This store has the poorest quality of products. Its a disgrace. The bathrooms are never clean.

Are you struggling for cash and want to be dressed in some decent clothes? This is the place. I usually keep the tags on in case I feel like returning to exchange some outfits. Workers are friendly and security doesnt follow you to the restroom. Some furniture items are available as well household. No sex toys though.

First time going into this Ross location. Wasnt very pleased with stopping here. Walked around and didnt notice not 1 employee walking around in case you needed help with something. The girl at the dressing room location didnt seem happy to be at work today. I feel customer service is a big one for me. The store is also very messy and hard to walk around in even with their smaller store carts. Did end up purchasing a couple items just because I was already there.

Clean and very nice attention

Not a good selection of clothes(for men literally had 5-10 shirts mostly young boys) and got kicked out for walking around with my damn coffee in the morning HOW RUDE!!!!! Lost a customer definitely!!

Found everything and more. I enjoy it has a get selection of Items The cherry on top is every time I go the staff is kind and friendly.

Store looks busy but when it came down to it the selection of goods was minimal. Nevertheless, I am pleased they are open.

Management was no help what so everThey sold me broken head phones and I didn’t notice obviously til I bought it and opened the boxIt was a gift so there was no tag and I lost the receipt and somehow that made the manager incapable of doing anything as if the money lost was out of her pocketThanks for taking a single mother’s money hope you feel great about selling broken items and then not being able to help IN ANY WAY to fix what you caused.

Was empty not much to choose from

My girlfriend and I were trying to get money back on a Make up brush cup which was purchased within the 30 day period, upon entering the store they requested the recite which I then went to get. Returning again with the recite they then said After leaving the store its no longer our responsibility if it breaks or anything. I responded with the fact that it hasnt been 30 days let alone them repeating that its almost been a month, but not 30 days. Before leaving I decided to take a look for another one myself, having no help from them when I asked if they had another. I walked up and down a few aisles looking for another cup before I noticed that one of the two middle aged register employees had followed me to an aisle to tell me I doubt youll find another one. I thanking her for whatever help that was, began making my leave when I noticed the Security guard not at the front like normal. Turning my head to notice that he had been following me for I dont know how long, right to the exit of the store as I leave. Firstly, I had no serious help so being followed like that only made me feel like it welcomed at all. They arent helpful people and even refused to give names. One of the two middle aged women had her name start with an M, I believe Martha, but again had no intention of helping us or telling their names. Not to mention they became less friendly upon leaving as another customer got a Have a good day line before us while we got watched. What really got to us was calling to speak to the manager, being put on hold twice and hung up on before speaking to any manager, twice might I add again. If I could rate it with no stars I would. Terrible help with Exchange/Return area. Lack of Registers so long lines and lastly, I very untrustworthy security. I plan to make another report in store after this. 0/5 Stars. Any Ross could be better, we even had our item taken at another store as the employee said No problem, youre with in the 30 day period. 30 DAY PERIOD. Get your employees up to date on this stuff please. Ill make sure to file a report on both employees next visit, possibly the whole store if another call gets dropped or doesnt get through to the manager. The first call we were put on hold before being hung up on. The second call though we heard them mentioning that we were on line 1, then got hung up on. This isnt good customer support or anything for the customer.

They need to supply more merch

The heavy set manager (white woman with blonde hair) is very rude. She needs to be trained on how to treat customers. Will not be returning to this location.

I have to say the shopping experience at this particular Ross was excellent..I forgot this one was here...the moment I walked in I was greeted by the security and cashier...the store and depts were very clean and organized..the dressing rooms attendants were so nice...my checkout experience was just as great my cashier was quick and friendly...I will never go to the Ross in Stevenson Ranch again..at that store they are rude and indifferent...as if WE were bothering them by shopping?! So its good to know that not all Ross employees are like that.

Almost always get great deals. Must be a lot of thieft. In order to try on shoes you must take them to counter, have theft tag removed and then try them on in front of security. Very weird. I still hit some great shoes put was put off by being treated like a thief. I guess thats what they do.

Bad customer service, only two working and no one was available to help me 😭😭 Alba the manager said she was too busy. If you had put someone else on the shift Alba it wouldve been nice.

Love this Ross, akways parking, never has long lines, Manager is always very pleasant smiling and is seen always working with the people or store associates! This Ross has great prices and is always CLEAN. Very organized! I would definitely reccommend Ross customers to come and shop here too! The Customer swrvice is at its best here!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I learned a long time ago you have to go into Ross with an open mind because you never know what you might find. I picked up a black and grey, light weight hoodie for $12.99, fits great and does what I need

Although this location is not as busy or as crowded as the SFV locations are, the SCV stores have the best deals as their clearance does not sell out as fast at the valley stores do. Ive gotten many designer suits and jeans at 20% if their original prices many times over the years. And I love sketches athletic shoes, and most Ive bought there with deep discounts! Thanks!

