I am definitely sold on 2 models of Oak Creek Homes. I came in not knowing if I could build or what the deed restrictions would be for my build. Angela was amazingly helpful. With in a few clicks of her keyboard she was able to give me answers. On a crazy busy day for Oak Creek she made me feel like I was the only one she cared about. Once I get approval, Im looking forward to putting an Oak Creek Home up!

We bought our home from Kevin, who is a personable and he does know what he is doing, my husband and I bought a beautiful home, we closed, and everything was right on time, the girls in the office were great and they All are willing to help you, but as soon we closed, they had their money, they didnt even know who we were when we called into the office, they wouldnt take our phone call or call us back!! They go above and beyond to that sale, I want to know why they cant go above and beyond and get this punch out done on our house!! From all this rain we have water running down the inside wall where the window was not set in place good enough to keep the rain out, I assume that is wheat it is, we also have dips in our floors in the kitchen and living room, feels like you could fall through any day now, we also have water that soaks our patio due to the shingles are not set good enough to redirect the water, this is some of our issues that we cant get resolved! We have left messages for Amber who is supposed to schedule the punch out for us, cant get her to call us, so I called my attorney and he didnt have a problem at all calling me back. Its been way over 6 months, so if your looking for a down to earth sales people and friendly gals in the office, you have come to the right place, as soon as they get signature, they forget who you are!! Imagine that!! I dont want to give them a grade 2, as far as Im concerned, Oak Creek isnt any good for leaving an older couple ready to retire hanging this way, its unprofessional and unethical to ignore phone calls and not follow through! Bad customer service! Do not buy here!

Beautiful homes.

Dont get your home here, they pretend to be helpful and truthful but they arent. They are specifically vague about everything and wont even bring it up if you dont ask, they will pretend like everything is taken care of in the price you are paying until after you sign then they dont care after that. They are very shady and quick to get rude with you when you challenge them on what they were supposed to do. Go somewhere else, they dont deserve your money.Updated- Thank you, I will be reaching out to corporate because it now seems they are deliberately delaying my skirting and a/c install. It is summer time so the house cannot have anything moved into it because of the heat.

Angie had the patience of a saint with me, firstly showing me a home JUST because I wanted to see a larger home plan, knowing already what monthly payments I wanted to stay in, and that the home has a larger than that monthly payment, but never made me feel rushed, or that I was interrupting her day, or causing her to be late for, or miss her lunch hour. I asked her quite a few questions, sometimes jumping ahead in the whole buying process and she patiently explained it to me, with no hint in her voice of, wow, this 52 year old woman is really dumb about all this, maybe Ill go have pasta for lunch, I have to pick up my dry-cleaning she was very focused on me, my questions and that I understood everything before leaving. I will definitely recommend Angie and Oak Creek Homes to anyone in the area in the market for a home.I enjoyed the entire time that I was at Oak Creek Homes. From the view from the street turning into their parking lot, to the walk-throughs i did, to sitting in Angies office afterwards to go over what I had just seen, and getting the low-down on the process, to everyone in the office telling me to have a good day, when I was leaving. I may have been taken on a tour, and discussed the process with Angie, but walking out the door, I was made to feel like a customer of everyone there. So, a customer of the company, as opposed to one individual.

We love Oak Creek Homes! Casey was amazing! She has lots of energy, and is very nice and welcoming! I just went to look and ask about what my options may be, not knowing I would get the service of all times. Steve walked me around showed me model i wanted to see and was very knowledgeable, there was no sense of pressure to commit to anything as you get with most Salespeople.When you go be sure to ask for Steve, he will make you feel like family, you will want to buy a home before you leave.

