I am very disappointed with the service that I received at the Burlington Flow Volkswagen. Each time Ive gone to this location theyve tried to overcharge me or give me a list of unneeded services. I stopped by on Saturday because I had a low beam light out and my side mirror has fallen off the gentleman tried to charge me $40 service charge to replace my low beam light, he said it would its an extensive task. I took it to another Volkswagen dealership and a different city, they charge me nothing for the sam service it only took the gentleman to 3 minutes to put that light bulb in. A year ago I stopped by because there was an error message on my panel that I did not know what it means they looked at my car came back with a list of items that needed to be done and wanted me to have them done there of course. I did not I took car back to the dealership where I purchased my car they looked at all the things and said the only item was legitimate (slow leak in tire) all other charges were bogus repairs. I later went back to Flow - Burlington and they came up with the same exact list of problems again and they were not problems. I refuse to allow Flow of Burlington to nickel-and-dime me on every service to my car. I will not be using your location anymore I would rather spend the time and the energy to drive to Raleigh, Durham or Greensboro, Ive received great service at each of these locations.
