Great collection, ok service, sometimes they have helpful staff, especially around wine selection.Their craft beer collection used to be good, has been somewhat disappointed lately, especially the crafts purchased previously and liked never to be found again. Not as price competitive as it was about 18 months ago.

One of the best selections of wines locally. I go to pick up some of my favorite wines that I really like.They always have knowledgeable personnel that will give you advice. They wont bother you unless you ask for help.

This liquor store appears to have everything you could imagine. Their website also allows for you to preorder and have it set aside and waiting when you arrive. If you are looking for something new to try, youll probably find it here! Great selection of wines from all over. I spent about an hour just browsing and barely made a dent in their selection. Looking for craft beers - they have aisles of them!

Fantastic selection of local beer. I was visiting on business travel and wanted singles of local beers to try. This place had an entire well organized aisle to choose from. Definitely a stop for those with a hankering to sample local!

It is easy to get overwhelmed or distracted if you come here on a mission. And it can be hard to find staff to help. But you cant beat the selection and the prices are fair. If you had a cocktail at a restaurant and want to recreate it at home, this place will have what you need.

I went to the store with my aunt, who is of legal age to drink and buy alcohol, and I asked if it was ok for me to be in the store (since I’m a minor). The store clerk said that I can’t be inside and that even if I left, my aunt couldn’t buy anything since I was with her. After reading the store policy, I realized that people under the age of 21 are allowed inside as long as they are with a guardian that is 21 years or older. This situation was very frustrating since my aunt couldn’t buy the wine for my parent’s anniversary.After seeing the response to my complaint, the store owner contradicted themself. They said that people under 21 years old must be accompanied by an adult, which I was since my aunt is 40 years old. I do understand that the store tries to not sell to minors and I agree with it, but not letting someone in the store (who fits the description to the store policy) and not even letting my aunt buy the wine, even though she is 40 years old, is still surprising to me.

Wow I’ve never been to one of these stores but I’m glad I went. I almost didn’t because I thought of course they’re going to be super expensive. Wrong I was! They have the best prices for liquor I’ve seen in mass. It’s like NH prices without the travel!

The place doesnt look that big from the outside, but it has everything you could possibly want for beer, wine, liquor and non-alcoholic beverages too. I was able to find new things for my husband to try since he enjoys different IPAs and whiskeys. I was surprised to see the wide selection of sakes, hard ciders and non-alcoholic drinks since those tend to be very limited in other places Ive been to in the past. Its a nice place to visit if you have trouble finding things elsewhere. Ill be visiting this place again in the future.

You can literally get lost in this store!!! So many choices, amazing prices and I can not say enough about how friendly and helpful all staff I encounter are.

I was looking for a specific whisky that was listed as being in stock on the web site, so was disappointed when it was not available in the store. Basically, the web site was not quite up to date, and was corrected soon after. Its understandable, but needs improvement, and I dont know who is responsible for keeping the web site up to date - the individual store or corporate. Ive gotten accustomed to accurate click-and-mortar shopping. Next time Im ready to buy something that shows low inventory, Ill call first and ask them to hold the product at customer service. Ive changed my rating from 3 to 4 stars because of the fast response from corporate to my moderate rating.

A big store with too many bottles and cans but poorly organized, specially the beer section. Even people who were working there could not locate the beers that I was looking for. After a good 45 min desperate searching, I decided to get something else than I originally planned. I thought, maybe, it was a good time to tell the manager about my experience not finding the items that I was looking for. A big mistake! I asked the manager (a lady) whether the beers could be arranged in a more customer friendly manner by arranging them by their types? Well, that did not sit very well with her and she became pretty defensive about her grand store. She gave me excuses why things should not be changed at all because nobody has complained before. I was the only customer complaining about the issue? Cash register clerk also agreed with her and told me that I was the only person to complain about this non issue as if this clerk knew about all complaints? This place has everything you could possibly want when it comes to alcohol. I did need help when I was there though and noone offered their assistance. I eventually found what I was looking for. This shop needs to open more locations especially in the Merrimack Valley.

Quality work once again from total wines. If it’s not the horrible customer service it’s the lack of capability. Didn’t notice the security tag was still on bottle til I got home. Good to know these don’t set of alarms or anything seeing as this employee CHRIS (53941) failed to remove the sensor.

