I was very pleased with the service at this establishment. Angela was my sales person. Angela showed professionalism, patience and she was very accommodating.I had originally wanted the Celebrate The Day fruit arrangement with the chocolate apple slices for my grandsons birthday. After checking, this arrangement was not available. Angela quickly suggested another fruit arrangement that was similar to the one I wanted but it did not have the chocolate apple slices. Angela said that she would put the chocolate apple slices in for me and the price would remain the same. I had also wanted the same day delivery service and I was just under the wire for this service but again Angela was very accommodating and made the arrangement to have it delivered to my grandsons. I was ecstatic. What made this even better the fruit basket was delivered in a timely manner and my grandsons said he loved it.Thank you Angela for your professionalism, patience and service. You made our day.

Very nice and punctual employees! I put an order in around 10 am and it was finished by the 1 pm time I specified for pickup. This is a nice location and I’ll definitely be back soon to order more.

First time I ever visited the Burlington, NC location. I visit Burlington once a month or every other month and didnt realize that they had an Edible Arrangements. So I was super excited to try. The young lady Tiffani that waited on me was extremely nice and helpful. I told her exactly what I wanted, she fixed my box and even signed me up for the rewards program!I have tried 1-800-flowers and Sharis berries and never had good experiences with their fruit. Edible Arrangements is BY FAR the BEST quality I have ever tried. The chocolate is amazing and has the best flavor and the fruit was ripe and firm and not mushy! Excellent job! I will FOREVER be a customer and buy from every time I visit NC!Only suggestion would be to have more than one person working. I had to wait about 20 min before I could get waited on because she was on the phone taking an order. Need at least 2 people working.

Arrangement was beautiful and the lady who waited on me was wonderful. She even helped me back to my car with my purchase because I use a cane to walk.

I will never place another online order with them again. Placed my order first thing that morning then called the store and was told items would be delivered by four o’clock. Called several times to make sure and guess what??? Still waiting for it to be delivered. Wasted almost 100$ on nothing!!!! Never again!!!

Very easy online ordering process with many good choices at different price levels. Pickup was quick and easy with very helpful customer service staff. I think its a bit pricey for general gift giving, but for special occasions it is certainly a good idea and worth spending a little extra.

Gross is putting it nice. Theyre chocolate dipped berries look delicious, but oh will you be surprised when you take a bite. Let me put it this way they use gross berries dip them in chocolate and pass them off as gourmet food.

I ordered an arrangement for Valentine’s Day this year for my husband. They gave me a delivery window that was from 9 AM all the way to 7 PM and I had to wait home for the delivery all day. I called there to see when it would be ready to be delivered (at 3 PM), because we wanted to go out to dinner tonight, and the girl answering the phone said that it was not her responsibility to find out when things are going to be delivered or call clients back, her name was Tiffany. I was hung up on twice, After having a lengthy hold on the phone. I will never order from this establishment ever again, as it is by far, the worst edible arrangements I’ve ever done business with. So disappointing!

Ordered thru the burlington location several times in the past, service keeps getting worse. First one was awesome, huge strawberries and everything was great, next time tiny strawberries and no pineapple, when I asked them about the size they told me it is just a chance you get huge or small. Then I tried to order for valentines day and they couldnt tell me what size they had in stock. That I had to order then be surprised with it when I got it. I am not going to order overpriced chocolate strawberries if its the same size or smaller than you get at the store. I could make DOZENS for the same price as they charge.

We ordered the fruit platter for our office for employee appreciation day and it was a hit. The fruit was fresh and tasted great and the size was perfect for 10 of us. Ill order again for sure!

I ordered online for a delivery in another state. Worried that it wont arrive in time or be good were really put aside. Everything showed up on time and fresh. Kudos to the Burlington NC store. You guys rock!!!!!

Only giving one star because I have to! I ordered a arrangement for my fiancée on Valentine’s Day only for it not to get delivered! I tried to call the store to follow up with the delivery at least 3 times only to get no answers and was left empty handed! Literally!!! Don’t end up like me and let’s these guys let you down on a very special day for your loved ones!!

If you want to order from somewhere that is decently priced and of great quality, this is the place to go. I placed an order for same-day delivery for my husbands birthday and it arrived within a few hours. My husband said it was really fresh fruit and it was of great quality. I will definitely be going back to this place and ordering from them in the future.

I received an arrangement for my birthday. The strawberries were not of the best quality. Most of the strawberries had soft mushy spots on them. However I did enjoy the chocolate coated apples. The mug that the arrangement came in was nice.

Products are great need more than one person up front when there are more than three people in the store.

Ordered chocolate strawberries for my husband on valentines, was promised a ready time of 4:00 called at 3:30 and they said it would be ready at the finished time. I had to go to golf practice and returned at 5:45 to find nothing but a PACKED store and dumb employees with no answers!! And NO strawberries still! Waited 20 mins and missed my dinner reservation and still NO strawberries! Finally demanded a refund, they tried to give me a balloon to “make things better”. I laughed! A $1.00 balloon does NOT MAKE IT BETTER! I went home empty handed and no dinner! Worst valentines ever!! They can’t handle the valentines holiday don’t make the mistake! I would give it a negative star if I could!
