sales price of 41k from a sales rep. On the same day, we submitted our financing information/credit pull. Just before pulling the trigger another sales rep told us there was a mistake and now the vehicle is 44k. The dealership wasted our time and unfairly pulled our credit. Would not recommend them.
The dealership was not the closest Hyundai dealership to my home but I chose Hiley Hyundai of Burleson due to fair pricing, vehicle availability, and response from the sales staff. Makala is a wonderful sales agent who took time with me, went over all of the amazing features of my Palisade, and it was a no-pressure, upfront pricing experience!
Mary in the service department is amazing. Not only was she warm and friendly, she took the time to explain details around my contract benefits the selling dealership (different location) did not! I will continue coming here time and time again if I have interactions with staff like I did with Mary today. She’s a keeper!
Although I ultimately didn’t purchase a vehicle from here, Neil was extremely up front and did a great job explaining everything to us from the finance side of things and laying all of our options out on the table. It’s refreshing to talk with a dealership that isn’t trying to throw in hidden fees, change the price on you, or any of the typical BS that car dealerships are known for.

I do not recommend you buying a vehicle from Hyundai my vehicle has been there since August 5 and they are refusing to replace my engine that went out. I have a 2016 Hyundai Senada and I’m still under warranty, not only am I under warranty but the vehicle has a recall on it for the same issue.2011-2018 and certain 2019 Hyundai Sonata, 2013–2018 and certain 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, and 2014–2015, 2018, and certain 2019 Hyundai Tucson vehicles. According to the plaintiffs in the class action lawsuit, some Hyundai vehicles are prone to engine problems due to a defect. Allegedly, the Hyundai engine problems can include engine seizure, stalling, engine failure and engine fire. The defect involves the connecting rod bearings in the gasoline direct injection (GDI) engines. According to the complaint, these connecting rod bearings can fracture and release metal debris into the engine oil. The oil filter is unable to filter everything out, meaning the contaminated oil is circulated through the engine, causing damage to components until the engine fails unexpectedly.As the connecting rod bearings continue to fracture, the class action lawsuit claimed, “the acceptable tolerances between the bearings, the connecting rod, and the crankshaft rapidly deteriorate,” eventually leading to a “‘knocking’ sound.” In some cases, the piston can allegedly break through the engine block and other engine components can be damaged.Unfortunately, the plaintiffs claim these incidents have been routinely denied coverage under Hyundai warranties. As a result, plaintiffs and other vehicle owners have allegedly been financially injured by the issue.
Twice Ive been to this particular dealership to service my car and have paid for service on my car that they did not do. The times were about a year apart. It was brought to their attention both times. Each time they ask for us to come back and they can fix their wrong, but when you live 20+ miles, that isnt possible, right away.In addition, sales at this location under quotes the value of your vehicle, while asking for more than show room price for their used models. And when trying to negotiate they only want you to give more while they wont budget on their end. So essentially there is no negotiations. Definitely will not be doing business or referring business to this dealership again, as their trustworthiness is question.Update: The service department director called back after filling out their service evaluation and apologized for the most recent service department issues and explained he was fairly new to the position and trying to correct some problems they have been having. He appreciated my honest review and offered to compensate for the continued issues.

I came to this dealership a couple days ago to purchase the new 2022 Kona. I test drove the vehicle and immediately wanted to purchase it. It was late and the sales rep told me he would have to confirm everything in the morning with his sales manager. I received a text message stating, its not in the dealerships interest to sell me the car since I wouldnt be financing the vehicle through them. I had to clarify what I just read. This dealership wasnt going to sell me a car because I wouldnt use their financing.I took my business elsewhere.

