I went to Lush in the Burlington Mall the other day to get some bath bombs for a bff’s birthday. CHARLIE was super sweet, friendly, and gave very helpful suggestions as well as her own opinions on certain products. Her personality and service were stellar!🌟

I love the service that the staff provide in the store. The products are fantastic, and I 💯 believe in supporting handmade products that are made here. One of my favorite stores too so in our just browse ( but, to be honest, I have never been able to get out without at least one of two items bought!)

Every time I go in, I’m greeting by the most helpful staff! They help point you in the right direction without being pushy! They grabbed me samples that I may enjoy based on what I’m currently using and answered all my questions.

I love Lush so much! I regularly shop here for their package-free products such as their shampoo bars, deodorant bars, and soap bars. I really support this companys ethics and environmentally-friendly products. Although their prices are a little bit higher than other beauty companies, I know that it is worth it because of the high quality of the products, and they last so much longer than normal beauty products, at least they have in my experience.

Staff were super friendly and willing to help. Theyre very passionate and clearly believe in their products. Bought the sleepy kit for my brother as a Christmas gift and he loved it!

My daughter loves their bath bombs which, unlike bubble baths, do not cause pelvic irritation. They also have a moisturizing coconut massage bat.

Lush. The employees are fairly nice but are p-u-s-h-y and try way to hard to have good costumer service. But this review is to warm you all. Now I do like some of the lush products, dont get me wrong some of the bath bombs are really fun! But many of the products have stained my bath tub. And the last one that I just used was absolutely ridiculous. It was slimey and gross and barley even fizzed until I broke it open about five times. It absolutely ruined my bath. Gooey pieces of bath bomb were everywhere. Honesty it was more work than fun and left my tub stained pink. I was scrubbing my tub for so long to try to get if off sadly it didnt work. You have been warned.

All natural soaps and products that leave you moisturized and smelling nice. Scents are subtle rather than overpowering. They have a large selection that changes seasonally and sometimes more often. One complaint is that for a product you use once, the prices could be a bit lower considering the one and done usage.

The employees were fully knowledgeable of the product I was looking for. Which was a couple bathbombs for my girlfriend, I had no idea what I was looking for but they helped me choose them.