Ross For Less is a great place to shop. It has many good items. I buy literally 90 per cent of my clothing wardrobe from Ross. I have been a loyal customer for many years. To be a successful shopper at Ross you need to check out new arrivals of clothing. This way you get the best picture picks. I enjoy wearing Ann Kleins labels, Tommy Helfinger tops, Nautica, and other designer items. Ross has a varity of clothes to choose from at affordable prices.

If I could give no stars I would. Im so shocked and upset with this Ross that I used to love so much. I had a pretty mermaid makeup brush cup that fell out of my car and broke. I purchased it on 4/19 so Im well within the 30 day return. The tags were still on the product. I NEVER had the chance to use it. It even didnt leave my car. My boyfriend went in for me and at first they said that we needed the receipt which I gave him and he went back in. Then they said how they couldnt do anything because its not their responsibility after what happens to it out of the store. There were two older ladies he talked to. Both didnt give much help just kept repeating the same thing. They didnt help at all, but gave attitude to him. So he went around to see if he could find another one. One of the older lady cashier ended up following him to tell him doubt youll find another which was no help AND the security guy was following him too which was uncalled for. Following people like that in the store makes it super uneasy and uncomfortable. Think my boyfriend was going to freaking steal?! Also when he went to look he over heard one of them asked the other, Did you give him a discount at least? And the other replied with a snarky, No Im not going to give him a discount or anything. Anyways, I decided to go to the Ross in Canyon Country, which is where I originally bought it from. The security guy was super friendly and sweet. The cashier that ACTUALLY helped me was amazing. I should of got of his name, I had NO PROBLEMS returning it there. Got my money back. The security guy gave me such a nice goodbye. I was so upset so I went back to this Ross to get the names of those two middle aged women that gave my boyfriend attitude and didnt help. He showed me one of them which was an overweight middle age Latina woman with a black messy bun. The other woman wasnt there, but I went in and funny how there were these other two people trying to return something and she turned them away too. I should of told them to go to a different Ross. When it was my turn I asked for her name which she never wanted to give to me. I had to look over and Im pretty sure her name was Martha or something like that. Definitely started with a M. If a customer asks for your name, you give it, but she seriously wouldnt tell me. She asked why and tried to play it as if it was someone else who helped him and was telling me how they were telling him its not their responsibility. She said it wasnt her yet my boyfriend literally pointed her to me. I held up my return receipt and told her how I was able to return it at the other Ross no problem. She then told me Good for you, with attitude as well. I was more upset and left, there were people behind me as I was leaving and the security guy told the people behind me to have a good day. Nothing to me? Wow ok. This used to be my favorite Ross and I have never had problems like these before. I even once returned shoes that were over the 30 day return over there. I went there all the time with my mother. I decided to call and ask for the manager and guess what? I got hung up on. Called again and was on a hold for a bit. I heard line one line one then was told that she was busy and if I wanted I can wait. So I did and got hung up AGAIN. So now Im doing this on Google then Yelp and then reach Ross to report this store. This isnt even a great Ross. Lots of stuff broken and missing, not a lot of stuff compared to the other Ross. Pretty dirty and the changing rooms suck. Ill even find dirty clothes there. I went there because it was close and it seemed fine before, but after this, Im never coming back to THIS Ross. I spend good money there, usually over $100 every time, and this Ross was so stingy about $5.99. Even when I told the nice cashier in CC, they were surprised that the other Ross didnt help. Such attitudes over that amount? No manager picking up? Yea Martha good for me I got a full refund instead of nothing but attitude. I have a picture of her and its hard to see but I can see her face.

Ross pay for less are great for one simple reason, they have quality clothing for low prices. It is a good solution for people who cant afford the expensive stores, and are OK with wearing things which arent from the last collection, but still made from quality.

You know what your getting into when one chooses to goto ROSS so really it boils down to the people who choose to work at each ROSS. This ROSS has a band of bitter, broken, judgemental employees & management that is so caught up in whats wrong with the world that they miss joy of actually being the person who helped someone in a way that was positive and fullfilling to both of them

Fitting room hell. No privacy half hung curtains allow all access, two people accidentally walked in as i was trying on clothes. And the unprofessional loss prevention folks give ross a criminal impression. Ghetto.
