I’ve been here twice, I’ve spoken to several employees and every single one is absolutely wonderful, polite, and very presentable (which isn’t often found in a shop of any type). First time I went in for an oil change and tire repair second time I had a bearing replaced along with the rear brakes. Both times the service exceeded my expectations. I was able to work while I had my vehicle serviced, which in my line of work is huge. The staff is incredibly honest and extremely reliable. I was quoted a price on the bearing and brakes, he was able to get the work done in less time and charged accordingly. I’d recommend them and have, to anyone who mentions needing repairs and will return for future repairs and vehicle needs. Thank you all so much!

I spent $2,330 on fixing my car I had to get a new waterpump some housings and a seal on my axle. My steering was just right when I dropped off the car and I get my car back after theyre done working on it now its hard to steer and its making loud noises, I told them about problem the next day and they dont care saying Ill have to pay for them to look at it again... what type of freaking business treat there customers this way after spending over 2 thousand dollars. PLEASE DONT GET YOUR CAR FIXED HERE PEOPLE BECAUSE IF IT MESSES UP AFTER THEY FIX IT THEYLL CHARGE YOU AGAIN TO LOOK AT IT. WORST SHOP IN BURLINGTON! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO AMERICAN MUFFLER.

Wisco Automotive is your full service automotive repair shop in the burlington area that I recommend everyone to go to. Before my friend and family started going here I was the mechanic and well I quit my mechanic job 5 years ago and was tired of working on cars so I needed one my self for some things I couldnt do in my driveway. So I took my car here they are very quick at there work very friendly and always get it done the right way the first time and an affordable price compared to most places. Youll always be called before they do anything to make sure you understand what they are doing and how much it ruffle going to cost I have had to places in burlington just fix it and slap me with a bill not this place. So whether your just need some tune ups or serious diagnostic repairs this is the place I recommend.

I took my car into to get a new wheel bearing, new tires, and a new ABS brake system. I was told they could get all of this done by the end of Monday. I specifically came in from out of town to get my car done at this place because they fixed my caliper beforehand and told me all of the other things I needed to get fixed. I called the day it was supposed to be done and was told the ABS brake system was back to working. They called later and said it WASNT working again. They also failed to put in a new wheel bearing because it was in the early stages. So basically I drove two hours out of town to get new tires (which were overpriced). When I confronted the mechanic, he blamed it on COVID which is bull. I am never going to this shop again; they are unreliable, dishonest, and lazy. If you tell someone you can get something done, get it done! Huge waste of time, money, and energy. Thank you for NOTHING Wisco Automotive. Get your sh** together. If I could give the review a 0, I would.
