I have been coming here since I bought my first car. Great service, prices are reasonable and the staff and owner are terrific.

I needed to have an emission test. My bank is right across the street from B Towne, so once done with my banking, I scooted over to B Towne, parked in designated parking area, walked in with my DMV paper and had a seat. Took about 10 min., and I was on my way!

I came here to get my serpentine belt replaced because its been squealing for over a year. When I called, I was greeted by Mike who was very kind and was able to give me a quote over the phone with just a few questions about my car. They were able to get me in the next morning and had it fixed in less than an hour. And they charged a little under what they had originally quoted - which is always a nice surprise! I only went here for an emissions test. The man I dealt with was very kind & knowledgeable & answered all my questions. I will go back for emissions; I have my own mechanic so I cant tell you anything about that. I do have a friend that goes here for repairs but we all have our favorite mechanic & will stay with them.

Mikes Quality Auto Servie is absolutely wonderful. I needed one tire mounted and balanced, so I called on a Saturday around 12PM. I figured I would get the tire/rim back sometime the following week, but to my surprise they took my request last-minute without an appointment, and had the job complete before 4PM. I had planned to take the mounted tire home to put on my car, but they actually stayed after hours to make sure the new tire and rim were installed on my vehicle correctly - which was and extra service they were not required to do. Mikes prices are very fair and he does not try to tack-on extra services that you dont really need to make more money. The staff are all very polite and accommodating as well. Overall, I have been very impressed by the professionalism of this shop. I strongly recommend this shop to everyone, and will continue to exclusively use this shop for my automotive needs.

I am surprised that there are positive reviews of this establishment. Our experience was appalling. The owner was unprofessional, lacked the knowledge to do his job, and was quite frankly nasty for no reason. He should remember that word of mouth can kill a business--even one that has been around for a while.
