I never write reviews but felt that my service in Burlington warranted a review. I had my car detailed inside and out and they did a spectacular job. My car looked new inside and out. It was a rainy day and they kept the car in the bay until I got there to see what a nice job they did. This was the best detail job I have ever received and it is well worth your money. You wont have your car all day but it is well worth it. I appreciate the time, effort and attention to detail that was given to my car.

I rarely write reviews for things, but I felt that this was one I had to write, i couldn’t be happier with the amount of effort that was put in to make sure that I drove away that day with a beautiful new audio system for a reasonable price, and I would have waited a ton of time and money had I not gone to the pros to set it all up to make it possible to start building a system, and if I ever have a problem with any of my equipment, they also made sure that I was insured for it for a smokin deal, thanks car toys in Burlington, you deserve this 5 star rating and detailed review!!

Thanks Burlington car toys for installing my remote start. Now I can stay cool for the rest of the summer as I get into my air-conditioned car. It took less time then expected and super nice staff treated me very well. The car toy store in Burlington, Washington is where I go. You can buy products anywhere. But it’s hard to find people who really care about helping you in a friendly and professional way. That’s why I go there. Matt and Mike are fabulous.

Installed a handful of items into my Skyline r32, absolutely pleased with the communication, they had my car over the weekend and the technician Anthony called me every couple of hours to update me on the progress of the installations. Definitely would recommend.

I had a problem installing an ignition signal wire and I called them for advice and was told to not worry about it and just drop by for a quick installation. Minutes later I was back home with a professional install. Mike was a real Saint, all of the crew were helpful and kind.

Got a whole new sound system and receiver installed in my Volkswagen. Everyone was awesome and super helpful! They did a fantastic job and were accommodating since it took some time to do and they communicated with us during the entire process. Incredibly happy with the experience at CT Burlington.

Had sale going on but no stock to back it up. Ended up getting a good stereo with free install.

This is car toys work !#1 I stalled wrong deck .#2 Installed wrong rear speakers .#3 broke rear door lock rear passenger door#4 broke rear window switch#5 left rear door speakers work intermediate ( Sometimes)#6 said install would take 2 hoursIt took 7 hours .#8 Told me when I arrived for my appointment that the shop manager needed to go over cost even though I paid half up front for equipment.#9 was told the bill was 1200. more that double than half still on account 1200 - for no extra work performed .#10, the extra bill had no work order or receipt which was 700 more ..than the original bill ! Which I paid half of 500 down.#11 they claimed they did work that was not even permitted. Or and the put the other I ( The ) stereo even did the work# 12 the they handed meBill from a woman that Iives in a different county for 700 at end of the night 9 hrs which should had been 480.00.#13 ran a ground wire instead of hot wire major risk of fire#14 was ask to bring car down t r ucm so the could fix lev..# there is about 15 more issues I will add those later ..# FYI told me to sue him small claims ends at a 1000 this will be superior court

The gentlemen that I talk to were nice.My sons friend was having some work done.

Tried to upsell me and when that didnt work they refused to return my calls. When I was ready to purchase what I wanted they no longer had all the items and said they would order from another store, tried to upsale again to double the price. They still wouldnt return my calls after ordering from another location, so I decided to go to the other store myself. Not likely to return.

Install done same day, now that’s awesome.

I went there to get a quote on a sound system and the lady Krista was very understanding whats my finances and was able to help me purchase a sound system and they lighting kit installation for the car. Front speaker was not working in my Audi. Come to find out that only half were working in the car. Mike the technician was able to quickly troubleshoot and suggest a solution. Replaced front and rear speakers and now I am back in business. Big thanks!

Brought my wifes car in to surprise her with remote start. Was given quite a few options and surprisingly was able to get it done same day. While her car was getting work done I was given the option to add window tint and detailing also same day. Spent less on headlight restoration then it would have been to get new headlights.

Went in initially to ask some questions about a stereo install, came back today (06-16-2020), got the installation done. Very helpful, answered my questions, offered genuine suggestions. Did not feel pressured or like they were trying to upsell me on more expensive stuff. Very VERY happy with the staff at this location and will recommend and use in the future!

