I recently bought a Mercedes through a private sale and was struggling to set up apple car play. After hours online watching videos and reading articles, I decided to give Mercedes-Benz of Burlington a call to see if they could help. I had a very positive experience with my recent purchase at MB of Burlington. The entire team was friendly and courteous. I worked with Steve Martinez who was very aware of my schedule and time constraints and made the entire process quick and painless. My service advisor, David Yabojian, is a good listener and a doer. I dont really have awkward feeling in terms of sales of service and parts.Because he and MBOB earned my trust, I introduced my daughters to go and find David Y. for their services needed.They also agree with me for the service and experience as well as a cafe and nail shop. =)The loaner agreement was too protective on their policy. It was very oppressive (if not offensive) comparing to other service center of the same group.I think 9 out of 10 customers are good who visits MBOB and there will be always one bad apple.When I read the loaner agreement a couple of years ago, I thought 9 out of 10 customers were bad apples.Dont get me wrong. I shared my impression on the agreement terms with the people at the loaner desk and true or not now it has been loosen. The manager made a good decision. 🎊Awesome place to visit.

Kyle and Steve are a great team and I would never take my 2020 Sprinter conversion anywhere else for chassis service. They were able to diagnose and effect a warranty repair along with some less traditional service request that I had made. And have you seen the sales floor? More AMG stamps than Affalterbach. The car buying process at Mercedes-Benz of Burlington was very smooth. I dealt with Joel who was very nice and wanted to make sure I was happy with the car. I couldnt give 5 stars because the wait time to meet with finance was longer then usual I thought. But then again that process went faster then I remember when buying cars from other dealerships. I also didnt feel pressured to buy any extras that I didnt want which I appreciated.

If you want to overpay for poor service this is your place. Service never answers the phone directly and returns calls sporadically. Did eventually speak with service manager Ben to set up service appointment (quoted $810). Arrived for the scheduled appointment and just wanted to get my loner and go. Gave up after 20 minutes when all service reps were too busy to process paperwork. Called Flagship Motorcars from the parking lot and they A) answered the phone B) were very friendly and accommodating in setting up a service appointment. Actual service appointment at Flagship was the type of service you should expect from Mercedes. High touch, thorough, and fast. And to top it all off the price was less than 1/2 of what Burlington quoted.
Typical dishonest sales people and management team offering to sell my car at MSRP in documented emails and phone calls and then jacking up the price by $10,000 when it comes time to place the order. Just because you can screw over a customer in this time of vehicle shortage, doesn’t mean you should.
I cant say much about the dealership beyond the fact it looks like a flagship MB location, but the Cars and Cappuccinos event was a lot of fun.
I recently had an inspection completed and discovered my tires barely passed. I was at the dealership a few weeks ago for an oil change and no mention was made of it. When I called service to ask they said that was noted but never communicate. I expect more. The second issue is needing tires after 17k mikes. Being told this is normal not sure when needing new tires every year became normal!Very disappointing!

Would not recommend servicing a vehicle here. Brought my car is for an 80k service and informed them that my drivers seat was loose and shifting while driving! The car has an active CPO warranty on it. The technician informed me that while the seat moving while I drive is annoying, its not a safety concern that they were worried about. The Service Manager also took the vehicle out and noted the problem and was not willing to discuss. He relayed the message for the service technician for me to just deal with it. In addition to the poor service experience here, Id be very mindful about their CPO warranty. Not sure how a drivers seat that moves when you start and stop is not covered under warranty.

Brought my Sprinter to MB Burlington for an optional recall upgrade to the emissions system. Told that it would be a 3 hour service.....that was changed to a full day operation upon checking. Strike 1. After 4 hours, MB informed the dealer that the SW upgrade was not working and a SW fix will be needed for my year vehicle. Strike 2. Brought my vehicle home and found an air intake part was sitting at the bottom of the engine....put it back on myself. Strike 3. At some point I’ll need to bring it back for repair part two. Hoping this will go better.

