UPDATE; That nice little supportive message at the bottom of my comment is just for show. At&t doesnt respond to you when you email them for support either. Yet, they were so attentive and quick to offer their support publicly.** I spoke to AT&T this morning over the phone and they informed me that this location is privately owned and operated therefore they can get away with not being held to the same standards as the corporate locations. Do yourself a favor, and do all of your business with AT&T over the phone. The extra time really is worth the effort when you consider the alternative.(Original review) We have been with AT&T for about 10 years and have always recieved very poor customer service from this store in particular. They dont answer their phone, nor do they respond to voicemails. They lie to you directly about what to expect on your service plan when they want to sell you a new phone. Then try to appease you with free phone cases and screen protectors so youll get over it. (Which happened to us twice) And they end up costing you more money when you aquire with them about trying to save yourself money on your current bill. Our lastest inquiry with them ended up costing us and extra $80 a month, even after they claimed that signing up for direct payments would actually save us an additional $40 per month. They offer no apologies for their mistakes, and your just stuck with what you get. Your better off calling in to the service line, although it is often very lengthy to do so. We would switch service providers but unfortunately AT&T does have the best rage of service in our area. Its to bad that we essentially feel forced to put up with them. They have proven not to be trust worthy on several occasions.

25 years of at&t and this is buy far the most useless store I have ever encountered.

I went in there willing a billing issue, they help fix everything on my account and ended up getting and upgrade. I love being able to go into the store without feeling like a burden to the employees. They are extremely helpful.

The customer service there is fantastic!-I dont know his name but I always go to the guy with the tattoos.

They have very helpful staff and their wait time is usually very good as well. They go above and beyond the call of duty and they seem to make an effort to even remember details about me to make me feel special. Chase and Patrick were particularly helpful when I needed them.

Update they fixed my issue. Richard was able to get everything taking care of even though company had it all messed up he cleared it up. Great product horrible customer service. I got a phone ordered and they didnt have the inventory so they canceled the order even though the phone was bought right out. No one in that store could help me they had no idea what to do and left me on my own. Dont waste your time there go straight to the website or a more efficient store.

I went in today and the guy with the colorful tattoos on his arm was very rude and ignored some of my questions on my phone. I was trying to buy an iPhone 11 as well and he wasnt able to proceed with the purchase due to my ID being to dirty for his camera to read.

Excellent service for me with my ATT phone, and even helped my son with his Verizon phone when Verizon wouldnt help him. That is great service!

I called to see why my bill was so high. I was on the phone for 1 hour and 12 minutes when I hung up my phone. I was bounced between 3 different people before I got through to someone who could answer my questions! The 1st person I talked to was in billing then she transferred me to collections (why I have no idea because she said she was transferring me to finance) so collections talked to me for a while and said ya we can’t help you customer service has to. Finally they got me through to someone who knew how to help me! It shouldn’t take 3 people to tell me that my bill was higher because they added my insurance claim onto it! It also shouldn’t have taken an hour out of my day to figure it out! Disappointed by far! The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because I finally did get someone to answer my questions! This post has nothing to do with a store just the online support when you call 611!

Unsatisfied customer, I recently went to the store to pay my bill, I did pay my bill unfortunately the sales person that helped me did not give me a receipt because I think she was new.. I didnt think nothing of it an I left, before leaving I asked her Im gonna get a text right, she said yes. so I got a text from AT&T saying my plan renews.. I did pay cash when I went to the store, they have cameras to prove I did come in an pay... Im not gonna pay again the second time...Not My Fault...

Looked up online for hours open. Made a special trip to Burley because they are open on Saturday and Sunday. Got down here and the sign on the door said they have decided not to be open on Saturday and Sunday. NOT IMPRESSED!!!!! Could have updated that on their website.

Broke my phone they got me a new one coming the next day. Plus, I love my service I get from the guys down there, reliable and willing to help anyway they can.

I got a watch for valentines day and the lady in this store ruined it for me she was very rude and refused to help me my family and I will never return to that store we will take our money to twin from this point on. And Twin store people are way more helpful plus the store there is clean

Avoid at&t all together if you have the option. Crooked company with terrible customer service. Definitely dont do auto pay, and pay attention to your bill, they try and screw you any chance they get!

The phone is set to forward to vm and so you can’t actually talk to someone in store!

This is not an a_t_&_t store they do not care about customer service they care about sales! They will lie to your face and then not take care of you when the time comes Beware do not do business here if you have business with a_t_&_t take the time to do it in twin falls. It will save you the heartache of spending 2 hours on the phone to straighten out there mess.
