Just switched to their internet. So much better than last company. I can online game and stream movies with no problem. The price is great and it is unlimited which makes it even better. Sign up was easy and even same day install.

Astounding customer service. After the last wind storm knocked the tree onto my dish I couldnt get anything to hook up. I called and they had a tech out to fix it that afternoon. I could not be more felicitous with the internet and customer service. Definitely recommend.

Went into the store and I could heat someone in the back and called out multiple times and no answer. Didnt come up front or anything. Poor poor service, thier excuse, our door alarm doesnt work I called out multiple times and until I started headed to the back is when they came out

Best internet service I have ever been able to find!! I live out towards dietrich and I struggled with my previous provider for years and was only able to get 3 Mbps but since I switched to kiosk I am able to get 20 Megs and I am able to stream movies and game as much as I want!!!

Personally I did not have great service with these guys. At the beginning customer service in store was great.. and the installation guys were awesome.. but when it came to getting help with our bill and making payment arrangements we were not treated very nicely. The signal service strength wasnt great at all... we constantly had to ask for help to fix our internet box as it kept having problems. A few times I couldnt get ahold of anyone. We had enough and switched companies. For our needs they werent a right fit.. But these guys might be perfect for you... :) Good luck!

Kaden Cotton went above and beyond to help me out and get the online gaming to work. Not only was he readily available during business hours, he also stay up late so I would be able play in the morning. Great Customer service and a great individual.
