I am so glad we checked Home Depot for the freezer we wanted. Lisa took excellent care of us in the store with our order and was so accommodating. The delivery was smooth and the guys were so friendly! Loving our freezer and the whole process of receiving it. Thank you Home Depot for having what we needed and having such friendly and helpful staff!!!

One would possibly think that Home Depot has the same things as Lowe’s but that is not true. I was in need of a certain type on condensation pump that Lowe’s didn’t carry. However, I found it easily at this Home Depot. Lowe’s is closer to me so I have just always gone there in the past out of travel convenience, but I might just switch over to Home Depot due to how good my last experience their was.

Seems like a lot of stores are out of stock on items. Everyone says go online well I need/want my stuff today not weeks down the road. Anyways employees are friendly and helpful. I found some of the things I was looking for. There were some gorgeous Monstera plants there that I would have bought if I was not traveling.

I normally would give home depot 4 or 5 stars 5 stars because that is where I almost always get my supplies and tools. Its. This morning is different, it must be great to be a home depot employee its because you can come to work and watch customers struggle to load drywall, plywood and studs Not to mention a vanity with many other large items while you chit chat with other employees. I guess their pay does not include customer service once you cross the door threshold.

My husband and I quit going to another home improvement store many years ago and switched to Home Depot in Burlington, NC because of the wonderful customer service. We just spent 40 minutes at this store waiting for someone to help us with some doors that we wished to purchase. I finally went all the way across the store to the customer service desk to ask for help while my husband waited at the doors. They did page someone and I went directly back to the department. After 15 more minutes we left. As we were checking out we told the young lady standing there what had happened and that they had just lost a much larger sale. There was no Oh no, would you mind waiting another minute and let me find someone to help you. I understand that it is hard to find help right now but at least train your help how to correctly handle a customer who is upset. Neither of us were rude or ugly in any way . I am very, very disappointed and will have to think about whether I will go back.

Excellent place for tool supplies, paint selection and accessories. They have a good selection for gardening products and equipment. As well as flowers which have blossomed and are ready to plant. They have everything you need for your back yard time. Which includes grills, smokers, as well as tables and chairs to enjoy your time outside.

I am a regular customer and love shopping at this store, cashiers are very helpful and friendly.I have witnessed people stealing electric tools more than once, running out the door like is nothing.I would think by now Home Depot will have a security patrol on duty not only to protect their goods but to make customers feel more safe. I don’t want to be watching my back thinking someone will take my new tools.

Not a fan of this store. I bought some paint, basing the color choice on a chip provided in the store. When I took it home and used it, it appeared to be a completely different color than what Id bought. I took it back and asked for a refund. I was sent to the paint clerk so he could approve a refund, but who remixed it instead. Still turned the same incorrect color, and then he approved a refund. I wasted about 45 minutes waiting for this guy to mix paint only to finally get the refund I originally asked for. We couldve skipped that whole remixing thing, and he couldve saved some paint that instead had to be written off. HD, just listen to your customers. Theyre usually right.

Hard to find things but its always been that way. Better explanation or help with products. The store was clean but no one asked if I needed help and I was on the row with a young man for at least 20 mins. I work with them from home and the at home crew is much nicer. The clerk was extremely nice

No one under stood what I needed and really did not help in my quest. I seen this place for down for lack of service and knowledge and can not really trust them anymore. Sorry for review but mabe the truth can see you seek new goals and build trust back to your store.

They had good options for Washing Machines. Associates were nice and available to work with. Didnt purchase in the end because of corporate policy to not honor military discount on appliances. ☹️

Worst staffs in the world possibly. Very unprofessional, can’t do math, discriminating, unfair, probably small brained, and aggressive. I just wanted to do a simple return of 3 items, they gave me a store credit of wrong amount, and calls the policy on their wrong behavior. Please shop elsewhere.

They have a new delivery company, and Id stay away.I ordered a fridge, had to wait three weeks for delivery, then on the morning of, the guy wont take it off the truck because the sticker on the box said it was too wide to go in the door. The bit of information I didnt have in front of me, standing outside on the truck, was on page three of the fridge specs: depth without handles - which arent attached to the fridge when it comes out of the box.I started taking my door frame apart, but the delivery guy said he didnt have time for me to do that. He left. Home Depot said sorry and offered to deliver the fridge again in another two weeks. Meanwhile, all of my food is packed in coolers.I went to Conns the next day and got the same fridge at the same price, delivered the next day.Despite the Home Depot manager telling me that Id get 6 months with no interest on my HD CC, I was charged a late fee because I refused to pay for a fridge that HD refused to deliver, and I paid $100 to get my door fixed, so as of now Im out $128 for attempting to order a fridge from these jokers.0/10 would not recommend.

