Went in to get some snacks before work. Two clerks were working and both had short lines. When I got to the front of the line, the clerk told me she was going to help a young fellow who was in the other line because he had waited longer. So he went to the line I was in and I stepped to the other line; all we did was switch lines, we were both helped at the same time. Well, he was helped, I left the snacks I was going to buy and told the nice cashier that the rude cashier could keep them. This just reminded me why I usually drive across town to avoid going to Mr. Gas!

I’ve been a customer to this establishment for a long time. I went in to buy myself smokes. I am 21. Well I made my friend come in with me because I was also getting quite a bit of snacks and drinks for me, him, and my mother. When I got inside the line was so long I had a hard time getting through to get to the fountain and my friend had gotten left behind. Suddenly I was gone and he decided to look for me over the counter to see if I had already made it the fountain so he could make it there. He is really tall. We got our stuff and finally got to the checkout. I say what smokes I want and the cashier goes to grab them. Then the other cashier sitting down on a stool on her phone says “you have to ID him too. Ya I seen him looking behind the counter.”He was not getting cigarettes. They were one for me one for my mother. All he was doing was looking for me to see if I was at the fountain or had just wrapped around the store to the candy isle because the line was so damn long and I didn’t want to get that close to a group of people. We tried to explain that and she was refusing. Needless to say I just got my smokes from the stinker store By smiths. I will not return to this establishment. I came in all the time to get smokes for me and my mom. I understand that the law changed but does that mean a mom coming in with her 17 yr old son won’t be allowed smokes unless he is 21?

I go there a lot cause it is right around the corner. The people are slow and not always friendly and the rewards system is always down. There is much room for improvement here especially with the management. Love the hot case good variety.

This store is the bomb, miles the manager is very good to us customers... all the other stores need to step it up.. this mr gas is the best one by far... keep up the good work ladys and gentle men have a bless day

This gas station charges for ice. I bought 40$ worth of gas and 8$ worth of snacks and they wouldnt even let me get a free water bottle full of ice. The lady said it was marked, but I didnt notice it. I would have just bought a bag of ice if I would have known. My water bottle was tiny and it cost .52 cents. Only gas station I have ever been to that charges for ice. Going somewhere else next time.

A great variety of drinks and food/snacks. The place seems clean. I work and had picked up my kids and decided to get snacks as a treat. So I didnt want to deal with a grocery store trip. Faster and easier to go to a gas station... well the cashier wondered why I didnt go to the store instead of as she put it waste my money on overpriced gas station snacks...I didnt feel welcome by her and she wasnt happy to serve me. Sad to say Ill stick to a different establishment for my quick stops since Im not welcome.

Great customer service and fast at the cash register

Ive been to a couple different Mr. Gas locations in Twin Falls, Heyburn, and Burley. Occasionally I get a cheery employee but most of the time they all seem miserable. It wouldnt be fair for me to criticize the employees if it seems to be a trend with Mr. Gas locations. When employees are treated badly their emotions reflect onto the customers. Ive spent a lot of money at Mr. Gas at 2101 since 2012 and it has only gotten worse to the point where I just go to Maverik or Stinkers instead.My advice to this location is to treat/pay the employees better. It doesnt feel good as a customer to be greeted by depressed employees. I only leave the store depressed.

Came in from Washington and this was my first stop coming from Twin Falls. The cashiers were very entertaining and friendly and the food was great. Came back every day during my weeklong business trip and the service never changed. The Krispy Crunchy Chicken girl with the glasses was always bringing out fresh tenders every time I came in and was very entertaining too (my wife and I had a laugh about always hearing her talking to herself about what to clean and her heckin everytine we went near the kitchen). Everyone worked fast and was very helpful. Will be coming back to Mr Gas for sure.

I am at this place a few times a week. They have a huge beer cooler, great coffee, and all the flavors you would expect on the soda fountain. The could use a larger selection of frozen drinks. What they lack in frozen beverages they make up for in hot deli food and sandwiches. Thier chicken strips and fried chicken rock! They have good sides as well, and JoJo potato wedges that are not all dried and nasty. Not your typical gas station sushi scare. Try the hotcase biscuits as a side, even the blueberry ones are very tasty.

We just went to this gas station and bought snacks and drinks, refilling cups that we already had. They charged us for the biggest size of refill that they had eventho our cups were much smaller than that. When I pointed it out the clerk could not have been more rude. She said thats just the way we do it. I wont be stopping there again.

My favorite place to visit. Good food decent gas prices and the employees are amazingly friendly.
