Burleson location is where its at by far the ladies are always friendly personable. If you hate smiling, dont even go because 100% youll be walking out of there with a brand new one applied to your face. Overall you cant get the experience anywhere else

Crew was helpful but the store should have books for parts such as windwhield wipers or air filters.

I own a diesel shop and everytime I order a part they get it wrong. Dont talk to Heather she needs to get a job somewhere else. She promised me a part by 3pm for a customers truck we had already torn apart. They were late by 3 hours and got me the wrong part for a totally different vehicle. These people are idiots.

Just needed a replacement battery for my car. The salesman found the battery quickly. While he was ringing me up he was telling me about the core return, I knew about this and told him it would be awhile before I got back because I needed to go home to change the battery. He offered to change the battery for me right there at no charge. Great customer service. I will be doing all my parts purchases there from now on.

Theyre better stocked with more quality brands that the other parts stores. Kind of a secret among experienced car people.

I come here only when no one else has what I need. The manager here just stares at me when I walked through the door. Doesnt greet me doesnt ask what do I need. Would it be my appearance that puts him off? No thats a negative thing to say or think. But it seems to always happen. And Ive been here 5 times or so.

Excellent customer service. No pressure for extra services like some oil change place do to customers. Highly recommended
