I have been here many times and the service is CONSISTENTLY terrible. Never once have I had a good experience, nor have I ever spoken with anyone who has had a good experience. Try Ferguson instead.

The showroom in Burlington is beautiful. Karissa in the showroom is very helpful and a wealth of experience and knowledge in the plumbing industry. Plumbing is a very important part of any new construction or remodel and you wont be disappointed, schedule an appointment and watch the magic happen!

I had to call a couple of times to get information on a remodel, the lady Clarissa, who answered was very knowledgeable and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure i got all the information I needed. I even recommended them to a friend. He doesnt live in the area but needed some questions answered, she was extremely helpful to him also even though they werent going to get any business out of it. Thank you!!

My experience with Keller has been the single most abysmal experience Ive ever had with a plumbing supplier. Their staff are incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional, they also dont seem to know much about the plumbing parts they should be selling. I was called a liar, lied to about when they would be open. Then when the guy on the phone Larry was tired of failing to understand he just pulled a strawman fallacy on me, and acted like I was at fault for him not understanding because my swearing distracted him. Apparently the man child cant handle hearing someone swearing in a manner that isnt pointed at him. Mike then got involved and played the same strawman card. Between the two of them I was lied to, gaslit, and treated generally miserably. I dont know why anyone would think that you can act this way and actually stay in business.Just go to Fergusons on the opposite side of town, they have better stock, and their staff are actually professionals who know about plumbing.

If I could give no stars I would. This place has the worst customer service. On our first visit, my husband and I believed we were ignored because the store was closing in less than 10 minutes. Instead of offering to help us, a man reminded us that they were closing in less than 10 minutes. After our second visit today, we will never return. We arrived nearly 2.5 hours before closing. My husband and I again walked the showroom and thought someone would speak with us. Since no one approached us we decided to go to the front desk and ask to speak with someone. The lady working the front desk was helping another lady with samples. Once the other customer left, we asked if we could get some help with bathtubs. We were asked if we have an appointment and we said no. The employee told us she would not help us without an appointment, they only sold wholesale and wouldnt sell to us (which we knew), gave us a few flyers and sent us on our way. Needless to say we will be taking our business to another place.

To the public this is a plumbing wholesale supply, so if they cant help you don’t complain about it, buy from your plumber or go to a retail store .Small but good showroom.Make an appointment !Far better service here than the other supplier in the valley .At least someone answers a phone here.

Customer service at Keller’s was the worst we’ve experienced in years. As we entered the show room we where ignored and when we finally where aknowleged we where insulted. Its not hard to understand why we ordered our plumbing fixtures from Amazon.

Very rude guy on the phone, cant really ask any questions, bad customer service.
