Excellent bagels! I ordered an Adirondack on a Montreal bagel and it was exceptional. Great customer service, order was made quickly. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Best bagels I’ve had in so long! I haven’t had any others around here but I’m so happy this was the one bagel shop we tried while visiting because it did not disappoint. Their bagels are fresh and they give you a great amount of cream cheese. They are a fair price for the quality. The atmosphere is great too, spacious and has a loft for extra seating. Highly recommend!

We are from NY and have had a lots of Bagels, but never had such fresh, yummy 😋 and flavorful bagels.We ordered the Cheddar Cheese Bagel with spicy Mexican cream cheese and it was just the best breakfast bagel I ever had.I would certainly recommend anyone looking for some awesome bagels

Excellent Bagels & great make it your own counter service...Compared with the other bagel businesses around Chittenden County, I rate theirs best in taste, texture with attention to detail per your order request(s). For a specialty shop, their prices are competitive & fair. My only opinion of a drawback I have experienced is that the shop I visit on Church Street gets a lot of business, so wait times can very up to 5 minutes to 15 or 20 minutes from entry to exit. Everyone seems to agree how delicious their bagels are, so the wait times most likely are due to repeated & new business that keeps building over time. I suggest if your in a hurry, call ahead to place your order. Best of all.., theyre dog friendly!

I was not a fan of bagels but my gf and I ended up here and I am officially a bagel lover! They were very busy but the line moved quickly. We recommend The Denver and Veggie.

We had 2 wonderful bagels and coffees. Upstairs seating area is great for looking out at the pedestrian area to people watch :-)

For a bagel outside of New Jersey (home of the best bagels in the country), it was pretty good! And I loved that they offer Taylor Ham as a choice of meat on the egg and cheeses. The line was huge on the Monday after the 4th but all 3 employees stayed upbeat and positive as they worked through the line. They definitely deserved more workers alongside them though, plus a bigger flattop and more blenders for smoothies, or at least someone to clean the one they did have. I really like that they sell day old bagels by the dozen for cheap too, I grabbed a bag for the drive home.

This place is fantastic! The long line is a testament to how popular it is, but I dont mind the wait. (5mins or less!) Its got a great vibe, great crew and GREAT food. Go!

Delicious! Three floors of seating and a lovely outside area. My whole wheat everything bagel was on point and they had a large menu to choose from (including smoothies!). I’ll be back!

I like this place because it’s my favorite everything bagel in burlington, but my wife asked for an egg and cheese and they put bacon on it. sure you might think bacon isn’t so bad but we’re on a tight budget and that bacon is too salty for my wife and too salty for me.

This place is good I just felt like the purple behind the counter had a slight attitude which made my experience unenjoyable though the food is very good

I couldnt eat just some. Ate the whole bagel, no shame. I ordered the jalapeno everything with tofutti and it was sublime. Where has the jalapeno bagel been all my life!?What I really loved about the bagel is how perfectly theyve balanced the crispy exterior with the chewy interior. Flavor balance is supreme although I wouldve liked it even hotter. Next time I come in bringing my own hot sauce to top the bagel off. Also wouldve asked to scoop out the bagel to achieve even better bagel x cream cheese ratio.Golden 👌🏻

Best variety of bagels in the area. Several varieties of cream cheese spreads to choose from. Great breakfast sandwiches and specials. The kitchen is always clean, and the staff is very friendly. My #1 stop in South Burlington....love this place.

Simply but my day is started off eating their bagels for breakfast, nothing else now Im hooked, their all made daily at the store. The staff are very friendly they even remember what I want I can go in on the phone or talking to customers and they always know what I want. The menu is large I mean it is literally as big as the shop .Best spot in Burlington for a bagel and plenty of seating for customers to come in and warm up.

Very good selection of bagels and cream cheese. We love the jalapeno and cheese and herbal varieties. Great tofu cream cheese. Very fast and friendly service, but a line can build so go early and take for lunch. Tip - dont toast bagel if getting peanut butter, itll melt all over. 😊

Ive only been to the South Burlington location. These are pretty good bagels for an outside of metro NYC location....and much better than similar options on the west coast where we live. Im a pretty consistent toasted poppy bagel with butter customer. BBB people always seem to get the spread right...not dripping but not dry.

I’ve loved Burlington Bagel for years. I went in to the new church st location this morning and it’s beautiful and so tasty. My only complaint is The past couple of times I’ve gone to the shelburne road location, the service has seemed to not be as good as in the past. I will still be back.

My all time favorite place, it’s a regular stop. Bagels are fresh! their customer service is efficient and friendly it is clearly well managed.

Exceptional. So much seating, multi-level, breakfast and lunch + café offerings and smoothies. Not super busy first thing in AM, great place to meet a friend and relax for a bit. Add the hash brown to your bagel...you only live once.

We went here just for cappuchino late afternoon. It was excellent. We prefer these local places over Starbucks. We would like to go back for their bagels.

Good bagels, perhaps in the better end in the area. Tables were all dirty and water depleted. Counter person seemed to forget my order almost immediately and I received the wrong bagel. When I brought it up to the counter unwrapped and addressed the issue it was handed to the customer behind me without an effort to tidy up the wrap job.In summation the food is good and service is mediocre.

A great place to grab breakfast if you are visiting Burlington. Its cafeteria style so dont be put off by a line, it goes very quickly and most are not eating in. I recommend taking your food upstairs to eat and enjoy the view!

I had my first breakfast sandwich Triple D mmm yum the only gripe that I have was the chipotle mayo needed to be a little spicier other than that it was great. Ill give you five star if the mayo has some heat to it next time I come in next Sunday.

I must say, I really appreciate the smiles on the gals faces every time I come in.
