My car got run into while I was at they gym. Never found out who did it. I took my car to Quality Automotive and mike and his crew had it looking like brand new. Couldnt even tell there had been extensive damage to the divers side. Very professional and fair priced.

I had my Grand Prix in a few times and every time they did a great job at a reasonable price. They explained the problems with the car well showed me the old parts they had to replace and why. Got me in quick even when I showed up without an appointment. I definitely recommend them.

They did a really good job on my Jeep they lifted it, added new suspension, had to trim the finders and they knew what they were doing. They showed me some examples on what they would do to make my Jeep look good. so I for sure recommend them.

Took my Dodge truck in that had some transmission issues and Mike refused to let me have my truck back until it was perfect lol. Through no fault of his own a certain part wouldnt work right, and he spent a lot of his free time to get to the bottom of it and now my truck runs better than when I bought it. Great guys! I went in to have my transmission checked out for making a funny noise. They kept my car longer than they said they would, but ended up finding a simple fix for the issue. Didnt try to sell me on expensive work that I didnt need, just straightforward.

For months I had been looking for repair technicians for my dear Pearline. I researched the world wide web and ran across this business and read the reviews. All of them were terrific. I definitely liked the one about the building not being fancy but they do good work. So I said, what the heck, I will give them a try. Well I called them and the first thing they did that won me over was call me back. The second was the quote and the quality customer care of explanation of the time. Finally I took Pearline for repair. I must say with a smile on my face and joy in my ❤ they repaired her and she is running like a queen with no more shuttering. First time using Quality Auto Repair and I am honestly blown away by how great the service was. My car runs like new. I have a older car, just needed a tune up and oil change. Mike not only did want I asked but when above and beyond to figure out why my check engine light was still on and fixed the problem. For what all was done to my car the price was amazing. I just had my Jeep repaired here after it broke down passing through Burlington. The owner, Mike, personally took my call and helped me arrange a tow. I found Quality Auto on line & read the reviews & overall they were good, but its always good to have your own experience. I called & made an appointment for after work to get my truck checked out. When I arrived they got me in, checked my truck & told me the issue. He called in the price for the part & told me what the labor would be. I immediately said, Yes I will have it back Monday morning to finish the job!!! I love good hard work when it dont take all day👍Ive already told others about this place, their price & their work.🛠🔩🚗

This place is the best! I can honestly say that this was the first time I left a shop happy. First because Mike and his team do a good job, and second you cant beat the prices! I had to have both my front bearings replaced and an axle joint replaced. This would have easily cost a small fortune at a dealership, but thanks to this shop I got away paying much less. Highly recommend. Will keep coming here for automotive needs. Keep in mind that parts do have to be paid up front in cash before he does any work, but I feel this is reasonable. Keep it up!

I found this place after looking it up online so i decided to give it a try. Mike and his crew are very nice and friendly people and Mike explain to me what was needed to be fixed. He order the parts right away, but because of the snow it was delay and when it arrive, they start fixing it right away and was able to get it done in a few hours. The dealership and every other place wants me to leave the car overnight and that was not happening. I was very satisfied being this is my first time there and i will be coming back again the next time. Awesome people and awesome job!!!

The even gutted the whole interior of my car and replaced with new leather interior for a great price.. also the do quick service after I got all the parts to them it was a quick turn around of a few days I was riding. when ever I need work done I am going to quality automotive. About a month ago I had a break job done, 2pads and rotors replaced because I didnt notice that my left break pad was eating into the rotor. All in all he fixed my breaks which only squeaked at first but after a week it went away. My jeep now stops on a dime and Michael didnt charge me out the wazoo to get it done either and he did it in less than a days time. Me and my fiance will go back if we ever need anymore work done and I highly recommend his shop based off my first good experience. Thank you Quality Automotive!

Went in with my engine about to blow. at least thats what he said. anyway, he put a used engine in as we agreed. honestly i wish i had went somewhere else. the engine work was fine, but he destroyed my rack and pinion and also broke my clock spring. i went back so many times. maybe 10 times and he STILL couldnt fix what he broke. plus the work took way longer. he would give me a time and then it wouldnt be ready. say a week then it was a week later. first he would say he would pay for the rack&pinion and clockspring himself. then he would say i had to cover it. then he would say i only have to pay for the labor. i shouldnt have to pay for nothing!!! he shoulda fixed what he broke! he ended up welding my rack and pinion to the steering column(sp?) and it broke withing 2 days. i called he didnt answer. he told me hed buy the clockspring and install it for free. i called a couple times.. no answer. left a voicemail...no answer. so i gave up on that situation, he seemed like a nice guy, but after this experience i find him very shady and dishonest. also he would leave work during the day for personal matters and leave customers waiting. even his employ told him that was FD up. anyway, the car still isnt fixed. we bought another car and hope to just sell this one and try to forget about the whole thing. if i ever have issues i will be going to a nicer shop with hopefully a honest mechanic if there is such a thing.
