Out of the two orders I have made at this location they have been wrong and late each time. Placing an order days in advance does not guarantee that the cake will even be made when you go to pick it up. I went in and they didn’t even know they had an order for it. Completely ruined the birthday, avoid this Baskin Robins if possible.

When we walked in at 1:10 pm on 2/20/2021, one employee was sitting in the dining area on her cell phone. She ignored us. After a couple minutes another employee came from the back and asked our order. The first employee then told her she would get it. It took her a couple minutes still to come take our order. The first ice cream was a single dip hot fudge sundae in which she made without hot fudge, I got a scoop of ice cream and whipped cream. The second ice cream was the Reese’s layered sundae from the menu. The girl looked at the board and said what, I can’t make that. We also had to ask for spoons for ice cream! The cinnamon roll was very dry.

Best ice cream ever.

A bunch of children that dont want to work. They will lock the doors during business hours and lie about the registers being broken. They are always out of several flavors of icecream. The kids working here are rude and disrespectful. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

We just went to baskin robbins to get a ice cream here in Burleson and This was absolutely the worst experience ever.Staff was very rude, ask for vanilla no vanilla, ask for strawberry no strawberry we ask what flavors they have, she said come inside to look for the flavors, we just left.

It was the worst customer service ever. Asked for ice hot chocolate and they had coffee in it there should be no coffee at all,the people there Argued with us and said there was no coffee in it but there was.....

I’m so frustrated at this place. I ordered a cake yesterday for my daughters birthday today. Pick up time was set for 10:45am. We got there slightly late and the cake wasn’t even at the store. It was about 11am when who I assume was the manager showed up with the cake. Not too bad, but it’s still upsetting that they couldn’t have the cake there by 10:45 when the order was placed yesterday morning and there was absolutely NO communication even though they have my phone number and email address.Well, even more upsetting is that 5 minutes after we left the store the cake was already melting. So, I paid $25 for a half melted cake that looks horrible. Very very angry at this point.

Poor customer service and understaffed. It takes a significant amount of time to order a simple ice cream cone. Needs improvement.

They are not known for having a good service but today there was no service at all. All the ice cream was covered and none of the 3 ladies working there said anything. We had to leave, fortunately Braums is nearby and serves amazing ice cream

Skip the casino!I ordered a double scoop in a cone with mint chocolate chip and chocolate. The chocolate was incredibly runny soft serve... who mixes regular and soft serve in one cone? It was an unexpected melting mess, and in a stale cone for grins.I also ordered a double scoop in a cup with cookies & cream and peanut butter & chocolate. I got NEITHER flavor. I received cookie dough (which was very melted and tasted like mint. Coincidence?) and a scoop of coffee flavored something... Did I mention I’m allergic to coffee?To summarize: if you like gambling, go to Baskin Robbins Burleson. You’ll play a titillating game of roulette, where every scoop is a surprise!

Went to pick up a cake, door was locked, no sign posted at the door, they saw me knocking and ignored me, lady at the drive they apologized and said they didn’t hear me but it was obvious they did because I knocked 4 times, very poor management to not post signs at the door and send customers to the drive thru, as simple as that

Please don’t order ice cream cakes from this location

This location is AWFUL... We decided to give it another try after 2 years and it is still horrible. Out of the first 4 items we ordered. Did not have any sundae toppings. Finally we settled on plain scoops of ice cream. We were the only car in the drive thru and it took 18 minutes to get 4 scoops of ice cream. Save your time and money. Go to Braums or Marble Slab.

I love Baskin-Robbins! Go early in the day to get your favor flavors though. They always seem to be out of Rocky Road😥

This location is the worst Ive been to! My husband and I travel alot so we have been to plenty of Baskin Robins and have always been highly satisfied. I have come to a conclusion that the employees there are plain lazy specially when its closing time. The last three time we have been there they are always out of banana, I mean hello its banana, send one your employee to go get some at walmart or get enough for the day. Back when I was a teen and worked at dairy queen not having bananas was never a excuse if we ran out we go get some!

I came to you establishment at 8:35 p.m. and you were closed. I thought it would be great having a BR in our new town? Not so much anymore cause it seems that Burleson has been bitten with the “lack of customer service bug” also?!?! This is how you kill your own business.......

