They were out of several flavors, including regular vanilla and the original as well as carmel topping. Guess the supply chain slow down is finally hitting close to the sweet tooth!! This is a family favorite and, despite fewer options, we will be back. Masks not required so enjoy a large helping of yogurt bliss with as many toppings as you can handle! Eat it in or take it home, Sweet Frog is simply the best!

My mom went here today with my grandson on my recommendation. What happened to the friendly staff? Well, the girl working there, named Savannah, was RUDE to my elderly mother and grandson. I think she needs additional training on how to treat your patrons. When a customer says hello, say a greeting back. Dont get fussy when a senior asks for a senior discount, shes on a fixed income and treating her great grandson. Which is my other point, this is considered a TREAT to my grandson, you should keep this in mind for the children that come to your establishment, this isnt a daily or even weekly thing for him either. Be nice. Be kind. They were kind to you. Their happiness is helping your paycheck, but more importantly, just be a nice human.

Wonderful place! Great selection in frozen treats all labeled so found gluten-free option is easy. Toppings are not so easy to figure out what is and isnt gluten-free.

I love frozen yogurt!!! This place is great!!! The tables are super cute and the chairs are stylish but comfy too!!! Theyve got a great selection of frozen yogurts. I had a hard time just choosing three flavors!!! Its a great place to bring young ones. They got board games if you need a break from all the shopping and walking.

We all loved everything except the serve your self bar when most children have their hands on everything.

Very dirty for there being plenty of staff and the young women were rude as far as rushing their customers out the door and you don’t mop while you have customers in the store for safety reasons I understand kids wanna leave work as soon as possible but it’s their choice to have a job and with service sometimes leaving a few minutes late happens. I wouldn’t even have gone but it was my child’s treat for a good week and eating all her dinner so it was upsetting she really couldn’t enjoy her yogurt with the girls slamming stuff around and yelling the minutes till close.

Always yummy! Though very sugary, but it is a froyo place so no problemo. 🔥 They could however fix their front door, because it tore the skin off my foot due to it not opening all the way.

The only problem I have had there is that the machine they use to process rewards has been down the past few times Ive been there.

We enjoy coming here, not just to get froyo my girls enjoy coloring and playing the jenga.The last several times weve gone the flavors we enjoyed are either gone and replace with something else or the machine is broken. Mainly the machine always broken.Also the toys are super sticky and dirty. The tables outside are dirty too.I wish the employees will keep up with the cleaning.

A piece of paper is placed outside the door to display updated times ( looks tacky) The floor mat is dirty, the windows are dirty, the tables are dirty, the outside trash can is full.The yogurt is good. The staff was nice.I was close to walking out, but was not alone. Personally, a good place is about first impressions, you cannot attract people if the front of the house looks like this, it makes people wander what the back of the house looks like.

Maybe Im just new to sweet frog but is the peanut butter yogurt supposed to taste like super sour milk? One bite and I wanted to throw up. I ended up just throwing mine away wont be back.

Tons of flavors, sooo many different types of toppings! My favorite thing is that being diabetic, & diet-challenged 😉, there are a number of sugar-free & 0 fat options. I love the coconut, with a little of the chocolate, with toasted coconut & almond slices w/redi whip. But if you need some more dietary strictness, go for the no sugar, no fat vanilla, and top with fresh fruit.

The 2 girls whole closed tonight on September 17 were so RUDE. 2 young hispanics. I asked about carbs in the yogurt and the girl told me i dont know go look at the sign. I had rewards on my phone number and she would not allow me to enter my number for my rewards. She told me no the system is down. Want a receipt and walked off. Terrible service. Will not be back.

Closed at 8 on a Sunday. Door and online shows 9pm. Called because there was people inside, the lady said she was the only one there...there was a guy in the kitchen wearing a grey hoodie. Yeah, not the only person working. And if he wasnt a worker, he should not be in the kitchen/set-up area. Not coming here again and we would be weekly visitors, even in todays 55 degree weather.

Arrived at 11:30 and the machines were off!The yogurt was liquefied and was Not ready. Employees were scrubbing the floor and the seats were still on the tables! The employees laughed and told me to come back in 10 minutes or so! If the doors open at 11:30, I should have been able to make a purchase at 11:30 and not have to wait until the yogurt gets cold! The staff dropped the ball without giving an apology.

Open sign was off before 8:30. Music was so loud it was uncomfortable. One girl was very nice but the girl with long dark hair was mean as hell.

The place is great but the clerk was touching her hair and refilling the snack stations then she went an stick her hand at trash can and she came back and working on refilling the snack bar with out washing her hand I give 2 starts because place is nice but with that kind of service Im wondering when she goes to the bathroom if she washes her hand or ? I hope the owner read this

Great place but they changed closing times, and now close at 9 on Friday and Saturday... so we have not ate there in 5 months! If they ever change the time to later maybe we could make it there before they close!

FAR too expensive. I got the medium cup for me and the small cup for my son. After military discount it was $18.62!! Go somewhere else this place is getting greedy.

Great place but...today we came on the CAKE BATTER machine was down. Really. The best flavor yall got and the machine broke!! Get that ish fixed!!

They dont seem to have the concept of why they wear the gloves! One girl had gloves on and was texting on her phone a lot and rubbing her face and nose quite a bit, then pulling her jeans up a lot and also flipping her hair then would refill the toppings wearing the same pair of gloves. She would also work the register with cash and credit cards then go back and refill more toppings. She never once changed her gloves. I was a bit disgusted watching all that. As we were leaving she had a cleaning rag and disinfectant spray cleaning tables with same pair of gloves and I have no confidence that she changed them after that. The other workers wore one glove each and were refilling the toppings as well. The ungloved hands did not appear to be clean. OSHA would shut the place down quickly if they had seen what I saw. Apparently this place does not teach these teenagers the proper way of keeping the place and food sanitary. SMH!! Cant say I would recommend this place especially if you have a low immune system.