One of the MB dealers I tried to work with. Texted the salesman I was working with with the exact stock number of the model I wanted to see and possibly buy on the spot, they responded with “I’ll check tomorrow and get back to you before noon.” Finally called back six days later with an update. I said too late, tired of waiting and ordered a Model Y Performance for Nov delivery.Edit:Of course there is no record, your salesman that I met and test drove with never returned my request for an availability update on a specific stock number that I supplied and weren’t able to get anything rolling.Whether or not that specific car was sold has no merit in your response when your salesman took 6+ days just to call back. He said he’ll check and respond the next day which he failed completely. If the car was sold that’s fine, I understand the current market, its the complete failure to respond as said is the problem and will not recommend your dealer to potential buyers. You already lost one.

One thing I cant stand while shopping are pushy sales people....total and immediate turn off for me (cant tell you how many places Ive just walked out of due to this). I had a good experience when I bought the CLA250 in 2018. The car worked well for 2.5 years and now I have all sorts of issues. The latest being a water-pump issue which is an expensive fix. Really did not expect to buy a merc and have so many issues with it. The Honda Civic is out-running and living my freakn merc. Plus, a few people in services are now acting condescending. What do you want me to keep throwing money without having to ask questions? Seriously? Disappointed with the build quality on my car.

Recently I leased a new care from a different Mercedes dealership coz they didn’t have it in inventory.. then I brought my car for a state inspection the following day as I got from an out of state dealership.. the service consultant “David” was absolutely rude and kept asking me where did you purchase your car from then he told me that my car tent is “too dark” and won’t pass the state inspection even though it’s a factory tenting and I never changed it..so I left and I went to regular state inspection next door and they did right away and they assured me that the tenting is within acceptable limits and it’s the original car style.. never go this place.. they’re rude.. disrespectful and complete disgrace to Mercedes Benz name!

I brought in my car to check the battery light.I told the advisor that i already took it to local mechanic and was told its the battery at no cost for testing the battery..I also have extended warranty which i paid 3000$ and never had to use it.The service advisor Ben told me they will check the car, and he came back and said its the battery and it will cost 600$ and extended warranty will not cover it.I said ok-and i am not going to change the battery for 600$-then he said i have to pay 174$ for testing the battery which i already told him its the battery.He said he will not give me my car if i dont pay 174$.Very unprofessional, rude, abrupt, useless, grumpy.Then i took the car to local mechanic and they put in battery which it cost me 1/3 of the dealership price.

I blew the tire on my C300 Thursday evening. I had called MB and they got my tow going. Before I chose to bring it to Mercedes Benz of Burlington, I asked MB if my Tire and Wheel coverage is accepted there and they assured me YES. I called MB of Burlington and informed them my car was on the way, gave them VIN, I informed them I had the T+W package and the person who took the information, pleasantly confirmed YES. Now, you know how the story ends. I go to pick up my car and Boom here comes the invoice. I was upset. I informed the cashier that I had confirmed prior to the car coming here that the warranty would cover the tire. Pleasant as she was, she couldnt do anything about it. Mr. Ben Kamerman, heard the fuss, came over, and I explained the situation. At 6pm. On Friday. Before the long Memorial Day Weekend. Mr. Kamerman called the insurance company, verified the coverage, and presto, they approved the work and were going to pay. Mr. Kamerman could not have been any nicer and more appreciating of my situation. Many thanks to Mr. Kamerman and the staff at Mercedes Benz of Burlington

I would rather drive 40 miles from Manchester NH to Burlington MA to get my Mercedes serviced here than service it at MB of Manchester NH. If you want to know what it feels like to be welcomed with open arms and with the BEST customer service I have ever seen, go get your car business done at MB of Burlington. Not only did they attend to all my car service needs, but they went above and beyond to look for any recalls and fix a sensor that wouldve went bad in more than likely a couple of months without even asking me (car was under warranty).