Beyond excellent selection. I went here looking for a Lagavulin 16 and was blown away by how many single malts they carried. It mustve been s thirty door aisle of just scotch. After this I walked around the store and saw that they carried an equally impressive array of other spirits. Oh did I mention how pleasant the staff were. Bonus points for not being pretentious as Is far too often the case with specialty wine shops. All in all I would highly highly recommend this store if youre looking for a specialty wine or spirit.My only regret... I didnt take more pictures to share in this review. Do note the picture only reflects half of the scotch aisle.

Wow very strange, got a notification saying I gave this Total wine & more a 3-star?! Not sure how. Maybe swiping away the pushy google how was your expirence notification. But now I am going to fix the rating to an appropriate 5 - star experience!Honestly, I always take instacart orders to this store because the employees are always more than happy to help me find everything I need quickly and efficiently! The aisles are large, clearly labeled, organized, clean, and staff is always readily accessible if youre feeling a bit lost.

The super stop and shop of alcohol. A little hard to find help. But once there, both associates provided great service.Selection, layout, and signage is better than anyplace Ive shopped. Analysis paralysis can be a problem here.

We spoke with a manager about something we were looking for, and his mask kept falling off his nose because he wasnt wearing it right. While this was happening, the two masks that an employee at the customer service counter was wearing kept slipping below her nose, and she rubbed her bare nose with her hands and proceeded to walk around the store. They have all these big signs in the windows about keeping the community safe but they dont even bother to wear masks properly here. With the numbers so high and these highly infectious mutations spreading, it was alarming to be in this store and I wont be going there again anytime soon. An excellent selection of Whisky. An amazing gentleman from France, I unfortunately forgot his name, helped me pick a fantastic bottle of Scotch. He also recommended a superb bottle of Japanese whisky which was sadly opened and finished that day.

This place is heaven for alcohol and wine and it was a sort of cramped place with all the stuff they had but now with their recent expansion the place is bigger and more spacious. The aisles are loaded with pretty much every single type of wine, beer, alcohol you could think of including cold selections, cigars and even all sorts of food items. They have the latest and greatest selections and I make it a point to stop in here to find hard to find booze! Prices are decent and the staff is friendly and they get you in and out fast. Love this place.

This is the second time an employee here has been rude to me, this time I talked to the manager.The employee named Rick, has no idea of personal space as well as the way he talks to people, completely rude and disrespectful.Everyone else has been professional and helpful, but this person, needs to learn how to treat customers.

Rude beyond rude.... after spending a couple of hundred on wine I left humiliated... I took a photo of the Cocktail Keurig machine to send to my daughter in college and the whole time the guy in that department kept shaking his head in disapproval as if I was doing something completely unheard of and wrong... then when I went up to pay I started to lie the tall bottles on their side worried that the bottle might fall on the belt and the manager ringing me up scolded me and barked at me to stand them up... so so rude! I’m done with this store honestly ... A guy rolled past me with some kind of cart with boxes never said excuse me never sad thanks when I moved out of his way near the champagnes ... he just rudely sighed really loud... Giles right up the street has such happy pleasant KNOWLEDGEABLE people working there! This chain store NEVER AGAIN

Terrible customer service. I called ahead to check inventory of a single malt scotch explaining that I wanted to buy 5 bottles. The employee told me they had 9 bottles in stock and there was no limit on purchases of the product. I went in the following day to buy the bottles (gifts for a bachelor party) and the manager walked over while I was loading the cart and told me he could only sell me one. I explained that I had talked to the store the previous day and was told there was no limit and he said I can only sell you one BUD. I ended up buying nothing... $800+ dollar sale and he couldnt care less.

Don’t believe the web site. These folks are not up to the task of curbside or home delivery. Three different orders and reorders were cancelled by them in the past 24 h, one well after the delivery window passed and I called to find out what was up. A second was cancelled right at the start of the delivery window. Curbside pickup was also cancelled.

I love this store. Such a wide selection, you sometimes need help finding what youre looking for. Some associates seem happy to help, others seem annoyed. The cashier I had today was excellent.
