Went in with a substantial downpayment and was unable to finance the vehicle I wanted. Instead was given a compatible option with problems put the gate. I am feeling they pushed the lot lemon onto a customer.

I was traveling from Bend, OR back to Colorado in my 2021 GMC AT4 when I got a low tire warning as I was nearing Burley, ID about 5:30 PM on 10/8/2021Went to a tire shop for repair and discovered that the last dealership that rotated my tires prior to this trip had failed to replace the key to the wheel locks.The next morning, Young GMC went above and beyond by quickly working me in, removing all the wheel locks, and repaired the tire. Everyone there was kind and professional. As I was waiting I was sent a short video by the service technician describing what repairs were made, what had caused the leak in the tire, and furthermore, the video included him( his name is Robert ) inspecting the entire under side of my truck for any leaks or damage.In short, this is the best service I’ve ever gotten at ANY dealership in my fifty years of driving and owning vehicles.Thanks, Young GMC!

Luis Morales was our sales person. I had no idea at first what vehicle I was looking for, but Luis took the time to patiently show me different vehicles and helped me to make a knowledgeable decision on what would work for my family. That first day, we probably spent 2 1/2 hours test driving cars and getting in and out of front seats/back seats to see which vehicle was a good fit for my family. The vehicles on the lot were not quite what I wanted, so Luis found what I wanted at a different store (from the Young group of stores) and followed through until they were able to get the car delivered here for me to test. I appreciate all the time snd all the education I received from the experience.

Got most of my cars from burley dealership this time has been a money pit !got a nice camaro and first thing before I got it was a dead battery so they jump started it and was told if any problems with battery or charging come back and they would fix it maybe 3weeks later carat for 3 days and completely dead took it back and was told if it was 1 or 2 days after buying they would fix it like replace battery so they said it was battery but I had to pay for it wow really so I went to les schwab and got a nice battery and way cheaper 10 days later same problem go back to dealer oh its the onstar draining the battery shouldnt that be on gm since they tell me 2010 to 2013 they all have bad onstar boxes so theres $207 dollars on me and by the now I have check engine light on for fuel pump after them checking the cause of battery failure but car runs fine but he couldnt even fix that when I didnt have that check light issue until they checked all electrical on my car so I had that issue and other problem when I was at les schwab was tires were to big on car and rims had spacers behind them and without those the rims would scrape on the drums all that was a safety concern and told them about that but it was oh well not our problem so 1300 on the correct size of tires so money pit other than that love my car but everything to fix has been on me thanks young buick gmc

They lied about the condition of the car and said everything was in good working order. The Ac in front barely worked and the rear air doesnt work at all and they said they wouldnt fix it unless I paid for the repair which was unknown what the problem was. They told me they had fully inspected the vehicle when they I brought it in as a trade in but if they truly inspected it how did they miss the rear AC didnt work. Plus once we got there there was a check engine light on also which they were unwilling to fix. I drove 8 hours round trip to buy this car because of what they told me over the phone to find out it was not what they presented it to be. They gave absolutely no apologies or help. I would avoid this dealer at all costs

I had a very frustrating experience with Young Automotive. I found a vehicle on their website that I was very interested in. Knowing that some of the internet inventory is in Utah I emailed them and asked if the vehicle was local. They replied I believe that one is at the Burley lot and that they would love to schedule an appointment for me to see that car and others in that price range. I replied that I was only interested in this particular car and no others and would come to see it at the Burley lot. Again, they replied that they would love to show it to me. I drove to Burley and asked to see the car. I was told by another salesman (the one I had been emailing did not come out of the building to talk to me) that the vehicle that I was there for was actually in Utah, but they had another great vehicle in the same price range. I was directed to a vehicle 4 years older with 50,000 more miles. The vehicle wouldnt even start and had to be jumped. The sales-person that I was emailing knew that the vehicle I wanted to look at was not at the lot, but had me show up anyway hoping to sell me another vehicle on the lot. I received no apology for the misunderstanding or the waste of my time. I asked for more info about the vehicle I was interested in and my emails havent been returned. I purchased a vehicle here in 2016 and will never do business here again.

These guys are a class act. My family’s car broke down in Burley, they picked us up, bought us pizza for dinner & stayed after hours until our ride came. Truly thankful for them & we will see them again when we buy a car. Thankful for good people like these guys! Thank you!

I worked with Young Automotive to trade in my 2007 silverado and get into something smaller with better mileage and fewer miles. When I arrived they didnt have exactly what I wanted on the lot but Jai Flores worked with me to find exactly what I wanted and within a week I found the perfect car for me. There was no uncomfortable pressure you usually get at a dealership and everyone was really great to work with. Jai was honest, and straight forward, and very helpful. I was actually able to enjoy car shopping at my own pace.

I would give ZERO stars if possible. Worst experience EVER buying a pre-owned car. We found the vehicle we wanted online and went to see it in UT(5 hour away) but it was way over priced, we had done our research and due diligence. Made our offer, it wasnt accepted, we walked out. About a week later we started being hounded with phone calls, they wanted to accept our offer. We said maybe we were still interested if they brought it to their dealership in ID (2 hours drive away). They said No, we said Fine. Couple of weeks later they said grudgingly okay, well bring it to ID. Meanwhile we tried several times to get service records for the vehicle from the dealership, but were told that due to third party privacy laws that information wasnt available. Long story short we bought the car for our initial offer price. Unfortunately for us, three years later the car spends more time in the shop than on the road. Weird connection, we knew the salesman in Burley as he had suddenly left our town.

Horrible experience with the sales department. They played the games that many dealers play and when I told them I wasn’t interested in their “deal” they got ignorant pretty quick. Taylor Chevrolet in Rexburg got my business not only did I get an awesome deal but was treated with respect and it was a complete better experience.