My father and I bought a home almost a year ago and I had not had a chance to update my review. The sales people were great, no problem there. Moving in almost a year ago is when the issues began, the house was set on our lot, lots of cosmetic issues with the house, tubing issues, for example all the poop, sink and washing machine water was all leaking into the bottom of the house and all the insulation was ruined down there, they had to come out and cut open the plastic that was covering the insulation because Oak Creek homes factory did not hook up the pipes, for weeks everything was being poured into the bottom of the house until we began to notice a horrible stench. Next the sink kept leaking, they sent someone out to fix the issue, well all they did was put that cheap paste stuff around the sink drain which stuck to dishes and anything in the sink even after we let it sit for 48 hours with no water, by the way the sink kept leaking. Later was told it was bc its a mobile home and they move. After the 3rd person was sent the sink has finally stopped leaking. Another issue was loose floors, you would walk on one side of the house and it sounded like an old home with all the creaking and popping, was also told it was bc its a mobile home. Well I didnt hear any creaking or popping in the show homes. 1 guy put wedges under the house, this didnt stop the sounds, 1 guy banged at the bottom as if doing something to it, then finally another actually came and bolted down the floors, finally that has been fixed as well. Lights in one room keep flickering, when the light is on and the printer goes on. They told me nothing can be done about that, guess we will know when this place lights up due to faulty electrical. Another issue, the house comes set up with a cable line hookup, but when the cable people came, there was no place to hook it up outside, whoever did that did not pull the cable out to the outside of the house. The pre-installed microwave was a bust the 2nd time we used it bc the vents had been left opened or closed not sure which but all the trash that fell from the vent hole went down and ruined the microwave, thanks for that one Oak Creek Homes had to come and replace the microwave. Another issue, nails, the nail heads there have been several that where left bent or not nailed all the way down in the living rooms and washer dryer area, they eventually broke through the linoleum floor and split it, had to go through and nail them all the way down and put paste on the tears. There has just been a lot, and so not happy with the work done on this house. As soon as I can find the pictures of the poop, water disaster Ill post.

All staff is friendly and very sweet even if theyre not working directly with you. Very willing to work with your needs.🙏Praying I get what I came for at Oak Creek Homes.

My experience with Oak Creek has been nothing short of awful. Started out at the Sanger location where the staff was anything but helpful. The general manager BT was outright rude and disrespectful, but I loved one of the homes, so decided to go through a different Oak Creek location.I will say the staff at the Burleson location was friendly and knowledgeable, and everything was great until I actually purchased my home. The house was delivered days after the date I was given. The home arrives, and my brand new home has stains in both bedrooms with carpet from foot traffic where you can clearly tell this was a show model. None of the doors were level, and there is a long list of cosmetic issues needing to be fixed. So, fast forward a week and Im still waiting for AC to be installed, was told Friday it would be installed Monday...it is now Monday and havent heard from the contract company who is supposed to be installing my AC. Call Oak Creek once again, they direct me to the contractor, who low and behold has LOST my order.Needless to say I am beyond disappointed with the experience Ive had buying my very first home. Complete and utter fail.

When I walked in Oak Creek Homes in Burleson last week it was around 5pm and I didn’t have an appointment. I wanted to see about the financing options of purchasing from Oak Creek. They are experienced and been on this business for a long time.You can get the all job done here.We still researching all options to build the houses but for ~$44 per square foot you can have ready to move-in and nice home without headache. The Olympian floor plan was the best. check it out.

Well, since I didnt see oak creek responding to any reviews I doubt they will see this one. Yes, everyone was friendly and the salesman we had was happy to show us several homes. We had a time frame for getting a home, so we went with one there. Then had to go out of state for our belongings in storage. Came back and 1/2 of the roof was completely gone. Looked like it had snowed with all the insulation everywhere. That was just over a year ago. They did come repair that within a week. Now I am having an issue with the roof leaking again. When I called, Jack Maxey, his first response was that it must have been a different location we bought from. Literally within the first minute of explaining to him the problem, he was trying to hand me off. The little minor things Ive fixed on my own. Just beware, once its on your property, check everything, the hot water heater, the ac, our hook ups are reversed, if I need hot water, i turn on the cold....gotten used to that had to have all the windows resealed, and a few of the ac vents fell from the ceiling....

Angie Schmidt is a fantastic consultant. My husband and I have been in to see her on a couple occasions during our explorations into upgrading our current manufactured home. Angie has always been helpful and understanding of our wants and needs.

Poor customer care, cant get a straight answer of when our house will be built. They keep telling us the plant is closed down and they arent building any houses at this moment yet I was told they built 2 yesterday.

Had a great experience at Oak Creek Homes in Burleson. Our Housing Consultant, Angie was very knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain the process. She answered all of our questions, and I am happy to say that I am buying the Oak Creek Olympian Model. We just closed on our land / home package with a FHA loan. Pricing was much lower than other places I shopped because they build their homes. My new home will be ready in only 9 weeks. All the staff was great, and went above and beyond. I am so excited!!!

Naomi with Oak Creek was amazing, she went out of her way many times to help make sure our experience was great. Timing with everything takes a while but it’s mainly the banks that make it take so long. The process of getting our home took a few months but we are first time buyers. Overall I’m happy with Oak Creek, just don’t expect the process to be quick the banks take forever for everything!
