I came into the store with what I thought was the best plan but the workers theretested my cars audio and then determined a different route would be better for my situation, and they were right I got exactly what I wanted, and even when I came back with a problem some time later they fixed it for free and got me back on the road quickly!

New location is way nicer than that garage they had on College Way.Our backup Camera stopped working that they installed a little over a year ago.Manager says No sir NO CHARGE, we stand behind our work!Thats how Great Old Fashioned Coustomer works.ONLY PROBLEM, cant give them 6 Stars.

Great place, far better prices than any of the competitors, staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Install on my new system was decent on time... Only complaint would be having some sort of refreshments for customers who wait for their installations.. But they just moved into the location I was at, so Im sure that will be coming soon... Definently recommend them.

Sebastian was knowledgeable regarding the the various products about which I inquired. Too, he affirmed that the deal Id struck with Matt, the previous employee with whom Id spoken, would be honored, and though the item was not presently in stock (being much sought-after), when the current re-order was delivered, my name would be on one, I would be informed, and it would be held for installation, even though it might be some time before I could return. Thats service! And it was service provided cheerfully, in a friendly manner, and professionally.Luke, the technician, had ample opportunity to fudge on a diagnosis and sell me on that which I didnt need. Instead, he was scrupulously honest, explaining exactly what was wrong, how hed identified the problem, and saved me what might elk have otherwise been an unnecessary expenditure of hundreds of dollars.People are what make or break a business. How employees treat customers, the two most valuable assets to a company, are the key to success or failure. In chronological order, Matt, Sebastian, and Luke are the reasons Ill be returning again and again to Mobile Music Unlimited for improvements to my vehicles, and not solely for audio products.

Stoped in to scope it out and have to say that the store manager really knows his stuff. We discussed a lot of topics regarding Car Audio and this company definitely knows their way around the installation Bay and does good quality work. Some stores that sell car audio have no idea what theyre selling and how to integrate with the cars of today good job guys keep up the good work.

Cool place but overpriced

Horrible service. Overcharged by almost 100 of what I was quoted. Got my car back and they didnt even bother to check everything was working. Climate control didnt work so was out of a vehicle for 2 days and couldnt even do a partial refund. 2020 camry. Will never go back.

Was greeted when you came in the door and asks what I was looking for and customer service was great and the person I spoke to was knowledgeable of the products I was looking for and was able to answer my questions to be able to help me decide what would be best for my car. They were able to install my stereo system the same day and they did a great job. Will definitely be coming again if I have any problems.

I have been a customer of Mobile Music for over a decade. Its the only place I go. They have a really great wide range of audio that meets every budget. Extra bonus....the staff is phenomenal. I even have my mom on the Mobile Music band wagon. I have had 2 speaker systems and audio, car alarms with auto start and a back up sensor installed on my moms Toyota. Ive seen sloppy work before, and it isnt an issue with this place. One of the things I really appreciate about Mobile Music is that, before they performed any changes to the interior of my car, they explain what they want to do and why and showed me. In this day, its difficult to find a business I can trust. Because of this, Mobile Music will have my loyalty.

Remote start great job

Great customer service, walked in with a question about radio wiring didnt even buy anything and got a great answer would go back if I need any parts or service in the future.

Mobile Music has done three installs for me in the last five or so years, the most recent being some speakers a couple weeks ago. Each time I come to them, I get timely, quality, GENUINE service from the staff. I will always go to them for my car accessory needs, and I continue to recommend them to friends.

I have worked with Mobile Music in Burlington Washington for years and have had many stereos, lights and tint done with great satisfaction! These guys represent small business at its best providing the best products and most professional installation I have experianced! I dont go anywhere else for any of my vehicles after market needs.

Great service. I bought an Excursion with auto start that wasnt working. They fixed it right up. Then I wanted backup sensors for our E350 van. Instead of selling me something that wouldnt work they recomended against it. Saved $500. Customer service. I will go back.

I purchased a security unit in Mt.Vernon WA . Within two weeks it was locking me out of the car while it was running. Later I was driving down the road the auto door locks were locking and unlocking on their own. I stopped by the shop and had Mobil music employees look at it. I was told it was the door lock on the car that was broke. I then took it to a master mechanic to fix the door lock .He looked at it and said the computer board was zip tied so tight it cracked. The wire ties were the cheapest ones available, and not used by most dealers. The anti carjacking Part of the alarm has been disconnected . I still hear the alarm switches clicking when traveling on rough roads but the locks have stopped going up and down. The mobile music employees didnt seem to be too interested in fixing the problem,and I am not sure that I want them working on my car any more. I sure didnt get much for the 300.00 + dollars spent.

My Viper remote wasnt working very well and the remote start wasnt working either. I stopped in with no appointment and the Store Manager, Matthew, knew immediately that a new key fob would probably fix the problem, he knew exactly which one I needed AND they had it in stock. He quickly re-programmed it to my vehicle. The remote start still would not work so I scheduled a diagnostic appointment a week later. At that appointment, their experienced technician (19 years in this line of work) found the problem, replaced the bad part and my remote start is back!Very efficient, friendly, helpful people!

Matt worked on the stereo and lighting on my 4Runner and it has never sounded better. I had an existing stereo done by a friend a long time ago and the wiring started cutting out so Matt made sure that everything was placed properly and Ive never had a problem since. He also took the time to work with my budget and find components that would compliment each other. It sounds amazing. In addition, I wanted to replace the factory foglights which had since broken and he surprised me with a lightbar instead. Driving down dark road will never be the same! Thanks Matt!