If I could have given you 0 stars I would have done so, I paid almost $50 for a “officially licensed” NFL cake For my some birthday today. I have never had an issue with baskin Robbins anywhere and first tome ordering from this location, but let me tell you I could have purchased this cake at Walmart for $10 and saved my time driving 15 miles to this location. Unfortunately this doesn’t allow me to post pics but let me tell you, my 7 year old son could have written go 49ers himself and I would have had the same outcome. Very unprofessional to have not called meAnd explained that you couldn’t make the exact cake I ordered online!!!!

We ordered to ice cream cakes online. They were ready on time and the employees were very friendly and helpful! Great place.

They didnt have the neither of the first 2 items we wanted, which are advertised on their large poster. 4 of us were the only customers in the shop, along with maybe 1 drive thru customer, and it took them literally 30 min to make our2 drinks.Girls working there were polite and nice, but they were just so very slow.Next time, well just go to Braums andMarble Slab.

Never has chocolate chip in containers. Rarely have chocolate chip cakes. Last time no chocolate chip for cones either. Might as well drive to Mansfield or Arlington. Or go to Braums.

Its always clean and the staff are great. The prices are kind of high so we go as a treat. The ice cream is delicious and the kids love it.

They have always been one of my favorite ice cream parlors.

I only have three stars here, the service was wonderful, but the store was out of stock on several items... Fudge being one, and bananas lol it was a little frustrating, but the overall visit was not unpleasant.

Y’all seriously should consider hiring new people at this location, place was a mess when I went in...not stocked up on spoons etc. Back counters were dirty the dude acted bothered when I came to order. Got told they were out of brownies and when I asked if they could make the cookie Sunday instead response I got was “yeah I guess I could make that” I ordered a single scoop also and he gave me a scoop of ice cream in a small Dunkins coffee cup with a coffee stained sticky lid. Figured hey maybe he’s having a bad day when I paid gave him a tip and he just walked off no have a good night or nothing. Just straight up rude.

Two words for you...Orange Sherbet. They have the best around.very friendly and quick staff.

The Vanilla tasted freezer burnt and has ice flakes in it.

They were out of everything, (no cones, no items to make the sundaes, no cookies to make the cookie ice cream sandwiches etc) after the 4-5th time of choosing something else and them not having it I asked WHAT DO YALL HAVE???My husband and I finally just decided not to get anything, because anything we wanted they didnt have (the kids just got a plain ol ice cream) The customers that came in behind us ordered ice cream and donuts (Dunkin donuts) and they put all of their donuts in a bag, the customer asked for a box ....and you guest it...they were out of boxes. 😐The bathroom were dirty, the paper towel dispenser was empty in the womens bathroom so I went in to the mens bathroom ALSO DIRTY. And they were to lazy to refill the dispenser so they just threw a roll of paper towels on top of the dispenser.Not to mention the employees were not very thrilled to have the only two customers that were in there (us and the other family)Over all I would definitely choose Braums over this place!

Marble Slab is much better or Braums is same quality and experience for much cheaper. For doughnuts, local shops are better quality for half the cost.

The swing shift employees are RUDE, and clearly do NOT care about their jobs!! What establishment runs out of CHEESE!!!? And then tells the customer o well, they didnt stock it, have a good day AFTER YOUVE PAID FOR THE ITEMS!!!

Horrible, out of everything and service is garbage. A homeless person can probably give a better service and have a better manner than these staff.

So we stop by today, it was 8:25 p.m, we were told: we already closed. However, the google hours and their website shows 9p.m. This place is a joke and seems like is being managed like whatever. Corporate what is going in on is this location your employees chose when they want to go home earlier. I wish I can do that at my workplace.

The past month my husband and I have gone several times and either their out of the icecream for a month straight or they dont have waffle cones. When asking why their always out of waffle cones their response Is they ran out of pam spray. really.. who manages this place. Time for another staff or theyll be shutting down soon.

I used to drink the mocha blasts daily, I recently moved to Burleson I was so exited to have this location near by but I was so disappointed, the service is bad, they don’t know how to make the ice cream drinks and they lie saying they don’t have the product just cause they don’t want to make it !!! 😡 I’m definitely going to try to get a hold of corporate!!
