We just came to SF and our first stop was Istanbul Market to get some simit. It is really close to airport and there are baklava, borek, simit, etc. We even found some products that we couldnt find in Turkish Markets in Seattle.

Many kinds of food in there, heavily Turkish food, also some other type of food such as desserts, breakfast as well as lunch food.They also have frozen foods; manti, lahmacun, katmer etc. I like their Manti, sucuk pastirma and their Lokum(a.k.a Turkish Delight).Their location is very accessible from all around the Bay. Their food is priced well, tasty and healthy. I love Istanbul Market!

Its literally a Turkish market. So you can find all kind of things from Turkey. All the staff members are Turkish and they are really polite, kind and nice.

I ordered a tuna melt with bacon on a sourdough roll and it was delicious. The sandwich was big so I ate half for lunch and half for dinner. It was very satisfying.

There are shoppers with no masks on and mind you, its a quite small area to keep your distance from other shoppers. Apparently the owner doesnt mind at all!

I bought Altunsa vine leaves from the Istanbul market. Although it says premium quality, it came out with an incredibly bad, torn, almost woody vine leaf (not a vine, but a sycamore leaf). A package did not contain 15-20 smooth leaves. I threw the rest away. It is a pity, I am not in the money, but with the halal brand. It is a sin to sell such bad products. I go to the market 15-20 miles away to buy products, spend time and money just so that my own people can win. In the end, my faith is abused. I do not give permission.Zenure Finished

It is interesting that the Turks are accustomed to some nutrients that are not available in America. However, many other nutrients are both healthy and tastier in American markets.
