Fresh, hot, and delicious coffee is served here! They also have a plethora of lattes as well as flavored syrup to add to your coffee. They have bagels, muffins, and huge chocolate chip cookies. It looks like they get the cookies from somewhere but they taste extremely fresh. My son got one and it was incredibly soft! I ordered plain black coffee and it was brewed fresh! Highly recommended!

My husband has been a fan of that other coffee place since the 70s. Biggbys is the best we have found. Staff is wonderful. Menu is varied and exciting. Atmosphere is cordial and inviting. We highly recommend this shop.

Great coffee. Never too busy, but they should be. Starbucks always had 20min plus drive-thru lines. Biggby should be the one with that many people in line.

I had a overall positive experience. I am a big fan of Biggby Coffee from Ohio. I dont know the names of staff but theres a boy and a girl who welcomed me well. Good price and great taste. Clean area inside and out.

I just waited 30 minutes for this coffee, (behind only 3 other cars). The girl took my payment, and I sat 5 additional minutes at the window waiting for the two coffee drinks. She opened the window twice after I paid to see what I needed, and both times she apologized and said, “Oh yeah, you’re still waiting for your drinks.” After 35 minutes of waiting, she gave me the two drinks, and mine was not what I ordered, and I asked for no whipped cream. I thanked the girl and took the drink because I know what people are going through right now in this world, and how kindness and patience should be at the heart of everything we do; however, had they not offered BOGO through a coupon today, and the fact that I had a gift card, I would’ve not been there, and I will not be going back. I will always choose local places like Salvation Coffee or Converge for not only their quality and speed of service, but their prices beat this place as well. Again, this was my first time due to having a gift card, but I would not spend money there for anything. I am not trying to insult, but one would think with the wait time, that they could at least get the order right with only 4 cars in line. Thanks though, the coffee was pretty good!

Prices are not bad. Great customer service and the drinks were outstanding. The names of the drinks were cute like the teddy bear, that was delicious.

Hands down the most delicious coffee I have ever had!! Starbucks is bitter and will make me feeling sick on my stomach or leave a bad taste in my mouth. This stuff was incredibly smooth. So delicious and no bad aftertaste or crummy tummy afterward! Really just an amazing cup of coffee.

I have been in here over 50 times since they opened. I am not a coffee drinker myself but I could drink this if I was cold. Two other coffees in my life only to warm up and they were not drinkable. My wife, mother, and all my friends love the coffee. Not a coffee drinker, who cares as there are so many other options. It is nice to walk in the door and here the employees say,Hey Art, how are you doing? Order it low cal. tastes the same😍👍👍👍👍👍👍

I was so excited to try biggby! I just paid $13 for two drinks, one being a frozen coffee drink that was way too sweet. I went in to see if something could just be added to it to make it less sweet, or to be remade. Unfortunately, I was just told to order something else next time - with a $1 off coupon. Thanks anyway, but I will not be back. I’ll stick to the other coffee shops in Burlington that have excellent customer service!

I recently discoverd Biggby. I now drive out of my way several minutes to get my coffee here rather than the big chain. Good coffee, quick service and friendly baristas.

The drive thru was my first experience, I could barely fit and ran across the curb to miss the cone dividers they have up (I have a longer station wagon). The person who answered the speaker was rude with their first words being “we will get to you” but it was muffled so badly I could hardly hear them.I ordered a drink called the Desert Paradise in a 20oz frozen. The person who came to the window to take my money never said a word to me. Then I waited 15 on a 2 drink order. They appeared to have plenty of staff. Honestly the drink is good. Better than I expected! However I will continue to get my frozen coffee beverages elsewhere.

Was just ok. Excited to try one of their featured flavors other than the sprinkles on the whipped cream, tasted pretty plain. My dog enjoyed his pup cup :)

My husband and I drove from Durham to Burlington to visit Biggby Coffee! We were delighted! Delicious baked goods and a fabulous mocha chiller coffee! Also, because I have a bad back, comfortable seating! We hung out for 2 hours! Well be back!