This was my first time ever going to cartoys and yes they were busy but they acknowledged me and said theyd be with me in a few. I had no idea what I wanted or could do and they pulled everything up and even showed me that my new radio could look like. I like it and thank you to the staff who showed me my options and how to operate it after.

They got my car in the 1st day they reopened and fixed it quickly. It was a connector that worked itself loose. I overreacted to the clicking it sounded like it shorted out and stopped working. The people have always been great and still are.

While they were accurate with their estimated time of doing the job I dont think they were very detail oriented. There was several little things that my husband had to tell them to fix as in putting all the things to the door back together. And they just left the old speakers on the floor in the back and trunk... i dont think Im asking too much for them to get rid of the old blown speakers especially when I paid over $900 for this job. And with the exception of Jeff who was very friendly all the other employees were very unfriendly and acted as if they didnt want to be there. And we were such a problem. All of us mind you had our face masks on and my kids were very well behaved. I probably wont be back nor will I recommend to family or friends.

The people here really do care about their customers. It shows in how they always go the extra mile if needed. If you need a service they provide you should definitely stop in and see what they can do for you!

My wife got me a radio and Install for Christmas. I went in today expecting a week or more out for appointments. The pulled my truck right in and got it done a couple hours later. Great customer service and even though busy they were all still friendly. Gave me a demo and connected my phone.

Had an interior detail done here. Ive never been so disappointed. Paid for professional service and received something that looked like a teenager wiped it down in a hurry. Definitely do not recommend them for detailing services

Tonight of all nights yall were perfect. Great awareness not to allow what usually does when I walk into a specialty retail outlet such as yours and stack the box and bring a full on blitz when someone walks through the door. Its the holiday season and your staff was patient, didnt ramble off a canned sales pitch on the product that was the spif of the week. I asked very specific questions and my sales person (Im sorry I didnt get your name) stayed on topic and answered me directly and to the point. You did good. Great job!

I took my boat over to these guys to have a simple stereo installation done. I was only spending $300 but the way these guys acted, you would have thought I was spending $3000! Great service. They have helped my dad numerous times with his vehicles. They have done a great job over the years taking care of my vehicles to.

I purchased a stereo on Black Friday, they broke my clutch switch, but tried to say my battery was the problem why my truck could not start. So they tried to sell me a battery. The stereo still does not work properly. Fortunately car toys still has some decent people working for them. Austin from the Issaquah store with help from the corporate office fully refunded the defective stereo including the labor charge.

Is what it is. Becoming the Walmart of car audio places. The where friends vibe is drifting away rapidly. And prices seem very high lately.

I came in here over the weekend with my dad. Someone came out and listened to my speakers and adjusted some stuff on my radio. I didnt even get my stuff installed and they took their time to help. She explained the noise I was hearing was a blown speaker. I asked what my options were. We listened to probably 16 speakers and she didnt push on the expensive ones. Bringing my car back after work to get installed!!!

I’m constantly at the Burlington store and the staff there are always so helpful and friendly and thanks to the Assistant Store Manager Krista she helped me pick out my head unit for my truck, she’s very helpful, courteous, very intelligent on the products that they sell there, couldn’t ask for a more better Assistant Store Manager than her, and there car audio install guy Luke is also very helpful, friendly, and damn genius more like a car audio god when it comes to basic install, and his custom fabricated install is amazing that I’ll only have him work on my truck and if he’s not there I’ll wait for a day that he is there.

I came to the store today walked in and no one helped me.or even talked to me. Just saying at least greet the customer and say Ill be with you shortly I was looking to buy a stereo system for my cars but I guess not at this store. Big gold Cadillac

I was in on Sunday with my daughter. She just got her first car. We had purchased a stereo from Best Buy and felt bad she had to wait. So we took our chance. We were surprised they got us on the books for that day install!!! We added speakers and she absolutely loves her car and I love that she is hands free. She asked for a quote on more upgrades down the road and without being pushy they broke it all down and give her ideas and prices. Thank you car toys. You made my family happy!

