Thursday, while parked near U-Village in Seattle, our car was vandalized by thieves that stole the catalytic converter. The factory replacement part was $2,600—more than this car is worth. Friday I talked to Jason at Exhaust Pros, and explained that we needed an economical repair, as it is hard to justify sinking more money into a high-mileage 19 year-old car. He came up with a reasonably cost effective plan. The following Monday, we had the car towed from Seattle to Burlington. Although Exhaust Pros is a busy shop, the work was completed the next day, Tuesday. And, they stand behind their workmanship, when the Check Engine light came on Wednesday, I brought it back and they promptly made the necessary adjustments while I waited. The light has not come on since. Big thank-you to Jason, Forrest and Amber for getting us on our way so quickly.

They were able to accommodate me on a tight schedule and the final cost was lower than their estimate. Would recommend.

I enjoyed talking with the people that work there I dropped my car off at 9 which took 2 weeks to get an appointment they are very busy and I picked it up at 6:30 p.m. it was a long wait but they did a great job and they are swapped they have commercial rigs private rigs man theres a reason why theres so busy they do excellent work!!!!

Its a good place to have your car, truck or classic cars or trucks as well to get fixed. Good folks who are good at their trades as mechanics and other services or they will refer you and vehicle to another reputable place nearby.

You will not get a better deal locally. Fantastic service at a reasonable price.These arent the guys who will wipe down your car and detail it once they fix it. They do the work that you want done, and thats it. No frills, but lots of experience and knowledge.

Fixed my exhaust problem even though they were busy and needed to make appointment the short off it just told me get it there next day 4 hrs later from dropping off got call to pick it up with a better price than any other shop had qwoted me. I was referred to them by my regular automotive service company, and they evaluated the problem quickly, scheduled time to work on my vehicle the very next day, and they were done ahead of schedule and within a few dollars of the estimated total cost. Took my 2015 F150 in to put a new exhaust on last Friday. The people there are super friendly and very knowledgeable. They got me exactly what I wanted at a great price. I choose this place because of the recommendations from other people and the reviews. It’s sad to say that the service was less than satisfactory. The exhaust manifold gaskets was difficult to replace however it should of not resulted in setting my vehicle being set on fire and the dipstick and tube not being reinstalled.I drove 30 miles home and went through a car wash. When I arrived home I noticed oil on the ground. They also failed to restore the wire bundle retainers to the correct locations and left a saw blade on the frame. The shop pick my vehicle to reinstall the dipstick however they failed to put it back correctly and the insulation has not been replaced. My last conversation with this business ended with no compensation for damaged parts, no oil change because of possible water intrusion, and a abrupt hang up on their side. This place must not be interested in repeat and satisfied customers.

The most honest, fair priced, friendliest shop Ive ever been too. If they dont know about something they will say it. If you dont need a part on your car they wont tell you to replace it. In fact they will try to help you not replace parts to save you money! They could easily make a ton of money off people but instead they do quality, honest work. Got a magnaflow universal muffler and tip installed on my 97 bmw. These guys are very knowledgeable and helpful. The work was done way faster than I expected and my car sounds awesome! After being given the run around by multiple other mechanics, spending over $2000 my f150 was still broken. Forrest diagnosed my f150 and fixed the issue saving me a TON of money.

Replaced our pickup muffler and part of tailpipe. They were efficient, friendly. The work was excellent and the price fair.

Ben Richards tried to scam me. I came in with an exhaust header leak and they looked at it and quoted me $170 plus in service and repair. I get home to look at it myself and found that the studs holding the piece in were loose. I tightened them and the exhaust leak was fixed. They could have tightened the bolts on the spot and charged me a nominal fee, but they chose to lie and quote a high amount. Maybe it was just a bad day for them, but Ill never trust them again. Thats for sure.

I was half an hour late to my appt. from Anacortes and they were all smiles. apparently having been a super busy thursday, they throw my car on a rack and replace my resonator immediately and with awesome attitudes, no hesitation. genuinely kind dudes doing what they are good at, and making the best of it. i highly reccomend. hell, i wanna work there.

Ive had two vehicles worked on here. A 1971 el camino and a 1975 ford highboy. Each vehicles system was done right and they both sound great to this day. The quality of work done here is unmatched around the skagit valley. If you want a job done right the first time, go here.