I have nothing but good to say about this store. The whole staff is so welcoming and really takes the time to ensure youre finding a perfect drink for YOU. Whenever i walk in i instantly get greeted. I havent had a bad drink! Not only is the staff awesome but the owners and manager really take the time to get to know you, which i love. They dont hide out in the back and Ive noticed their always there! All around such a great place to at least try out. I highly recommend.

Ive never had any issues. Theyve always gotten my order right, were plenty fast and friendly. Plus the line is usually shorter than Starbucks and the quality is just as good if not better on some items.

My fiance and I always go out of our way to come here. The coffee and flavors exceed our expectations always. And even the better the owners and the workers know us by VOICE over the drive thru window. Cant ask for a better place.

This place has very tasty drinks and breakfast and brunch type food options. They have some unique drinks as well as some popular secret menu favorites. The food is a bit overpriced ($4.79) for a single bagel but the drinks as well as the service is top notch. Restaurant is very clean and nicely decorated. There is also a drive through window for more convenient service.

My wife and I are originally from Ohio and there is one that is 5 minutes away from our home town. The coffee there is great! We live in Goldsboro, NC which is 2 hrs away but have made the trip with friends multiple times. Hopefully one gets opened up closer to us soon!!

Horrible customer service by the owner herself. I sign up for their rewards program app/email service (upon their recommendation) and receive a “free birthday drink” email. Upon coming in to redeem my free birthday drink, they scan my rewards card on the app as well as my physical rewards card. They claim they don’t see a free birthday drink and that the email is from corporate and “there is nothing they can do”. I explain how this appears to be false advertisement because I wouldn’t have come in and ordered the largest size drink, if I had known I wasn’t going to be able to redeem the free drink reward. They blame corporate and say that they don’t send the emails, even though I only use their location and only receive the emails from corporate because of their recommendation. They state they had another issue with free birthday drinks that same day. Instead of simply overriding the price and offering me my drink, in order to keep a customer, I drive away empty handed and will not be back.

Way better than Starbucks and even nicer people! Plus they show the car community some love. Check em out!

Pleasant, engaged service... Great coffee

Coffe was tasty got the caramel iced latte with coconut milk and also order a bagel with sausage egg and cheese which was alright .. I was unaware that they put cream cheese on the bagel since it doesn’t specify that on their menu so I couldnt eat it I didn’t like the taste of cream cheese with my sausage and cheddar cheese (I think it was cheddar) I also had asked for my bagel to be toasted which it wasn’t it was warmed up but not toasted at all .. I might give it another try and ask for my bagel to be toasted well

The owners were there and they were very nice and attentive to me and the staff was great. The coffee was good and I liked that the sizes were all quite large. There were many options that all seemed good. Overall, the customer service was excellent and the coffee was comparable to Starbucks and pricing was slightly better for what you get.

My kids like the smoothies they are a bit pricey but okay. The owner is rude and doesnt know how to work a register. Im not sure how long they will stay in business with the way she treats people. I think she forgets that the ones buying are the ones keeping her business open. I only came here because I was gifted with a card. Starbucks is less costly and have better attitudes definitely sticking to that.

Tried Biggby for the first time today and it is phenomenal. Family owned and my drink was so much better than Starbucks.

Love going to Biggby! They have been really friendly even during the hectic times. The frozen drinks have been great. And they have the color changing cups which my kids love!

Our new favorite place! Coffee is better than the big national chain everybody knows and the building is much cleaner. The people are so nice and welcoming.

I am rating a 2 instead of a 1 because I do enjoy the breakfast however it’s inconsistent with cold egg or warm egg and cold bagel. But yesterday I ordered a “tall hazelnut latte with ice” I never get warm drinks in the morning. And I got to the register, they handed me a hot version and I said, I’m sorry I asked for ice. They then came back with who I suppose was the manager who then argued with me 3 times asking if I was SURE I said iced and explained they would have to dump it or just add ice to the hot drink and would NOT make me what I actually ordered. That is TERRIBLE customer service.

