I am amazed with the remarkable customer service provided by the management staff and the associates. On one of the hottest days the staff came out to my vehicle to inspect my battery in my alternator. They discovered I needed a new battery. One of the managers actually replaced the battery for me?! Is this real?! I was absolutely blown away by this! My hands remained clean while the manager of the store got his hands dirtyβ¦. wow, amazing! Thank God for AutoZone and their staff! ππΌ
I was absolutely disappointed with the service experiences I had with them today. I ordered some things online & others were in store pickup. I picked up my things yesterday, with no problem & great service. Happened to be people that I have delt with for years. Today, however, I needed to exchange a part that was incorrect. I called this morning when I realized the part was incorrect, a lady manager said, no problem, I can have it here for you today at 5:00 & well do an even exchange. I got there at 5:00, delt with this lady manager, whom then proceeded to train someone during my transaction. She had him to do a refund to my card that I made the purchase with, not an even exchange, like I was told. Fine. I got home & said part was wrong again. I went back, delt with this same lady manager, whom then said she ordered the wrong part & wouldnt be able to get it until tomorrow at 5:00. Literally, told me to call another auto parts store, which I did & gave me a part number for them to cross reference. Luckily for me, they had the part & low & behold it was the correct part. She then, again, credited my card the amount for said part. Now I have $138.76 waiting to be processed back into my account, said it could take up to 72 hours. This to me is not acceptable. If I have to go somewhere else in the end, to get my parts, I may as well go there period. Thats just the beginning, of the loss, of my money.
Walk-ins should be their priority not the ones calling. They spend so much time talking to someone that calls asking for something that they totally forget about walk ins! Most of the time theres like 6 or more people waiting in line and the guys working here just spending so much time talking to someone on the phone. Autozone needs to pay better and hire someone that does the job fast and not picking up call after call and ignoring people waiting in line to pay!

Not in the best or safest area but the staff are always helpful and polite. Have purchased car batteries there and have had no problems. If the City of Burlington would clean up the area it would make the shopping center/plaza feel safer to visit. I will not go there when it is dark but will got during the day hours. The AutoZone has been there for years and its a nice store on the inside.
Its kind of weird that they dont have certain parts for your vehicle I dont know why they wouldnt have certain parts for your vehicle especially when it comes to your steering or suspension they need to start sharing stuff that they say they dont carry because of I dont know what reason Beyond me I dont understand youre an auto parts do you should carry everything that a car needs
This is hands down the best parts store in town. Ive been in the car business for 25 years and havent found a store with better management or a better staff. They are courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and quick.
The guys were very helpful and they work together and work very hard and they are very professional with the customers and very patient with them
