I was traveling from NY recently with my daughter and had car trouble. We stopped to have it checked out and the service was wonderful. Clay and Zach (I believe was his name) showed us exactly what the problem was. They fixed it quite quickly and even said they would stay late for the repair as it was getting close to closing time so we could continue our travels. Thank you both !

Great price on my new tires. Installation took more time than planned because of an inventory error. But very pleased with how it was handled. They also cleaned my haze headlights and they look brand new!
This morning I took my van in because the battery had died earlier that day. When they checked it out, they didnt find anything wrong with it. They checked the battery and alternator. They explained that I needed to recharge the battery. When it died again, they when out of their way to help me. I eventually solved the problem. I found them to be friendly, professional, and very helpful. I will definitely go back!
Amazing customer service my husband got my tires there and I had a concern with one of my tires as I was driving to Georgia that very same day 8/17/18 and they took care of the problem at NO CHARGE and Clay and the other customer service representative were freaking awesome and I will be a customer for life as I live on great customer service! My family and I come here on a regular basis for tires and most auto services. Clay,Marcus and Staff seem to really care and take care of their customers needs. Clean friendly environment.One big plus is they are open 7 days a week
Because of the location of this auto store, i found it convenient for me to use. I usually get off work at 8 am and most of the time I can make an appointment to do the services that I need done. Ive been a customer for the last couple years. Phil and Clay have been the managers that Ive dealt with. Well, about a year ago I had my oil and filter changed. I usually buy the oil from advance when its on sale along with the filter. Im a firm believer that synthetic oil is the way to go, along with a K & N filter. Thats the only way I change the oil. After an oil change i noticed a small leak in my yard where I park the vehicle. It was oil. I crawled under the vehicle and the area leaking was around the oil filter. I tightened the filter and checked the oil level and it was two quarts low. I put two quarts of oil in the vehicle. The next day after work, I went to the sears center and told Phil what had happened. He said he would check it out. After it was checked he said everything was OK. Of course it was, i had repaired their job. The next oil change, I had the same problem. I went to the store and told Phil about it. He checked it out and told me that I had a rear main seal leak. And thats where the oil was coming from. He showed me the oil under the vehicle. It was oil everywhere around the front area of the motor. Phil said that was a major job and that sears did not do that kind of work. He and the guy doing the work on the vehicle told me that I needed to get a mechanic to do the work. I left the sears store and parked the vehicle in my yard until i could get a mechanic to fix the leak. After a while I got a tow service to tow the vehicle to a mechanic shop. I didnt want to keep driving the vehicle and get oil all under it. When the mechanic went to check the oil leak, he found that the oil filter was about to fall off. From the tow truck to the shop to perform the work, my vehicle left a steady trail of oil. The mechanic tightened the filter and added two courts of oil to my vehicle. Its been two weeks and the vehicle has no oil leaks. I will never go back to sears or any of their stores to get work done on my vehicles.
About a month after my oil change, I noticed a rattling in my engine. I haven’t been under the hood of my car since the oil change, because I trusted it was done right. They left my oil cap off and my dipstick was still left pulled up. Due to that I had to replace oil and clean up where it had shot out of the engine. Smfh won’t be going back here. Worst service I’ve received ever. If u rushing please don’t change oil or be in the mechanical field..

Worst Plave ever! I went to claim my groupon she told me it would be at least and hour in an half wait time until my car was ready. I said that was fine. I left and came back 2 hours later and my car had not even been touched yet. I went walking for 2 hours waiting on my car. When I got back they said their appointments were more important. Took my keys and left. They wasted my time and my day. I will NEVER go to another sears auto again. I go here at least twice a month for a full Synthetic Oil change! I’ll take my money else where! There is always a problem at this place. Don’t even buy their Groupon. They make you think it’s cheap and then charge you extra once you get there! I wish I could give them 0 stars.

We scheduled our car to be serviced. The mechanic took the tires off and checked our car and ordered a part and scheduled us for the following week. We returned a week later and they had ordered the wrong part. Now I have to find a rental car and a new mechanic. They put me in a pinch.
You lose business when you rely on automated phone services.I was just calling to see how busy you are today, but if you can’t pay someone a reasonable wage to answer that question then you do not need my business.
These guys got the tires I needed when the Sears online place failed many times.