This used to be my go to coffee place and I usually go through the drive through, but today the line was long so I opted to go inside instead. There werent any other people in there when I ordered. I ordwrwd 2 drinks and 2 bagel sandwiches. I waited about 45 minutes for them to finish my order and was appalled at what goes on inside.3 customers behind me got their orders and left while I was still waiting for mine. I understand it was a busy day, but they forgot about making the bagels in my order and 2 staff members proceeded to argue with each other for 10 more minutes while I politely explained multiple times what my order was. Whoever was making the food items had no idea what they were doing, would not listen to anyone about what the correct order was, and another staff member kept trying to show him the orders, but he insisted they were taken wrong (they werent). One even blurted out the f word. Very unprofessional and extremely unorganized.After seeing how they run inside, I dont think I will be back.

The staff was super friendly and the butter bear coffee I got was delightful!! I like the layout of the store, and one of the owners personally cleaned off the seats so wed feel comfortable sitting in as we move into Phase 2.

We came here to see if our friend was working and had never tried it before. It was great! Just as good or better than Starbucks! Personal service and they cared. We had egg and cheese bagel (delish), raspberry/other fruit smoothie, (I cant remember full name), and my daughter had a chocolate chip mocha drink. Oh my goodness, major delish! You can tell Im terrible with product names, but go by there! You wont be sorry!

They have gotten our drinks wrong twice now.. The drinks that we have received on other visits have been very bitter. Thought we would change it up, but I sadly do not recommend this coffee shop. I’ve also noticed that they will take their Biggsby Corvette and park it in competitors parking lots to draw business..not cool. We will stick with our normal shop!

I went in and suggested they choose my drink, normally i say no to chocolate in my coffee it was awesome not overly sweet. I suggest frozen coffee over ice coffee it was not watered down. Definitely going again.

I’m not happy with my experience!! I ordered something called a Teddy bear ? And it actually tasted terrible ! I have never in my life gone to a coffee shop and spent $6 on something I wanted to throw away on the first sip! It was supposed to be iced yet there was like 5 Ice cubes! The white mocha was not mixed in properly then the wait for the drinks were like 15 minutes! I am never spending my hard earned money at this establishment again! I hope they hire some more hospitable workers too! For what it’s worth my friend liked her drink .

I had a cup of cappuccino and a bagel, and I dont know if it because of the pandemic or what, but the was no side items out, like sugar, cinnamon, stir sticks, napkins. The service was excruciatingly slow. The cappuccino was just ok, as was the bagel, but the wait was off putting. Pretty much like the big name coffee shop, but the food is fresher

I will need a few more visits to see if I really like it.

Im always looking for someplace new - I didnt think that would apply to a coffee place, (Im an avid Starbucks fan). But - Biggby coffee is delicious! I will be a regular here!

Almost cried today because of how rude and inconsiderate one of the workers treated me. I was so excited to come to this new coffee shop and heard how great it was supposed to be..that was NOT the case. I ordered a simple drink off the menu and the lady taking my order clearly was new, but I treated her with the upmost respect. when I got to the window she had messed up my order pretty bad and I apologized and said I was sorry if she heard me wrong THEN the manager came to the window and was rude and asked why I was being so confusing and I immediately apologized again and the manager could obviously tell then I was not trying to be difficult, so then she reprimanded the worker for her actions and when I FINALLY got my drink she about tossed it in my car and gave me the dirtiest look.my advice to the management: treat others how you want to be treated.

Exceptional coffee and service..WAY BETTER THAN “Starsucks”...give this place a chance you won’t be disappointed, although the drive thru wait time is a little long (which is understandable with the Covid situation) it was well worth the wait..employees were really nice and attentive.. and they also sell really cool shirts!!! Can’t wait to try their cream freeze next time.
