Unbelievably terrible service. Item arrived broken in 3 pieces after waiting 8 months. Refused to replace what I paid for. Sent me an aluminum base that requires pavers only made in Europe which Nicole refused to supply. Then proceeded to tell me this aluminum base was equal in value to a 256 lb cut granite base. Terrible service, lies one after another, never received the product I ordered.

Ordered 20 loungers for my Hotel Pool Deck. Had some issues and this company was very responsive in handling the issue to our satisfaction.
