Have always loved Starbucks, but I used the facilities, and think those need some cleaning attention more.

Went there waiting on my son to get out of drivers ed. I believe the young mans name was Ryan in the drive thru. Super nice friendly and made by far my favorite surprise me drink.

Drinks were good but if the place had less flies (counted 6) in the display and if it was way cleaner it would of been 5 stars...sorry

Starbucks is always amazing. But the Burleson location has never disappointed.

I have lived in burleson over a year now and I always have a bad experience at this location and they’re very slow. Customer service is kinda rude, but at least they’re trying? Like they’re just incompetent. Idk odd stuff compared to the Crowley location that in my opinion is the best Starbucks in the area.

This Starbucks has messed up multiple drinks and orders the last 5 times I have been here. Pictured is the Starbucks double-shot on ice I most recently received here. Compared to the other photo showing what its supposed to look like and how every other Starbucks makes it. This most recent drink was over 1/3 foam and when I commented on it, they proceeded to try and argue thats how it is but ended up remaking it anyways. I appreciate them remaking it but it was still wrong the second time. I just went with it as it made up for the loss in volume on the original order. The point is that every drink Ive ordered at this bucks has been way off from industry standard in both taste and quality, and they do not handle criticism well.

Been in drive through for 32 min now and still 5 cars in front of me. This is wild. Won’t be stopping again unless I’m the only one in line. Maybe they are under staffed. Who knows.

Nice gal at the window, for once it wasnt backed up. I always ask for no foam and have to check, this one was half foam. Oh well, Ive learned to check before pulling away.

This store is absolutely amazing! The coffee is always superb and the tea I get is always delicious! For this store to be so busy, I never have to wait long and the staff is always smiling (with their eyes) 😉

This particulars location didnt count the change back as it wasnt accurate as I realized later on. He handed the change back to me with the bills length ways in my hand instead of across. Making it difficult to grab, especially outside and in the wind. He seemed to care more about his conversation with a co-worker than his business at hand. No pun intended. So... It was sloppy and I will definitely address this if he is working the window again.

This place is great, and the people that work here are fast and very friendly. My only complaint is they are always out of stuff. Like yall know that you get a ton of order yet you never have anything to choose from. Stock up on stuff and help serve your customers better. I shouldnt have to drive further because you guys never have any options

Coffee was as good as always, but someone decided to put up a sign proclaiming the Burleson store a safe space, presumably for the LGBTQ set based on the rather extensive gas pride decorations exhibited. That left me with a couple of questions: Who in Burleson, Texas needed a safe space from persecution, and did the Starbucks home office approve?I suppose that could be why there were so few customers...

My go to Vanilla Bean Frap with an espresso shot or two. Havent tried it, its a must. Quick friendly service. Still overpriced but I had a couple giftcards...

A 30 minute wait and there was only 2 cars in the drive my car being the 2and they do a great job at letting you down and burning your day away just like they burn their coffee.

They really need a better parking lot, I notice that the line starts interfering with traffic.Nice place, if you come often enough they will even personally greet you and check on you!😉I have to say a special thanks to Harrison and Max. The mask police so busy being police rather than barristas, instead of getting a simple pike/hot foaming cream, + one sugar...I got luke warm coffee/no foam/no sugar...obviously cold 1/2 and 1/2......this is 3rd and last time there...NOT ONCE did they get this simple order correct. The slowest starbucks in the history of starbucks. Without fail every time I spend 30+ minutes in the drive through. Any other starbucks is 5-10 minutes max.

Horrendously slow, drink wasnt correct and they charged me incorrectly. By the time I waited 30 minutes, it wasnt worth waiting to get it fixed. Instead of asking random questions about where we want to vacation and making chit chat, focus on speeding up the baristas and making drinks correctly.

Yall have crazy customers here, they drive to get into Starbucks like they dont care about no ones safety, was almost hit and seen people almost crash trying to speed into the drive thru lane.

Employees are amazing and customer service is great, but whoever is the owner is over charging compared to other locations. Roughly 0.50¢ extra for a cold brew. For such a busy location it sucks that I have to wait longer and pay more.

I placed a mobile order 15 minutes ago I get to the store to pick, no one is asking me if I need help as Im standing by the cash register. Come to find out my two drinks which are basic drinks have not even been made yet so now I have to wait the extra time to have these made. My question is what is the point in the mobile order if you have to still wait on your drink as if you were a walk-up customer. Very disappointed with the app and with the store. Will not be returning or recommending this location

I came by to get a frappe and a cake pop, and my coffee guy Max gave the best service hands down!! made me feel really special. so if you go to Starbucks off Wiltshire be sure to ask for him!!!!❤

Place was open for customers to come in and order, but limited seating inside and the patio also. People were friendly and helpful. My Pumpkin spice frappe was really good. I would recommend it. I wouldve given 5 stars but place needed to be more clean, trashes were full on porch and tables were dirty. I didnt see anyone cleaning. They were just working on peoples orders which is good. But people see dirty place and wonder about how clean it is behind the counter.

It seems like both burleson and Crowley have the slowest Starbucks in history. Every single time I come. Whether it’s 9am, 12pm, 3pm or 6pm it’s ridiculously slow. They are very nice but I lived in Mansfield and they were much faster with longer lines.

I appreciate the customer service. They were really busy and still took the time to help me out.

I go to Starbucks everyday and Ive been in different areas also but this Starbucks was unbelievable! Will not be going back! Plus the drink was horrible didnt even make it right!!!

I ordered a Carmel Mocha and a cheese danish. The mocha tasted terrible because it had no syrup and the danish was ice cold. I asked for the danish to be warmed up. I am never going back.

Long line but always moves fast and its worth the wait.

People are outgoing and friendly, but with 6 employees working behind the counter, I waited 25 minutes for a mocha. People behind me came and left. Naturally the mobile orders took priority over mine. After noticing my displeasure with the extended wait, they started scrambling and handed me my coffee which had been sitting on the counter long enough for all the whipped cream to melt. With 6 people working, the service should be much faster and better organized. I like to go inside to order, but the former seating area is completely covered in boxes of supplies and it looks very messy and unprofessional. I will avoid this particular location in the future, although I will reiterate that the employees are friendly and did apologize for the wait.

I love this location. It take a little longer to make it through but its worth it. Everyone is always so friendly. Jay is my favorite though. Hes so nice and always on it! And my drinks are always right

The person who made drinks on March 18 2021 at 2:29 PM deserves a raise because these drinks were bussin bussin she made a mocha cookie crumble frappe and a white iced choclate mocha and 2 mango dragon fruit lemonades and they all slap PERIODT. I hadn’t had a drink this good in a while Mrs. Gurl deserves employee of the month or something cause they smacked. Enough said 😌

The coffee was super good like it always is but I got a bacon and gouda sandwich and the bacon was basically raw, which I found out after I bit most of it off the sandwich in the first bite

My daughter is the one who gets things from here. I just drive lol. She was sad because every food item she asked for was sold out just as she asked for it. Hence only the 4 stars. Other than that I guess she really likes it.

Messed up ordering them made me pay for it and the messed up my drink and then gave me the wrong food in the right bag... lemon loaf and pumpkin loaf look nothing alike.

I go here once to twice a day and always get excellent service! And my coffee is always Perfect! Always clean and staff is always cheerful and in a great mood!I miss the pay it forward, but I just started doing it myself to other customers that are nice rather than the rude or grumpy customers.

My grandfather and I go to this Starbucks consistently and it’s always fabulous, but today was extra busy and I’ve never seen a group of employees handle it so well. Especially Bryttani led the staff positively and capably. We were very grateful and impressed! Keep up the great work guys :)

I drove 15 minutes to get my daughter her Frappuccino, and when I got home with it she couldn’t drink it because it had like concentrate chocolate, it was so strong that I had to throw it away😔 and my husbands coffee didn’t had the 6 Splenda that I ask for, I wasn’t going to drive 15 minutes back to make the exchange.

Gotta love Starbucks! When you need that caffeine fix nothings better. Ive always had very happy, cheerful baristas that also take the time to find out exactly what it is your wanting. Love it!