Worst experience I have ever had with a company! My husband went in to get new speakers for his car and from the start the sales person was trying to upsell him a specific items that made the total end of being over 2400. When we told them it was too high, we were able to find other replacement parts that worked for what my husband needed but wasnt that fancy. The next morning, we got a call saying the parts that shouldve worked didnt but when they put the more expensive, they conveniently worked like magic. Shady move cartoys!Also when it was about time to go get the car, we get a call saying they were being shut down and instead of calling us to see if we could do payment over the phone or try to rush and get to their location to pay, they uninstalled everything. When they uninstalled everything, they left wires all over the place hanging out of my husbands dash and was so sloppy. This whole experience was so shady and so sketch and it wasnt until after we argued about the price they uninstall everything and choose not to save the deal.

The window tinter at this location is the best I’ve seen. He definitely knows what he is doing; he is amazing!

Husband and I went in and wanted to get bluetooth in our family rig. We found out they could add a drop down DVD player for our kids! Family trips are going to be good :)

Get new employees. What a wretched experience, we will NEVER use the Burlington WA Car Toys again. We have been loyal customers but after this experience we will never go back. We brought my 2004 truck in for a backup camera and audio upgrade. I scheduled a drop-off for the next day but paid for everything in advace ($1350). When we dropped it off on Saturday the front staff told me one of their techs had called in sick so I said they could take their time with it. When I picked it up Sunday morning I tried to make a call and the audio didnt work so I had to drive it back to Car Toys. They proceeded to leisurely take their time in replacing the microphone. The tech said the previous day had been at 110 miles per hour and admitted he didnt check the truck like he should have. When I was driving home I notice that the controls for my steering wheel were working improperly, they were changing different things than what they should have. SOOOO I went back again. They kept the truck for the day and then called to say they dont know why this happened or how to fix it, OH WELL. Really? When I am driving it home this time NONE of the steering wheel controls work (not cruise control or anything), they disconnected EVERYTHING. So on a snowy Tuesday my husband had to take time off of work to go back to Car Toys to have 3 more techs look at it. They dont know what is wrong and they will not offer us any compensation or refund for their total failure at quality installation. So now I have a truck whos radio steering wheel controls do not work properly, I was told by the manager at Car Toys I can take it to our Ford dealership, maybe they can fix it. Worst service ever. They openly admitted they messed up the truck controls and cant fix it but did nothing for the customer who is very clearly unsatisfied. FIRE THEM ALL.

Recently, I visited your Burlington store to purchase a stereo for a Christmas Gift. A young man was trying to help me and he struggled to complete the transaction. One of your staff, Krista, stepped in with him and helped complete the sale. The young man then told me that the stereo was not actually in stock. Krista, again, helped him find one at another store and coached him on how to have it transferred to your store in time for the holidays. I didnt receive a call on the day the stereo was said to arrive so I called the following day. Again, it was Krista who answered the phone and facilitated the product getting to me on time.In an era where almost anything can be bought online, it is the excellent customer service that Krista provided that keeps customers coming to the brick and mortar stores. I want to express my appreciation for her and also my admiration for the way she helped out her coworker so willingly.

These guys were awesome. They installed my stereo, amp, sub woofers, and ran all the wires. Very professional job. You couldnt even see a difference, but damn could you hear one. I know its been a while, but I thought Id throw you a shout out. The system is still going strong. Thanks guys.

I bought my stereo, amplifier, subwoofer, wiring kit and harness through them and the amp I got was faulty, and I had purchased the 4 year warranty and since I did not have them install it for me, I got terrible service with returning the amp and getting a new one, they kept telling me it was my fault and that I had messed up the amp because I didn’t install it properly, my cousin who looked at it for me and helped me install mine and he has done it since he had his first car when he was 16 years old. And has never had a problem. I will never go here again and if your planning on buying equipment and not having car toys install it for you, I would highly suggest amazon or mobile music.

Ordered parts for a stereo and steering wheel controls kit from best buy and got the wrong parts. Car toys made sure I got the right parts and my tacoma sounds way better. Appointment was easy to set up and was fast. Guys were helpful.

Got the radio in my wifes car replaced. Price was fair and it is a clean install. A bit of a wait, but you would expect that with a shop as skilled as this.

Did a great job tuning my system in my jeep. Would highly recommend going hereUpdate, I went back there about 9 months later and had my new amps tuned and didnt really like how they sounded. Guess it just depends who does it. Ended up going to the everett store and they were able to get it set up.
