I went for a repair and after inspection they said it can be repaired and I agreed to it. after couple of minutes, I was told that the tire cant be repaired and I have to buy a new tire plus they cannot fix my old tire back to the rim and can put my spare tire instead .if I dont buy a new tire. What I did was I took all my stuff from there and got fixed with other tire company and thing are good now NEVER GO FOR REPAIR TO DISCOUNT TIRE EVEN IF IT IS FREE

Today was my first time going in a Discount Tire. I was thoroughly impressed!!! Jacob was professional and thorough plus it only took them 10 minutes to rotate the tires on my vehicle.

The usual salesman garbage. They priced me the highest tire. Then wanted to work down from there. Tried to sign us up for a credit card. When that didnt work. We started walking out toour car. The salesman chased us out to our car to offer us a cheaper tire. If you go hear you better bring alot of money. Went to a different dealer and got tires for half the price. Save your money and move on!!!!!

I went there by accident when they had a tire listed at the best rate I could find online. However the install rate was pretty high. In the end they up sold me and I walked out spending about $10 more than I expected but $20 less than the next option I had. So on the end, I got what I needed and saved money.

Id give a 0 star if possible...Jim the Manager said he couldnt put sport cup two tires with 900 miles on my shelby gt350R because they were unsafe ...Even though they are the ones that took them off in the first place...its not unsafe its laziness. They are trying to close up and just didnt want the job...he said the tires had no tread..Well no duh, they are sport cup two tires, they dont hardly have tread from the factory...

Just picked something up in our new tire driving through town. And pulled in with 4.2 minutes till closing and these 4 guys, pulled us in and completely checked, changed and billed the warranty on our tire in less than 15 minutes.

Wow. Just wow. I went in for a free tire repair. Turned out my wheel was cracked. They didnt have a matching wheel available and I didnt want a mismatch, so they GAVE ME a used one that works (doesnt match looks but works!) so that I wouldnt drive around with a cracked wheel. They said we just want to make sure youre safe and I think they meant it. Just amazed at that level of service for a free repair. Ill be back soon with a matching wheel and happily give these folks some money.

I paid for YOKOHAMA tires and when everything was done I saw they put on a much cheaper set of tires. I went in and told them they knew they did it because they told me so I asked for a refund for the difference. I will never go back again

Great service! Had low pressure when I left for work. After filling my tire with air, it immediately went nearly flat again, so I headed out to find a tire shop and by the time I drove just a couple miles, my tire was shredded. I pulled in and these guys got me in immediately. They didnt try to sell me 4 of the most expensive option, but went over every option. I ended up changing 2 tires and will likely go back for the other 2 to complete the set in another month or 2.

Had a dealership state that a tire on our used car were defective and they should all be replaced. I contacted Discount tire who advised to bring the car in and they would evaluate them. The staff went above and beyond to squeeze us in on a busy day, and determined that the front right tire was not properly mounted. They re-spun the tire free of charge! We went from dreading buying four tires to walking away with no out of pocket. We will be bringing our vehicles back for any tire service needs.

I shifted to discount tire for general rt43s after justtires stopped having dunlop signature II tires.... Great fast service, make an appointment b/c they are always busy!!!! They dont have time to mess with telling you bs, they have someone waiting to put tires on while talking to you....

Very disappointed. I sent my 17 year old son there today to get a tire fixed that had a nail in it. These tires have 6- 7k miles on them and have already been rotated. They look new. The guy tried to tell my son he needed new tires. He even went as far to say it would not pass inspection. My son told him they were basically new tires and we just got the car inspected(and it passed). He also said these tires must have 30k+ miles on them and my son responded with My car doesnt even have that many miles on it . The guy even tried to get my son to call me about getting new tires and my son finally just had to say can you fix my tire and thats all. I get very mixed results in this store based on who I deal with. I feel like he was trying to take advantage of a young person who just happened(luckily) to know what he was talking about. Just wish they could be honest and not try and take advantage of people who they think they can pull one over on. I am sure he isnt the first or last they will try that with.

I have bought a couple sets of tires here. Every time I go in they always push new tires on me, and stretch the truth To try to get me to make a purchase. I guess they can’t be blamed, but the ones I have dealt with worry more for making a sale then taking care of someone.I went in this week to have tires rotated. By the time I got home my driver front hubcap was missing off the my truck. I drive an older truck, with hard to find hubcaps :(. I’ve kept them for years and years and they go missing after service here.

I came in with an appointment for tires ordered from the website. The tires were not in (but would be within a few hours) and I needed them immediately so we could leave for a trip out of town. The sales person quickly offered me better tires for the same price. He did not try to increase the sale or add on any features. My tires were replaced and I was on the road within 45 minutes. Arrived a few minutes after the business opened expecting to be greeted by a long line and a long wait to start my Friday. Instead I was greeted by a friendly staff and a crew whose service is second to none. Lightning quick, had me in and out of the building in less than 30 minutes. Very impressive and worth every penny. Future customer for sure!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Went in to have tire repaired because of a small leak. Found leak and quickly repaired free of charge (tires were not purchased there).

I have bought tires from them for years, They have the best service and the best prices. I had a issue with some tires that wore down way quicker than they should have and were discontinued do to this problem. They went above and beyond to remedy the issue, and replaced the tires with new tires.

I have been to this store a few times and each time its been a bad experience. Last one I was quoted a price on the phone and when it came time to pay its was over twice the quoted price. The person handling the sale said I was wrong and asked who I talked to, the guy I talked to spoke up and said it was him and said he quoted me the price on the phone. The guy handling my sale fussed at him and handled it in front of all the customers. He again said he quoted me the price but the guy handling the sale took like $10 off sale. Ive never paid the price I was quoted on the phone even when I ask what the out the door price was. I had 2 tires mounted on rims that I brought in. I even brought my own new valve stems in. $53 to mount 2 tires and balance them.

Got there within minutes of closing with a tire emergency and these guys went the extra mile to get me safely back on the road. I cannot even begin to express my gratitude to the friendly and caring staff there. I highly recommend Discount Tire to anyone needing tires! Seriously, this is the place to go!

Use to be a great place to get tires. However, they are now so focused on up selling it ridiculous. The last several times iv been over there to get a tire plugged they have some poor excuse why they cant. Yet I go somewhere else like Bulla Warren or Southern Tire and the tire is plugged.Dont waste your time.

Of course we all hate having to buy new tires- but Discount Tire was so awesome that Im actually writing a review. The store is super easy to get to, immaculate, and the staff was wonderful. They could have been distracted or less than friendly on a Saturday afternoon but they were super nice and very knowledgeable about all things tire. Since I probably came in at the worst time (1:30 on a Saturday) it probably took much longer than usual- an hour. But at other shops you have to leave your car and pick it up much later. An hour is easy enough to pass the time. Great experience. Fast & friendly service. GREAT price.
