While this store has a lot to offer and is a great part of church street, if you go in even before 6pm the entire upstairs section will be closed off. This means no access to purchasing men’s clothing or sale and home items. Due to the fact that the store closes at 8pm, to close half of the store 2 hours before closing leaves a lot of customers to miss out when they arrive. This gives little time for those working or coming from farther away to shop the full store.

Workers are extremely rude and provide zero customer service. Every time I shop there, they follow my friends and I around the store, we always leave feeling extremely uncomfortable. The workers have assumed we were going to take accessories to the dressing rooms and asked us to leave our bags multiple times while they asked no one else. While my friend put her bag down, I saw one of the workers looking through her bag without permission. Overall there service is terrible, I do not recommend shopping here.

Despite spending thousands of dollars at the store when my daughters go shopping there with their friends the workers are extremely rude to them. They follow them around and make them leave their bags outside the dressing rooms. One even searched through their bag without permission. I should’ve filed a complaint. And then when the girls actually need help getting a shirt down the workers just stare at them with blank expressions. This is the worst lack of customer service I’ve ever experienced. The owner should be concerned.

Great staff, feels very safe to shop there during covid! Their 40% off sale had an awesome selection when I was in there today! It has to be tough to work retail during these times yet I was given exceptional customer service!

Workers are very rude and provide awful customer service. They follow you around the store and watch you while you shop. I was hoping to exchange a $30 tank top because it had a hole in it, and they wouldn’t even let me exchange it.

I always leave feeling extremely uncomfortable. The workers are very rude. I go shopping with my sister at this specific urban outfitters and every time we go we are constantly being followed and glared at. I noticed when my sister and I were going into the dressing rooms the workers asked us to put our bags by the counter and I saw one of the workers look through my sisters bag without permission when she was trying on her clothes. They have done this numerous times before.

Really a hit or miss store for me. Shopping online here is better. More choices and better selection.

The employees there are terrible and rude. i went in there with a friend, after being watched and followed around we felt uncomfortable and went to leave. on our way out i was accused of stealing and was asked to empty my pockets after i emptied them and showed i didn’t have anything they were still very rude. on my way out the manager told me she “hopes i get hit by a bus.” after this my sister called the store to make a complaint and explain how that was not okay to basically tell someone you hope they die by saying “get hit by a bus” to which the manager replied “agree to disagree.”

TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES. One of the managers followed my sister and her friends around making her extremely uncomfortable. So they left. Then this manager followed them OUTSIDE OF URBAN OUTFITTERS INTO THE NEXT STORE THEY WENT INTO (earthbound) TO TELL THEM TO KEEP AN EYE ON THEM AND SHE STOOD OUTSIDE WATCHING. There’s been a police report filed and do not come here. Your kids will get stalked in the store and out.

This place is great fun; and there are deals to be found. Good audio selection (records, tapes, CDs) of all things; which is why i come here as much as the clothing. Staff friendly and helpful.

Employees were rude and followed me and my friend around the entire store. One was very rude and assumed me and my friend were going to bring jewelry into the changing room and share one. They also waited by the front door after we bought things.

The employees are so mean and just rude, the clothes are pretty but the employees are just too rude I’m never shopping here again, they need to get new employees cause half of them are just rude.

I made a google account just so I could review this store. The female employees were the most disrespectful people I have ever encountered at a retail store. I thought about returning the clothes just because I was so insulted. Thanks for ruining my day!

Heres the basic premise of good salesmanship, treat the customer as if you are grateful for the financial transaction and not doing them a favor by taking their money.

Very bad customer service, they would not honor their marketing. I had to call corporate to get things fixed. I had to make a second trip back to urban outfitters which I shouldn’t of had to do (plus it’s very far away from where I live). I had a different manager fix the issue finally. The first manger and Associate I spoke with my first trip wouldn’t honor their own marketing. Not only that they said they would then at end when I saw my receipt I saw they did not in fact honor it. When I asked they said oh ya no we’re not gonna do that now.

Urban Outfitters keeps up with all the trends. It may be a bit pricy but it’s worth it to keep your outfits cute and stylish.

A nice place with friendly employees that is unfortunately too small to house any of their apartment products.

Its ok, theres some neat unique items... Staff didnt seem like they wanted anything to do with us but it was ok.

Not that I shop here much anymore, but this is the first UO I ever went to. This a cool one, the way it is laid out.

This is my favorite store EVER. I love everything in the store and it is all incredibly nice quality. The only downside is that everything is expensive so I can only buy one thing at a time.

If you want to be treated like garbage as a customer, then this is the store to shop at!Incredibly rude and dismissive staff. I have never had such an experience such as this. I will no longer be supporting an establishment that promotes this type of behavior.
