As people have said before me, the young employees clearly do not want to work there. I threw out a sandwich after it was made and got subway because it was an uncomfortable experience waiting for my sandwich. I felt like the male kid would have definitely spit in my sandwich when given the chance - and i didnt watch him the whole time.

This place is amazing. Youd never guess, but the deli is just about the best in the New North End. The portions are beyond generous on their sandwiches and salads. In both cases--and were big boys who are big eaters--they readily yield two meals. Staff is super nice. Also, you can call ahead then pick it up. Since discovering them a while back, we get stuff here once or twice a week.

Every time I go in there at night there’s young kids and they’re so rude and act like they don’t want to be there serving customers. They make the customer feel like a inconvenience. They don’t listen to what you’re asking for and when they can’t find what you’re asking for they give you crazy attitude. The young tall thin kid with medium brown hair there is the worse. He’s super rude. I go to this store every day trying to give the kids who work there a chance but there rudeness never fails. I’m not going to this store ever again. I rather travel to a different store than go two minutes down the road to this one. I’ve never had the deli so I can’t speak on that section of the store.

So sad. Was a great deli once... BLT no Bacon! LOL! See the pic I posted...

Loved their subs when I lived in Burlington. Go back to get another sub whenever Im down that way!
