I went there with my wife to find a particular shoe. What she wanted was not available in her size, and the store manager was very helpful in finding a suitable alternative that was in stock in her size. Cant beat that for friendly and responsive service!

I called to get a status on my application and the manager was so rude when she got on the phone and her mouth was beyond smart it made me not even wanna work there, I’m glad I caught that before It went any further respect should be given to teenagers trying to apply. Mind you I’m only 16 so I’m looking for something flexible where I can do after school, Definitely do not recommend applying here💯.

Man these 2 guys that work here I wish I could remember there names! They were def knowledgeable about the Chucks I was asking about. I found out they only made leaf green in adult and junior size not in kids or toddler. That color is a special color for Journeys! By the way the best color for chucks! I definitely enjoyed this store, they were very helpful in my shoe buying experience especially for a mall that doesnt have much. Thanks guys!

Awesome selection and great service! What an awesome little secret sweet spot for great deals on fun name brand shoes, clothing, and accessories. Unfortunately, they are nestled inside a dying mall.

Good store for off the wall things

Me and my friends went in there a couple of weeks ago just casual having fun talking about the shoes and theres this 1 black guy( it was 2 black guys and 1 white girl working at the time) where as soon as we walk in hes just staring us down and giving us a mean look and he continued to stare us down the whole time we were there we left after feeling unwelcomed but as a joke we went back and looked at the display case outside the store and we left only to where they couldnt see us and the other black guy comes and checks to see if we stole any of the shoes me and my friends are black felt like we were getting racially profiled just for being in there talking and looking at the shoes like a normal customer never going back there again