Are yall trying to lose customers? I am so very tired of all Starbucks getting my order wrong. I told the worker twice that I want caramel and the crunch on top (I ordered no whip). When I specifically asked if there was caramel and crunch on top, she said yes. But there was no caramel or crunch throughout the whole drink. It was a simple thing to do. You failed. Please do your job properly next time. The worker was bright and cheerful though.So I went to this Starbucks today, and they disappointed me yet again! Wow! They got mine and my moms orders way messed up. Mine was disgusting. An absolute waste of money.

Updqte: The store manager reached out to me concerning this issue. It turns out that the lobby was supposed to be open that day during that shift. Long story short the store manager spoke to everyone involved and made things right on our end. Brittany is trying to run the store tje way it is intended. I am updating my review from a 1 star to a 4 star just because she went out of her way to make sure everything was handled properly and has taken appropriate action concerning the other employees.The worst customer service! The employees are rude and decided when they want to enforce their new policies.They have the lobby closed with the doors locked, they have the mobile pickup turned on and refuse to open the door or even hand you your order that you paid for in advance. Not everyone has time to wait in an hr long line. Hence the mobile order!!!! When I called the store they refused to bring me my drink when they were just standing at the door handing another customer their drink. Absolutely ridiculous! If you plan on enforcing a new policy make sure your employees know its across the board not just when they want to enforce it. Also if you have to wait in the line TURN OFF YOUR MOBILE ORDER!!!!! 😑🙄

Literally EVERY Sunday I’ve come to this location and their Saturday staff doesn’t prepare cold brew (takes 24hrs to brew) it’s very disappointing.

This Starbucks is the slowest one Ive ever been to in my entire life. Unfortunately it is the closest one to my house. Every time I come and there are only 2 or 3 cars in front of me ordering it still takes them 10+ minutes to make the drinks. I mean, its freaking coffee, why does it take them 5 minutes to make one persons coffee? The dining room isnt even open. One time we did an online order and we had to wait in line for 15 minutes just to get to the window. When we got there guess what? Our drinks werent ready. The lady in the window had the audacity to tell us we should have told her that we were here to pick up our online orders....after we had already told them when we got to the order mic. Ridiculous.

Always fast. Good reward system with the app. Prices seem to have gone up recently. Good gluten-free snack options

Drinks are awesome and so is the staff, but this location is the slowest location around. 20-30min wait in the drive thru all the time and about the same wait inside.

Online orders are not ready & waiting when you walk in the door. My daughter has been ignored (twice now) for up for 20 mins while waiting for our online orders at the pick up counter. Ive had to go in and get the attention of a barista myself before they even start the order we placed online up to 45 mins prior. Even then they put other orders in front of ours and left out a pastry. They were rude (almost like they didnt believe me) when I went back in to get the forgotten pastry for my 70 yr old mother. A visit that should have been in and out turned into a 40 minute ordeal.

They had one employee doing nothing but wiping tables down. One making mobile orders while FIVE of us stood in there waiting for mobile orders. At one point the employee making mobile orders stopped and made the one person at the counters order. Finally after 15mins a manager noticed the issue and fixed it but they need to step their game up. It wasnt even busy.

Max is awesome!!!! My friends and I came to Starbucks to do school and he made all of our days! I have the upmost respect for him and his attitude!

The absolute worst. Waited 20 minutes and my order was not correct. Half way through my time waiting they told me I was next and then proceeded to not make my drink and made atleast 3 others instead. Please save yourself the time and the frustration and go to the Target Starbucks across the street. Starbucks struggles are real!

The went quickly and I had a big order. The lady was proficient and got the order right the 1st time. There were little bees flying around the drive thru window and she was trying to shoo them away and was very sweet. Our order was correct and we were on our way.

This Starbucks is amazing! The staff is always super friendly and very energetic! They always have a smile on their faces! My husband and I come through the drive thru on our way to work and they tend to know our order as we start to order it. With a couple of the staff it has become a little bit of a game to see if they can remember how we like our drinks! We love coming here, and as my husband says, I never thought I would be a regular at a coffee shop (he doesnt drink coffee her gets the refreshers.

Drinks were great! The reason for 3 stars is the customer service. Me and my boyfriend were there pretty late and we were lost in conversation then the lights just turn off. Extremely rude in my opinion. Every other Starbucks I have been too, the staff has had the courtesy to politely let us know they were getting ready to close up. Not just abruptly turn off the lights. Work on your courtesy and customer service.