Not only did I not leave with a written best price but nothing verbal either citing the market is too volatile. What if I had bought that very day or the following day. After going to 3 other dealerships in the DFW area, Hiley Hyundai of Burleson made the deal happen. So ridiculous that the experience can be so extremely different from one Hyundai dealership to another. Hyundai of Burlesons staff and sales/finance teams were exceptional and it was my best Hyundai experience. Not only did they make the deal happen to my criteria, but this is the only Hyundai dealership I know that IS NOT adding price above MSRP for N models.I would drive the extra distance and go to Hyundai of Burleson to spare you time and disappointment if youre in the market. Im now the proud owner of a 2022 DCT Veloster N! Highly recommend this dealership ONLY. It is a shame Hyundai has such great products that people want to buy, but thwarted away by bad dealership experience. IMO, Hyundai of Burleson is a rare gem in the DFW area; although, it should be the norm at every Hyundai dealership...not the exception. The Hyundai brand could gain so much more momentum if every dealership took the same practices as Hiley Hyundai of Burleson.
Bought a vehicle used 2019 Sonata had one Key Fob so I purchased 2 online and want 178 to program ea and 34 to cut so they want 400 dollars to program and cut key fobs I purchased online seems they are good at selling JUST NOT AFTER THE SALE, CANT RECOMMEND THEM.

My first thought when my husband and I entered the parking lot was okay here we go because everyone knows that the car buying process is known to be tedious stressful and and most of all time consuming. But this wasnt the case at all when I tell you this was the best car buying process I have ever had in my entire life we were met by Mr Robert Young who was by far the most kind gentle patient and genuine soul I have come across in a long time. He not only did he approach us with a wonderful smile but his presence was so very transparent until it was almost unreal. He wasnt pushy he walked alongside of us and literally just started to help asking all the questions that was needed to be asked. We didnt know what we were looking for specifically but after narrowing down the vehicle that was presented to us in the most professional way I was sold he explained everything to us and our deal went so well and so very smooth until it was almost funny. We walked in at 4:30 p.m. and was driving off in our car 10 minutes till 7:00 pm.Mr Robert Young was honest forthcoming and just a very kind soul you could tell that he was a man that loved God because he was very unapologetically unashamed to let us know that and so were we. Service staff was great. However I needed an oil change and factory recall work. Oil change took nearly 2 hours even though I had an appointment and part had to be ordered for recall. We are down to 1 car so finding time to get our vehicle to the dealership with 2 working parents and 1 car is difficult, now because recall work couldnt be completed I will have to go back on another day. 4 stars for the staff being great otherwise would have given 2 stars.

This service department has gone to hell in a hand basket. Its always someone different and they dont own up to their mistakes. They dont adequately complete multi-point inspections. When getting your oil changed, make sure they add oil before you leave or youll need a new engine.

I had what I thought was a great experience when I bought my car but I came in today to have my first oil change done and apparently 2 and a half months after purchasing my vehicle it no longer is passing the 5 point inspection. I was told that there were $1,400 worth of maintenance that needed complete. So did they lie to me when I bought the vehicle or did they lie today. Wanted to know if I wanted to get it all taken care of while I was there. Ive called to speak to someone and no one was available.

*I will start by saying that I have always serviced my car here, and it has been a great experience. Purchasing my car itself was a great experience...the aftermath has been a NIGHTMARE.*I recently (October) bought a new Santa Fe at Hiley in Burleson with Arthur. Arthur and the purchasing process were great. Arthur was very kind and very knowledgeable. The dealership was very busy that day- several salesmen had multiple people waiting to purchase. Even with as busy as they were, Arthur did not rush me. He took his time in working with me on giving me what I wanted for my trade in, giving me what I wanted to pay for the Santa Fe, and didn’t miss any steps in showing me all that the car had to offer.The issue I have with this dealership is that it has been a month and a half and they have YET to pay off the loan on the car I traded in. Which of course, means I have been fielding calls from my bank wondering why I am not making payments. I have spoken with Hiley of Burleson multiple times on the phone about this issue and have been given quite the run around. I have been told that “the check was in their hands and being put in the mail”, I have been told “we are waiting for manager approval” (what?) and they have even ignored my phone calls. Today I got fed up and just went to the dealership. I, again, was given no answers and was told to continue to “wait and we will fix it”. They have yet to pay the car off, so it is still in my name, yet it is currently for sale on their lot. Very shady, Hiley.I purchased my last Hyundai from Vandergriff, and it looks like I should have purchased this one from there as well.

