Last Thursday I took my car to Norris Automotive at 8 o’clock in the morning. Mike listened to the engine, brought it into the garage and a few minutes later diagnosed the problem - a bad water pump. He gave me an estimate and sent someone to drive me home. At 3:45 my car was ready and the final cost was actually less than the estimate. I couldn’t have had a better experience with a repair service.The thing that made it special was the consideration and respect shown to me by Mike and his employees. I’m an old person who sometimes finds herself condescended to, but not here. Thanks, Mike.

Got an oil change and inspection done . They were fast and great. I get very cautious about taking my volkswagen anywhere, but can say I trust these guys hands down . Will be taking my car from here on out. Mind you that says a lot when there are 20+ shops within 10 miles of me and this shop is about30 from me .

Norris Automotive is a wonderful place to go for all of your Auto needs. Ive recently moved to the area and was unsure where to have my BMW serviced. The personnel are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I was very impressed with the quality of service that I received. I was also very impressed with Allen, the mechanic who worked on my BMW. I will definitely use them for all my service needs.

I bought my Chevy Astro 95 van three years ago. Had problems with rough idling over the years that eventually turned into hard starting figured that it was the fuel pressure regulator and tried to do it myself but got stuck. I have had repairs done at Norris Automotive off and on over the past decade and two vehicles. In my experiences I always found their services to be excellent and their pricing fair and reasonable. On my last visit I dropped off my vehicle at the shop because it was running so badly off and on that it felt unsafe. I was really at a loss as to what was the root cause given my regular vehicle maintenance record. Thats where the experience of these guys made a difference! Within an hour Mike called me and asked 1 question before telling me what was the problem, cost of repair, and expected time to complete the job - thorough!Later that day got a call from Ryan letting me know the car was ready ... ahead of the expected time! I have not had the problem occur since the repair was done several months ago. The shop even followed up later to check if my vehicle was working well - thats customer service!These guys have always given this customer, at least, a personal touch in providing service and they definitely earned my trust and respect years ago. Im sure many of their other customers share that same point of view.Still one of the best locally-owned repair shops around and I will continue to use them for my repairs.I highly recommended there services!

Fast cost friendly professional good work

Due to excessive exhaust leaks I had both of my exhaust manifolds replaced at Norris. The mechanics found the cracks and removed the old manifolds without a problem. The truck sounds great and is running like it should thanks to Norris Automotive.

Great place to have your car repaired!

If you have money to burn take your car here I spent 1,300 dollars to have my car fixed and it lasted less than 24 hours. Took it back spent another 600 dollars and the car didnt make it to my house. Spent the next month listening to them lie about how they were going to fix it. I got to the point I had to go get my still broken car back. Just take your car to a legitimate auto repair shop. I lost a lot of money and got nothing in return. Save yours go elsewhere!

If I could give them 0 stars I would! I’ve went there for several years and recently had a wheele bearing replaced, after the work was done the OWNER DROVE MY CAR to me and said “there’s something wrong with your tires”. So I said ok I’ll take it and have the brand new tires checked. I left work and headed down the street probably 4 blocks and the loud banging noise was becoming a real issue so I pulled over and got my husband to come and get me. He drove it straight back to Norris where we left it. When we got there we realized they did not tighten my lug nuts, out of 6 lug nuts ONE was tight!!!!! They did fix it, but no discount. The owner was to cowardly to show his face, I asked repeatedly to speak with him, he was conveniently unavailable. No compensation for being without my car. Most importantly there was no admittance of fault all I got was some poor excuses about my tire. So here’s the video with the proof! DO NOT GO THERE, this could have really hurt someone.

My car broke down halfway between home and work. It got towed here. I was stranded. Fortunately the guys were nice and fit me into the schedule. I will admit, as I sat for hours... they seemed to have a lot of repeat customers and they seemed to know many of them by name and treat them well. But, my experience was not good.They didnt communicate for several hours on how long it would take or what was wrong with my car. So after 4 hours of sitting in the shop, I rented a car from down the road and went to work. I got a call only an hour later that my car would be done soon. REALLY??I picked up my car then after work so the shop was closed. It was a failed fuel pump. In the process of fixing it, they completely busted my exhaust pipe. Anyone in a 10 mile radius could have heard that as soon as I turned the ignition on. They also didnt flush the line... so I was a serious danger on the road with zero acceleration until all the air was flushed out of the line. AND... my new fuel pump came with a broken gas gauge! AND... they also busted the line from the gas tank so I was now leaking gas.They might have got my car back on the road so I could get home... but they broke more than they fixed and it cost me well over 1000$ (in addition to $500 fix that they did) to repair all the issues they caused that I did not end up at their shop for in the first place.Seriously wishing I had gotten a tow somewhere else :(

Communication was bad. I had to call several times because I was not called when I was told they would call. Told them I wanted quotes before they started to work on my car..which they did not do. Took me 2 days to get a quote on my rear shocks being replaced and charged me $136.50 to change my ignition Tumblr out and didnt even put my dash back.yes I took the dash apart and drove it in like that but they could have at least put it back together seeing how I m sure it took probably 2 min to change my ignition and I did furnish the ignition myself. And I felt like they were telling me things were wrong left and right so I would spend more money(not to help me out).and to end it all the main reason I took my car there...they couldnt even figure the problem out..