Its only half a Home Depot, sometimes I must go to the other home improvement store on Huffman Mill Rd. To get what I need. Or I must drive to the real Home Depot in Greensboro! The selection there is much better. What a shame the corporate heads couldnt give us a full size store.

There are some things that I can only get at Home Depot, and that is why I went there. Maybe it is the organization of the store that throws me off, or maybe it is how I can wander around looking for something and not cross paths with an employee to ask for help. The prices are competitive. Ill give them that.

Searched online for a particular product. Low and behold, it was the cheapest here compared to all others. And, it was exactly where it was said to be online.

About an hour before I arrived I called to see if they had a particular cordless power tool. They had 1 remaining, said the young lady with a bright voice, I spoke with. Going far beyond the call of duty, possibly sensing the distress in my voice, she was kind enough to hold it for me. I didnt give her my name or anything.!? So I arrived from Greensboro to give the place to look around having never been to this Home Depot, I looked high and low, row by row, couldnt find it, 🤬. Then I got the bright idea to go to the help desk where I another lovely lady that the right questions to ask me. She knew whom Id spoken with, even though I didnt. Sure enough she called the other young lady, she knew exactly where it was. 5 minutes later, I had the tool to save the day in my hand and I cant say enough good things about you guys great job.! Yall saved my day.!!!

Yesterday my wife and I came to Burlington Home Depot to look at refrigerators and were assisted by a super helpful employee name Lisa Hedgecock. She was very knowledgeable about the products we were interested in. Lisa also was very proactive in getting us specs, dimensions, and future ordering instructions(home still under construction). We will definitely return to buy our appliances from her . It was some of the best customer service weve had in any store.

What on earth would we do without Home Depot? There are so many items to choose for a project or repair in your home. Plus so many items that are just too numerous to list here.

The prices here seem better then Lowe’s in mebane. I got a small trailer to pulled behind my atv and it was way cheaper here. $99 compared to $139 at Lowe’s. But sadly when I was asking the cashier a question about the damage on the box she started having a personal conversation with som other person and pretty much ignored me other than handing me my change and receipt. So it seem like either cheaper prices and not so great customer service here or over priced things with okay customer service at Lowe’s

Good location the only thing I noticed is that to many people without mask 😷for cov19 and is not safe like that, should required everyone in the store wear a mask, other than that is good

I go there quit often, and while they dont have the selection that Lowes has, its usually not a problem. But for the past month, when I look up an item on the website and it says there are multiple units in stock and I get there, they are all out. When I ask an employee why that is, they just say the inventory is off, or the warehouse didnt send them, yet they still show as in stock. Today I had an employee tell me that someone probably stole the item I needed. It was a 0.78 cent item, and the inventory said they had 13 there. No one stole them. This was the fifth time this month that this has happened, so I guess I will be going to Lowes from now on.

I was pleased with my visit. Kevin gave excellent care and explained to me the type of tool I needed for my diamond drill bit and demonstrated how to use it. Kudos Kevin! Keep up the good work.

Went to get mums for my dad using his gift cards that he received for redeeming his points on his credit card. The clerk scanned gift card and asked for an id. My id has same address and maiden name same as my fathers but I could not make the purchase. My father was home with my disabled uncle and could not come to home depot to make this purchase. I called manager and he informed me that if I had a gift card it was because someone brought back an item without a receipt. I then informed him how my father got the gift cards and what was the reason he would tell me this instead of quoting the policy of using a gift card? He proceeding to hang up on me!!! I proceeded straight to Lowes Home improvement and bought his mums with the lowes gift cards he also received from his points. Shame on you Home Depot!!Signed lost customerMelanie

The rental tool guys could use a little more training in customer service. They added extra charges when we returned the equipment.. they added a $15.00 cleaning fee and a $27.00 protection fee that they didnt mentioned when we rented the equipment. Just make sure you ask questions before renting stuff.

Had gutters done recently. Needed plastic black attachments that go on down spouts. Had to go 2x to get right size. But HD employees very helpful and polite.

My order was not complete when I arrived. They said they only had one of three items, but I walked to the shelf and picked up the other two. They have signs at the doors starting that masks covering nose and face are required, but after asking management about why they were letting people in without face coverings, they told me Oh, we arent enforcing it. Ill go to Lowes from now on.

This was my first time shopping at home depot and it will certainly be my last. I normally shop at Lowes but decided to try Home Depot in Burlington, NC. I purchased 15 bags of mulch and asked an associate if I could have some help loading it in my car. He replied that it was self service and if I go out there someone might help me. Let me be clear Ive never had this issue at Lowes. Theyve always been happy to help. If this is the customer service they offer Ill pass. I simply asked for help after purchasing from their establishment.