The salesman Arthur was great and very kind and professional. However the finance department seems to have some organization and communication issues. I have called 6-7 because I keep getting notified that my trade in has not been paid off. The finance department says they have sent it, but are unable to provide dates and proof of this. I am now risking my credit being ruined. I am a single mother and have worked very hard to have decent credit and this will really be a set back for me. I have called and asked to speak with management as well and was transferred to a number that went straight to voicemail. I wouldn’t recommend doing a trade in here.
Robert Young is an amazing guy and got me a very good deal in my price range that I wanted for my 2021 Palisade. Robert is very helpful and I would suggest if you want a new or used car go to him! The only complaint I have is with the finance person I dealt with. I bought my car from them and was assured it would only be a little bit more if I registered it in Washington State (where I live) instead of Texas where I wanted to register it. Well here we are a month later I get a call saying I still owe about $1100 in taxes for my car. Nothing was explained to me about possibly owing this much, all I was told was it would be a SMALL fee if needed. Called them multiple times and no answer or returned calls. Come to find out they won’t do anything to help except have a talk with the finance person and he will get retraining in certain areas. Thanks for your help Robert but to the other guy $1100 IS NOT A SMALL FEE!

After an unexpected turnaround of events my husband and I found ourselves in the need to get a new car. We checked some dealers and had a bad experience with a few, especially as we were asking some questions on the phone regarding prices. We kept trying and this time we called Hiley Hyundai of Burleson and a very kind gentleman, Chris Yates, gave us so much information and even answered some of our difficult questions, that we decided it was worth visiting his company. He gave us such a kind treatment and provided a very detailed information of the features of both the Accent and the Elantra models. We were trying to decide on one of the two. We had visited a previous dealer in person but had not received such a thorough présentation as this time. Chris helped us work out several purchase scenarios and helped us to get a very good price, better than all the other dealers we had talked to. We ended up inclined to get both cars, with the help of God whose hand moved in mysterious ways. My husband and I had so many questions about so many things but Chris was never impatient with us. Just a few minutes ago he delivered the second car to our house. He again spent a long time revisiting things with us, helping us set the new technology for both of us in both cars. My husband and I never imagined buying a car could be so difficult but we thank God He placed on our way such a friendly, kind and reliable person as Chris. Even in the midst of this pandemic, he was also sensitive to our safety preference, accommodated us in a separate area, and went many extra miles to give us the best treatment. We were in to check out the new Palisade a few months back and due to a medical emergency had to put our new car purchase on the back burner for a bit. Jesse has kept in contact with us the last few months checking on us.We were now ready for our purchase, called to set up a time with Jesse, walked into the dealership and we were driving home with our beautiful Palisade within just a couple of hours. Jesse spent more time going over all of the features of the Palisade than we spent inside the dealership doing paperwork! My salesman, Brad, was very professional and accommodating. The car was just as beautiful as advertised. I live in Waco (where there is a local Hyundai dealership), but for the past 2 years Ive driven 60 miles to Burleson to get work done on my Genesis--whether its an oil change, new tires or a repair. Why? Its the best dealership service department Ive ever worked with. Mary provides the steady leadership for the team. She looks out for the customer, gives honest feedback about whether the repair can wait or the more expensive option is worth it or not etc. I just had some work done with only a two hour window to get it completed. She put 2 guys on the job and had me out of there, with my car washed, in under 2 hours. Cant say enough good stuff. If you own a Hyundai/Genesis and havent had an excellent service experience yet, make the trip to Burleson. Its worth the drive!
Although we did not buy the car we took for a test drive, the folks here - especially the Sales Manager - were the most above the board people we talked to as we car-shopped for the past month. We chose a different make/model, but I would definitely shop here again, and highly recommend that you consider shopping here!
All I can say is best experience I have ever had buying a car. We showed up at 12pm and was signed and out the door with the car I wanted in an hour and a half. Brad the sales man we were dealing with knew pretty much what I was looking for. Brad was very fast and friendly. I would 100% refer this place and Brad to anyone.

Everything was fine until we went to resign a new contract for a lower payment. Well the new contract never made it to the fiance company, so that made it to where we were a month behind on our payments. We have been cling, talking to the person who had us sign the contract, waiting on a response, leaving voice-mail and... nothing done. We will never use this company again!
