This place is worth the extra drive. I tried going to the South SF and Millbrae locations, and they looked at me puzzled when I asked for express boxes. I had to describe what they were. They should know their competition offers these boxes without having to even ask staff. Customer experience is key. I’m trying to patronize their most expensive services and they really offered little help. Forty five minutes later I arrived at this Burlingame location (next to Lunardi’s) and they greeted me happily and handed me express boxes without question. The first two stores told me they’re franchised so I guess they do what they want. Well, I’ll be making the trip directly to this Burlingame location from now on. It’s definitely worth it.

Have been going to this UPS store for years now and finally getting around to rave about their excellent customer service!! Everyone is so personable, friendly, and knowledgeable about the best (and cheapest) way to get things shipped :) We appreciate your hard work and thank you for taking care of our shipping needs as well as accepting all of our endless mail in the P.O. Box that we rent.

Price gouging. Do not come and print anything here. Its $1 PER PAGE in black and white. Counter kid never mentions the price. Deceitful, unethical business practices.

I had a great experience at this store yesterday. Shalini helped me coordinate the packing and shipping of a large monitor, a Macbook and several small electronic supplies back to my remote employer. They were very efficient and suggested several ways of doing the task that would save me a lot of time and headache. I cant thank them enough for making a task I dreaded much, much easier. They followed through on everything they said they would do, and everything went far more quickly than I anticipated. I did not have to wait at all when I showed up at the store and I was treated with attention and respect right away. Doesnt get much better than that as far as service goes.

This store is a hidden gem tucked into Burlingame Plaza. Ive been a customer here for years and wouldnt go anywhere else as long as Shalini remains in charge. UPS places a lot of demand on its stores and even with the newly implemented Amazon returns and Sunday hours, she somehow manages to keep everything running smoothly.

The people that work there are not helpful and most of the time they are not very nice.

The staff here is the best! Very efficient and attentive. Ive used them for notary services, package pick up, Amazon returns and theyve always been great.

Service is just amazing

My preferred UPS store. Ive been to other UPS stores where the staff tries to hurry you and not tell you what needs to be done before an error is made. Overall helpful, patient, and professional. Also finding parking and lines are not bad in my experience.

Cheryl was super polite, and extremely helpful. These people are trustworthy and I feel that my mail is in good hands!

The old Indian lady behind the counter is super rude and self-centered. She hates her job and it shows from her total lack of customer service.She literally said Im not taking your package cause Ive got too many during the holidays and told me to go to a UPS store in another city. Her statement was so ridiculous I thought she was kidding when she added All these packages are blocking the store.Well if she hates shipping boxes so much probably shouldnt work for UPS (bad life choices). Avoid this place unless you want to be treated like a burden for being a customer.

I live closer to the Millbrae location, however, I’d rather drive a bit more to to this store solely for it’s great customer service!

Wonderful honest and caring folks the best customer service in town. They treat you like a human the other Ups stores are rude and mean they act like they cant give you the time of the day. So if you want nice people and service and better prices go to 1534 Plaza ln store @ Burlingame ca.....

LOL the other UPS Store in MIllbrae is rated at 1 star. Not surprising, what a night and day difference between this one and the one in MIllbrae. No BS games here with customers, just straightforward customer service.

Went to the UPS Store on Plaza Lane Burlingame and the customer service was SUPERB, completely opposite from the store on Broadway Millbrae. I was extremely satisfied with Lalit Kalra’s customer service. He was friendly, funny, knowledgable and with a smile. I would DEFINITELY recommend coming here rather than the Millbrae store.

Horrible customer service. I walked in with a prepaid shipping label and asked the guy what I needed to do to ship my box. He took it and started to get another box and put it in there then tried to charge me for the box and I asked him whats wrong with my box and he said nothing I asked then why am I paying for another box and he said I asked what you wanted and repeated it three or four time talking over me then said ok so you just want to ship your box Yes and he placed a small piece of clear packaging tape on it and said $2 I looked at him and said really. Long and short of it this is the same guy for the second time that I have had Horrible Service.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE
